AMAZING. All chefs, waitresses, etc. we’re absolutely kind. They had a great sense of humor and a lovely kindness about them. The hibachi is what we got and the chef was SO nice. He really made us feel at home and had such great personal skills. The food was absolutely amazing and we were very pleased with everything we ate/saw. They do great with COVID cleanliness. Loved it here. If you like asian food and you’re visiting Niagara, THIS IS A MUST GO.

Came here for hibachi (or teppanyaki). Iron griddles evenly distribute heat to the food and seal in the food's umami. We ordered chicken, NY steak and shrimp with fried rice and fried noodles. The food was excellent and plenty. As usual, the chef brought a lot of fun to the dining experience.

Pretty good restaurant. We didn't do hibachi. Relatively clean Good service Fast Bathrooms are kept clean Kitchen /prep area that is visible looks good from a walk by. Would like to return for hibachi.

I hear lots about this place and went to USA to tried. Good taste good but service is no good. Cooking show is nothing is like basically no show. Just normal cooking. Good ingredients and food quality. Good portions. I will try one more time to see if they improve something

Lunch visit on way to Niagara Falls was a mixed experience. Hibachi and Sushi in a sort of dark and smelly ambience with booth, hibachi and table seating. Asian Server was cold and wanted us to get on with drink and lunch. Food was a welcome change. Lunch specials had bento boxes, sushi and sashimi combo. Choice of soup (Miso/Mushroom) or salad. Soup was flavorful. Unagi roll was nicely done. Yellow tail and Salmon sashimi was yum. Plenty of dishes ordered by our group of 9. Topped off with warm saki. Plenty touting of best restaurant in the area.. place desperately needs a makeover with upbeat ambience and friendly servers to match the food.

They were packed on a Saturday night so we couldn’t be given a Hibachi table. The food we thought was OK, but a little more on the pricey side. My son liked his sushi but he said he’s had better ones. My husband’s coconut shrimp was overly doused with Japanese Mayo and maple syrup(?). It was very sweet. But my vegetarian soba noodles were tasty. Our waiter was very nice though and the service was fast.

Came here for our anniversary just for the hell of it. Great food. Good prices. Generous portions. We got seated in a private area for two . Felt nice and romantic. They have regular tables here along w their Japanese teppanyaki grill tables , and bar area . I wouldn’t recommend sitting at the bar area as it just looks like a waiting area for tables . The mixed drinks here not good but the food is pretty good along w the quality of the sushi that was made. I usually eat Japanese style when I dine out for sushi/Japanese food . Alcohol then few appetizers then main dish. Tonight we got 1. Asahi beer (draft was out) and a glass of Cabernet wine 2. Appetizers : chicken karrage , sunomono , grilled ika, and chicken yakitori- all were super good , fresh , hot 3. Sushi lovers I am stuffed and loved it here . Good food and good service

If you're looking for Traditional Hibachi, this is it! Everything was fresh, plentiful & delicious. The server and chef were polite and attentive.

When I went there my experience was first thing the sushi 🍣 it wasn’t that bad but the regular sushi the top fish the fish was very long! Let’s get on to the other things now so i would say the food wasn’t that hood for hibachi but there food is good! But the most sushi place that I recommend is YOKOHAMA there sushi it’s very nice! sushi was good but given a light smear of wasabi and tiny half full cup of soy sauce. Stir fry dinner too soupy/saucy.

First and last time here! We had reservations for a party of 10 @ 6pm. Our party was seated at a table at 6:20pm. We sat for some time. One of our guests requested service. Drink and food orders taken. The table received their drinks in shifts; unacceptable.Them the chef showed up. When did the hibachi become à la cart? First the rice (lots of hard pieces) which sat on my plate, then the chicken (tough to chew) that sat on my plate then finally the vegetables. This too is unacceptable. Then there is a mandatory gratuity. I’m forced to pay for poor service and food that was substandard? I will not be returning!

We usually sit at the hibachi tables when we eat here and the food is always excellent. However, we didn’t have our kids with us the last two times and decided to sit in a booth. Both times the food was mediocre. Our food came out in less than 5 minutes and it was clear that it was made ahead of time and perhaps kept in a warmer…maybe. The vegetables and rice were cold and the steak and shrimp were barely warm. Tl;dr - eat at the hibachi tables

Ordered take out . Pieces cut too big . Rice bland . Just isn't worth the expense . Quality has gone down drastically . Not ordering again for myself .

9 of us went there last night. Complete disaster!! Service was awful. Sat at table and waited about 30 minutes for drinks, and 1 hour for soup. Asked for water at the bar and was told to get it from our server which was the hostess that was not trained properly for either job. People that were sat after us were getting their food and were just getting our soup. We all ordered hibachi and when cook verified order with us before he started cooking, they were all messed up and out of order, wrong meats, etc… He then called the hostess/server over and explained sternly to him, in front of all of us, how to write down the orders. Never got salad, was told at the end, it’s now choice of soup or salad which cook wasn’t aware of. The cook was good, first day there coming from another Fuji we were told. Food was good except we each got maybe 4 pieces of vegetables . Brought all this up to owner, Benjy, and all we got was “uh huh, uh huh”. The hostess/server however, was very apologetic. Will never be back. Will stick to Fuji on Transit.
