Always super fast and efficient. Seems like they have 20 people running food and drinks on top of your server so you're never waiting for refills or food.

Chili's is really pretty good. The seasoning on their fajitas is unique and really good. I have had the chicken wing salad with spicy ranch almost everytime, it's a great size and really good. Always fresh and crisp. The servers are attentive and the food usually comes out quickly. Expect a little longer food wait if they're busy. Be kind and take into consideration that staffing is difficult for restaurants.

Tonight was pasta night... Cajun Chicken was enjoyed! A Patron Margarita rounded out the meal. Great staff all around. What are you waiting for?

Had a lovely time. Server Alex was supererb as a server. I ordered 8 chicken wings along with Shrimp Pasta. I liked Pasta more as it was well cooked with good cheese. Nashville chicken wings were ok as I feel the sauce was less but still they were too crunchy and mouth watering. Overall a nice place to go especially on a game night as they have Happy Hours.

Came here for their famous mozzarella sticks and expected it to be "just another franchise" with mediocre food. Was i ever wrong! Although I only had a lunch deal that consisted of an app, a main and a drink, I could barely finish my meal. Everything tasted fresh, the meats were juicy and my burger was the best I've had in a long time, and I'm picky with meats. Chili's is going to be on my "must visit" list when in Niagara Falls!

Came for the molten cake and Ryan was such a friendly server. Overall the experience was great. They even gave us a free cake for our friends birthday which is really nice of them.

Food is great whenever we come, any issues we have had have been promptly resolved. Food came out so quickly at our last visit that we hadn't even gotten our appetizer yet. Prompt, friendly servers and a great value if looking for a cost-effective night out or quick bite.

We have been going to this location for a long time, and the staff has always been great and the food as well. Today in particular our server Kenzie, was an absolute pleasure. She cares for her customers and she deserves to be rewarded for her services. Definitely can see her being a manager and or owner one day! Thank you Kenzie.

First time Canadians visiting Niagara NY. Had to try Chili's and we were completely impressed. They don't do Mozza sticks, they do Mozza snack bars ... just amazing. Energy was relaxed and welcoming, our server was amazing and took care of the table like a pro. Food was amazing too, burgers and fajitas were what we ordered. Just a great experience.

We recently ate here after reading reviews about their mozzarella bricks I mean sticks and wow they are awesome. They are huge, fried perfectly and the pull is crazy. We also tried the Big Mouth Bites which are really good, Southwest Egg rolls again pretty tasty. We shared a BBQ platter and we picked the ribs, cheddar jalapeno sausage and honey chipotle chicken crisps. The ribs were actually pretty decent, the sausage was excellent and the chicken crisps very tasty. It came with fries and mac n cheese which were also really good especially the Mac n cheese. We had a couple of Christmas Margaritas and they were very good. The service was excellent and it was a great value. The servings are large and we had more than enough food to take home.

I’m Canadian and it was my first visit at chilis, I was very happy with the service and food. Our appetizer was on the table within five minutes of placing the order. The food was fresh hot and delicious. Ashley our server was very polite and attentive. Overall it was a great experience and when I’m back in the US I will definitely return :)

Definitely started off slow, it took a while to get menus and food and drink orders. If I had to guess around 20, 25 minutes, the restaurant was probably half full it was 230pm on a Saturday afternoon. After the food and drinks were ordered everything went extremely good. The waitress refilled drinks promptly and got our food out fast, which was delicious as usual at chili's. Slow start to the visit, but it definitely was a great rebound/recovery to the overall visit. Will for sure visit again when in the area.

I recently visited Chili's Grill & Bar with my family and absolutely loved our dining experience. My daughter had wanted to visit here for the longest time, and after a long day of shopping in Buffalo, we were pleased to know this location was a short drive away. The entire dining experience was lovely and the food was delicious with amazing portion sizes (We were all tummy full at the end of the night) Our servier Brian, made the experience even better as he was very caring and attentive to every detail of our order. Well, where do I begin? This place is AWESOME!!! Me and my partner seen this place on TikTok, and we live in Ontario Canada. We decided let's go and try this place for lunch and make a 200km trip to over the boarder to try the viral Mozzarella Sticks. Well, damn, did they not dissappoint!!!! The portion sizes here are HUGE!!! Make sure to go starving! I got the triple dipper, which gives you 3 apps of your choice, so I did the egg rolls, the little burger sliders and of course the honey chipotle mozza sticks. All 3 were amazing! I also got the 8 pack of boneless wings, with the flavours being the mild BBQ and the chili zing. Both were good and best wings I've had in my life! Their homemade Ranch sauce is so flavourful too! He got the burger and no word of a lie, it was bigger than his head!!! Our waitress was awesome too and very attentive and helped us with the top picks from this place! If you see this place on TikTok, and you live in Canada - totally worth the drive to your closest US Chilis! 🌶

The atmosphere was great for the occasion i had. Me and a couple old friends came to catch up now that we are reaching our adulting stage. The service was impeccable our appetizers were out in less than 5 minutes and our actual food was out in less than 10. Didn’t even notice how long it took with how fast it was. The price alone wasn’t even that bad. The food i had was the 4 burger slider. It tasted great only issue with it was the actual burger didn’t fill out the buns.

We were here last week and ordered the fajitas for two. Really good skillet but we were surprised at the way the sides were served, tasted fine but the fajita wraps came wrapped in foil instead of a clay pot, and the sides are served on small plates instead of a platter. tasted great though, and the servers were all super friendly. The bottomless chips and salsa were also great. We upgraded to the queso Blanco dip to start based on our servers recommendation, definitely enjoyed it.

After shopping at the Outlets, we came to Chili's for lunch. The service was good, but the foods were on the greasy side. I found the ribs didn't have any seasoning or marinated before it was cooked. All I tasted was BBQ sauce. The margarita was buy 1 get 1 free when we were there but it was very watered down. The server was very friendly and checked on us multiple times during our meal. We had the big mouth bites Buffalo boneless wings with blue cheese dip and I ordered mine with their new Fried Mozzarella the best fried mozza I have ever had and they are huge..can't wait to go back and get them again. The only thing I'm a little upset, especially a chain like Chili's. How do you have the tip option on takeout? I couldn't bypass and I was forced to give 22%. Very disappointed. If I eat in, I'll gladly tip your stuff if the service is excellent but not on a takeout order.

We went for lunch there yesterday. Food was okay. What really disappointed me is we were charged incorrectly for a dish we never ordered. The waiter was in such a rush he gave the bill electronically in their machine and my husband paid right away. We only saw the mistake later when we had already left and on our way to Canada. So going to warn future customers to check their orders and bills. Even an extra $20 is an extra $20 at the end of the day.

My boyfriend got the surf and turf, the ribeye steak was fatty but he said the shrimp were delicious. I got the chipotle chicken mex bowl, this was very good. Overall very nice dinner!

Incredible waiter (very great guy!) and good atmosphere. My wife and I paid over $30 each for the surf and turf which is steak and shrimp. The shrimp in the picture looked nothing like the Walmart special shrimp we got with our food. Our shrimp were so small... Disappointing for a restaurant charging so much for them. The steak and the shrimp also lacked seasoning and flavor. We definitely wouldn't recommend that plate to anybody.

Good location overall. Was somewhat busy but we were seated quickly next to the window, which is a nice spot. The menu has good variety and they have the lunch specials which is a good choice for some. I went with the ribeye, asked for medium, and got medium. However it's not cooked on fire or charcoal (had no grill marks), it's more likely cooked in a pan judging by the sear and it's not a thick cut overall. It tasted good thankfully with the loaded mash.

My husband ordered the special - the smash burger which came with a cup of soup and a drink plus his smash burger for $12.99. The receipt shows $15.79 for the burger and $7.29 for the soup - that's $10.00 more than we expected to pay. She did not charge for his drink which was a good thing. Living in Canada and coming down to the US is a treat - I will be sure to check the receipt more carefully next time. If there is a next time. Servers should be more careful with entry and I guess I need to be more careful with going through the bill thoroughly.

Very salty food but portions were decent. Do not touch the table kiosk game it will charge you so leave it be!

Went here for a family dinner, had a decently big party to be fair, but we were separated and when we asked if we could move tables together so we could all enjoy each others company, we were told they were saving space for if any big parties came in… We were a big party that was already there ??? Also were told grouping tables together was a fire hazard but we have seen it done before. Ordered medium cooked steak and received well done, the loaded potatoes were not great and the broccoli was dry. Probably would not come here again or recommend the food or atmosphere to anyone. Our server was nice enough and attentive at least, but the experience overall was just not pleasant.

The food was very good but our server was not. I came to visit my family from Florida and decided to take them to dinner only for the evening to be ruined. I don't know her name because she did not even bother to say it. As my daughter was about to order something to drink she rudely ignored her and walked way, she had to ask her to come back. She did not once check up on us while we ate our food, when we were getting done she stated that we could pay at the table and left, we never saw her again. Nettles to say our experience was not good. I guess they were right about new Yorkers

Ordered take out and waited a very long time for the cheese sticks and they were not even fresh or Hot no Cheese pull. Staff weren’t attentive and was more like a social experience for them all chatting

Ok first off I want to say, my husband and I LOVE Chili's, especially this one... We go often and know a couple of the waitresses and bartenders by name and they know us (no prior knowledge). But today we went in and the place had maybe 5 tables. We were sat right away. There were 3 waitresses on. Took 10 min to get an initial contact by our waitress. We ordered drinks and our meal and asked for the chips and salsa (the best 😋). Once we got our drinks and chips and salsa, there were maybe up to 7 tables in the place, including the bar, people were being told there was a 15+ wait... And no, it wasn't due to covid regulations since we know from personal experience there are usually more people then this in the place. Once we got our food, my dish which is one of my regular (brisket quesadillas) didn't have it's usual side, I asked the waitress who promptly replied "no it doesn't". It wasn't till after I said that I usually got it that she said she thought it came with something and would go ask the cook. At this point we were done with our first beer, buy one get one so we both had two. Halfway through our meal, the waitress came back and only asked, "room for dessert?"... Mind you, we now had less then half a beer each... Pic is included what my plate looked like when she asked. She didn't come back again until she seen we were paying to say thanks. One of mine didn't even have brisket on it. Like I said we love this place, but... Today we have never felt so unwanted and in the way. It truly ruined the meal and experience that we love there.

Chili's was like an ex-girlfriend you might have dreamed of, but when you get together again, you realize she just hasn't taken care of herself! The food was just so disappointing that it was sad. Can you throw more salt on my food before serving it? But location was great, service was fine.

Stingy & Poor Customer service. Drove about 4 hours from Canada over the border for the viral mozzarella sticks, not sure if it was a genuine mistake or a roaming data error where my order went through as regular mozzarella sticks when I genuinely did order honey chipotle mozzarella sticks. I brought it to the rude take out employees attention and she took them to the back (the food was completely untouched). My partner and I used the restroom came back and overheard her talking very unprofessionally about us and our situation, once she realized we were present and listening her and her manager stopped immediately and said they cannot be remade because it was ordered as original. I get it, but It’s a shame this location cares more about $16 USD than giving their customers positive experiences. With conversion this was almost a $30 CAD snack that we drove over 4 hours for and this is a multi billion dollar franchise where staff feel they’re losing out of their own pocket to make someone’s day a lot better. Whether this was my mistake or not, this type of customer service should be considered embarrassing.

Four of us went this past Sunday. It was not busy at all but the food took forever. We only saw our waitress when she took our order and when we left. I looked around for someone to help us order more and refill our drinks but it seemed like all the staff were in the back chatting. There wasn’t a waitress in sight. I’ve never seen anything like that at a restaurant before. No one wanted to work. I’m not sure what was going on but they should have just closed the restaurant. The worst part is we all got sick later that evening from the food we ate. It was an absolute horrible experience

The Chili Chipotle Fresh Mexican Bowl was disappointing and did not match its online picture. The food quality was poor — the rice was dry, the meal was cold, and the overall presentation and flavor was terrible!

Walked in and waited for the bartender to finish her text to be greeted, completely empty restaurant with the exception of maybe a table and a bar patron. Was told in what I took as a little rude "to go wait over where it says to go on the wall" sorry I don't frequent chili's lol. Then stared at my order for 5 minutes before someone came out and said can I help you. I went there for the It's Just Wings on Doordarshan sounded good. Fries and the "secret sauce" is nice but I'd imagine it's not made in house. Haven't tried the boneless wings but thank God I ordered extra sauce because they just pour the sauce onto the nuggets/boneless wings leaving them partially covered. Extremely unpleasant first time definitely won't be back
