Food was good but took quite a bit longer than it seemed like it should for the amount they were busy. And often seems like there are people working who are standing around. Instead of having the cashier stop cashing to fill the order, why don't they have one of the people standing around do it? Then cashier could get to the next person in line and lines wouldn't build up out the door, which I have seen.

Quick and easy experience. Sometimes you go to a Tim Hortons, and end up waiting in the drive through forever. Although the line was long when I pulled in, it went quickly. My coffee was made correctly, and my kids enjoyed their donuts.

I always like to try new offerings when I can. Today I got the Mochanut iced latte and I just didn't love it. I mixed it well as sometimes the flavor can get stuck at the bottom but it just tasted like tobacco or a cigar, I couldn't finish it.

Coffee came to $3.01. I paid $10 and got $6.95 back. Instead of absorbing the 1 cent, they shorted me 4 cents. Petty? Sure. But since when is it ok to rob your customers? *I'm probably not the only one to order a large coffee, so I'm fairly sure this pricing "quirk" is intentional.

If you’re gonna make drinks in, we ask for ingredients in it you need to do a better job. Also, if someone ask you to double toe something put butter on it melt it and cut it in half do your job if you don’t like where you’re working maybe you should find a better job that you can smile at I had the worst customer service experience

I think people that work in a customer service should take a class on how to treat customer , this is by far the worst tim hortons around , the people that work here are mean, ignorant, entitled. I shouldn’t have to feel like I am bothering you during your social hour, the girl at the window at 10:25am on Friday April 11,2025 had the worst piss poor attitude. Like I said I felt like I was bothering her, maybe she needs to take a class on how to treat a customer , if it wasn’t for us customers you guys wouldn’t be open .

Usually good but today was the day I definitely won't be back slow service no one at counter 5 people standing in drive threw a lady was trying to make a drink running around and the people in drive threw just laughed and didn't even help . I've worked at Tim Hortons back in the day and this wouldn't of happened also the price of donuts are a joke 😑 lol bye

The coffee is really bad at this location, out of four visits 3 of them were undrinkable, taste terrible. It’s a shame because Tim’s had amazing coffee for the last 20 years

Let me start by saying until recently this tim hortons was my favorite because I work midnight's, it's close to work and the drive thru was open 24/7. The service is always awesome there. That being said , I buy coffee at 10p -1030p at the store location 748 Niagara Falls Boulevard, North Tonawanda, NY, USA on my lunch break for my midnight shift, and lately since this locations been closing early the coffee tastes burnt. Not happy , especially when the price keeps going up but the quality is terrible.

PLASTIC IN MY BAGEL!!!! How is this acceptable? You go to a restaurant expecting to be able to atleast eat the food, and there’s plastic in it?? Very disappointing. This location specifically has been steadily going down the tubes.
