Food is great, it isn't different from any other Subway. They are always out of meatballs though. There is an interesting aspect though. They must always be firing and hiring different people alot because I swear I see a different worker in there every time.

With the new management and team the store is clean and the food and experience is very good would recommend a stop if you are ever in Newton tx

The service was good except they don't know their menu items. I got 3 kids meal with a 3 in sandwhich and a drink no side at all. When I asked what comes in a kids meal the personal said a sandwhich and either apple sauce or a juice. Please learn the menu.

We were not greeted when we walk in. They acted like they didn’t want our service. I gave them a coupon an the lady didn’t use it, an she didn’t tell me my price till I already paid. She didn’t even offer to refund my order. I regret giving them my money.

I went in about 15 minutes before closing. When I walk in the girl behind the register looks confused and I stand there for a few seconds looking at the menu to decide what to order (I was only going in to order for myself and one other person so it wasn’t going to be much). After about 30 seconds of awkward silence she told me that they were already closed. I told her the sign says they don’t close until 9:00 and I was only going to get two things (all of the machinery was still on and food was still on the make table). She then told me that they had been slow and decided to close early and was fairly rude about it. I’m pretty sure that isn’t how corporate wants their business to be ran.
