Our favorite place to order Chinese food! I've been getting food from the Chinatown kitchen for almost 30 years and it's always been consistently tasty, even while so many competitors have begun skimping on quality. The only downside that I've experienced is that the restaurant no longer handles deliveries themselves, an unfortunate side effect of Covid and the increase in delivery services. They are now only delivering through said services, which cost more and increase delivery times drastically.

Guy outside had 🔥 crack and gas for sale. Super convenient. Really good food too.

I have gone to a few Chinese fast takeouts in this neighborhood and the food is just ok.. I tried Chinatown Kitchen and truly enjoy their food, All the times I have ordered they were very nice to me and the food was very good in taste and fresh.. Not over cooked or recooked. Which is what make a place like this the place to order from.. I noticed the guy at the counter seems unfriendly at time but he really is friendly and super nice. I noticed he is constantly dealing with people giving him a hard time for silly reasons which is unfair to someone that is there to simplify your night by making you a dinner so you can just go home and relax.. So from me the counter guy gets 10 ⭐️✨🌟⭐️✨⭐️🌟✨🌟⭐️😊😊😊 Thanks for the good food Chinatown Kitchen Guys give them a try and be kind to these guys the are super hard worker that keep us out the of our hot kitchens..

The food was DELICIOUS and the portions are BIG! So be prepared to share. The service was less than desirable. Not very friendly. The dining area needs a major facelift and a thorough cleaning. But again, the food was delicious and well priced.

I've only ever taken out but let me tell you this is the freshest Chinese food in the city. The egg rolls are made to such perfection. The portions are great and prices very fair. Staff pleasant and very hard working. Definitely worth it every time.

Won't go to any other Chinese spot only place that always gets my food correct and always on time tryd a couple other spots and they just didn't hit the same I know this place has been family owned for probally two decades if more and still got good business I moved away from them cus the area I lived in was bud but I will always make that drive if I want some Chinese there fried chicken to die for because the use real chicken wings

When I got the food I felt there was a brick in the bag. It was heavy. The portion was good and it was tasty and very hot. They just made in the kitchen. Also, there were chinese customers when we were there and I think that means this place is nice. I feel bad that I dont live nearby.

The food was very hot and delicious. We had a 30 min trip home and it was still hot! I wish I lived closer to the falls. Inside was on the rough side.The egg rolls reminded me of the ones I get down by Albany. The cream cheese wonton wasn't the best. Overall I definitely will return next time I'm in the area. 2024Update still very good

Typical chinese food. Very delicious! Had the beef and broccoli, sweet and sour sauce, chicken wings, and fried rice. So good! The fried rice is a little smokey flavored, so if you don't like that just beware. All dishes were excellent! It was about 40 bucks and fed 3 adults and 2 kids.

For a small restaurant you have a lot of options, the lunch special could feed two people. I’m a foodie, so let’s get into the food, pipping hot, lots of veg and meat. I would charge more for a lunch special. Everything is very fresh and quality, you can taste it. This will be my new lunch spot

I had very good experience with this restaurant. My expectations were not very high, but the food here certainly exceeded my expectations. The hot sour soup was indeed spicy. I also ordered beef broccoli, and shrimp lo mien. Food was fresh and tastes were great. My parents are usually picker but they thoroughly enjoyed their lunch.

Currently it's just take out or delivery, no dining in. Plenty of street parking in the area. I ordered the Beef and Broccoli combo which came with fried rice and an egg roll. The meal was prepared within 10 minutes from when I ordered. Everything tasted great and I plan to come back here again when I'm in the area.

great Chinese best in town. just ask for fresh rice when u order. wether its fried or steamed sometime I have a problem where it is dried out and old. wonton soup is wonderful when you are sick.

Pretty standard fare. The staff are always pleasant and tho the food will never stand out in a crowd, it's always good, plentiful and worth the price.

Fast and easy. There portions are great. Very fair, and plenty enough. I highly recommend it. Probably the best in Niagara Falls compared to price and convenience. They are only open until 10pm though. I wish it could be 12 A.M. None the less this is my first pick.

Pretty darn good. Had the General Tso's Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Steamed Dumplings, and Egg Roll. Chicken was excellent. Beef was really good but kinda skimpy of the beef. Good Dumplings. Egg roll was average. Staff was friendly. Food was ready fast. Would recommend.

Definitely the best Chinese in town and generally the food is good. I do have to say last time I ordered vegetable lo mein there were absolutely no vegetables in it though. But-everybody has an off day every now and again!

This is a nice americanized Chinese food place. Some dishes have lots of flavor and are very salty. The restaurant says it does not use MSG. It's slightly old with a slightly maintained restroom.

This is the best tasting Asian cuisine I've tasted in Niagara Falls so far. Unless you get Koi at the Seneca Niagara Casino, amazing there!

The cashier was a not skinny woman whom seem really unhappy to be working here. Perhaps she should not be the cashier if she is going to be so grumpy. It was truest unpleasant to talk to her.

The food was okay. Not great but not awful. Service was decent enough. Would probably look for other Chinese in the future.

A pretty rough part of town. Couldn't tell if it was open or closed from the outside. Food was okay but I believe the prices are too high for what they offer and the location they are in. Cash only. They don't accept credit cards unless your order is over $15. Took about 10 minutes to get takeout. Restaurant looks run down.

I usually order from a different restaurant, but my brother gets his chinese food from here. It's fresh, so I gave it 3 stars, but it is very plain and tastes like a microwave dinner . Plain , plain , plain.

Got home and My cheese had a good date but was molded. Stores need to trow out dairy items that has been placed in go backs. Other than that usually a 4-5 stars.

They used to have good food. But now it's a whole new staff running the place and the food has gone downhill. Never eating there again.

If you are hungry then the food will not bother you. But don't expect super fresh and good food from this place. We ordered fried rice, the rice was not completely cooked or it was minimum 1 day old cooked rice. We could not finish it completely.

We got the General Tso’s Chicken. The sauce and the rice were very tasty. But the “chicken” was 90% coating and 10% chicken. It was basically fried breading in sauce. If the food is usually like this, I can’t imagine they get many repeat customers.

This place is TERRIBLE their chicken is always burned even when you order it in person and ask for fresh wings( My wings were darker than midnight). Their rib tips are tougher than calculus. And their customer service is trash.

I wanted to like this place after all of the great reviews, and the nice staff helping me out, but it fell way, way short. Szechuan Beef: scant, grisly pieces of flavorless beef with giant pieces of broccoli and green pepper taking up most of the real estate, the white rice wasn't even good (???). Wonton soup: wontons were good but broth was super oily. I ended up binning most of this meal. If you do decide to go for it be sure to ask them to box the rice separately from the main, I've never had a Chinese restaurant do this so didn't expect it, nor did I enjoy it. Some may claim this to be the best in the area, which could certainly be true considering the area they're referring to! ...

Had ordered Kung Pao tonight. If I didn’t order Kung Pao, I wouldn’t know what it was. No red chili; no peanuts nothing. It tasted sweet and mushy; mostly weird. I ordered becz of the good reviews and ratings. I don’t where it went wrong. Just horrible.

If people think that this Chinese restaurant has high quality, then you never been out of Niagara Falls. Over cooked, and under cooked. Tasteless and over salted. The worst Chinese food in New Jersey would top this mess.

I called to make a complaint and they hung up on my face so rude would not recommend!! their were some things in my food that were disgusting and horrible would not come back!

They ask customers to pay tax more than 8% saying that their operating in the building needs to pay tax which is ridiculous. Customers should not the one to pay this for them and taste of the bubble tea is really weird. Not recommended!!!

I ordered the Chicken Lo Mein combo plate. It came with an egg roll, vegetable fried rice, and two fortune cookies as well. The fortune cookies were completely stale. And everything tastes like sadness. This was by far the worst way to waste $15. One star for the portion side it was large enough to share with two other people.

My wife ordered lo mein asked for just the noodles because she couldn't eat it right away (veggies get soggy she don't like the meat) and I got mixed vegetables. Not only did they mess up her order but refused to fix it. We will not be going there as they do this often with people's orders but this is the first time they wouldn't fix the mess up.

Ordered vegetable fried rice for lunch from the food court near niagara falls state park and it tasted very bad. No salt, it didn’t taste like fried rice. The rice was not even mixed properly. I can see the white rice. I’d never eat here and Don’t recommend this place to anyone.
