The BOSS TAURUS Burger Store on via Baluardo Partigiani in Novara was a pleasant discovery for me. I went here yesterday to try one of their sandwiches and I have to say that I was extremely satisfied with the experience. Even though my order was for take-out, I noticed that the place is very large and welcoming, with plenty of tables both inside and outside. I also noticed a section dedicated to desserts that looked inviting, and that I will definitely try on my next visit. The staff at the BOSS TAURUS Burger Store were extremely kind, friendly and helpful, ready to satisfy my every request with courtesy and professionalism. The prices are in line with the local average and absolutely in line with the quality and goodness of the food offered. The sandwich I ordered was simply delicious, well cooked and well seasoned, while the French fries were a perfect accompaniment to complete the meal. Ultimately, I highly recommend the BOSS TAURUS Burger Store to anyone looking for a great sandwich and friendly service in a welcoming and spacious environment. I will definitely be back soon to try other dishes from their menu!

I went for a hot chocolate and then couldn't get one due to an unexpected event. The blonde lady (Debby, I think) was very kind in handling the situation. She was very professional and welcoming. Congratulations!!! I drank something else. The pastries are very good.

Delicious atmosphere; five of us were seated on a weekday without a reservation. You can order from a pre-set menu or mix and match (like I did). I recommend the veggie burger, the cheese jalapeños, and their homemade blanche beer! I'll definitely be back to try their other meat-based burgers. Popcorn is provided while you wait for your sandwiches, and takeout is obviously available.

We were looking for a place to eat something good and inexpensive, around 10 on a Friday night, and we stumbled upon Boss Taurus. 🏠 PLACE | The place stands out for its youthful yet clean design. Iconic features include the monkey and potato sacks at the entrance, which immediately catch the eye and hint at the freshness of the products offered. 🧍 STAFF | Friendly, helpful, and fast. 🧑‍🍳 FOOD | We ordered two menus, a double hamburger and a hotdog, with an additional portion of meatballs in sauce. The sandwiches are highly customizable, allowing you to choose the size, toppings, and even the type of bread. The menus also include fries, which we ordered with cheddar, and drinks. The quality and freshness were evident: a world away from your typical fast food restaurant. The portions were generous, so much so that the two of us struggled to finish them all. 💶 BILL | For two people, we spent about €29 with the items just mentioned. A more than fair price these days, slightly higher than other fast food restaurants but with significantly higher quality.

Ordered takeout a while ago, and it was exactly what my wife and I expected. Crispy potatoes, quality burgers, and exquisite bread. Highly recommended, and we'll be ordering again soon. UPDATE: This time I took photos, which I forgot to take the last time we ordered.

Excellent quality and flavor, a wide selection of sandwiches, and freshly cut and fried fries. It's like a fast food restaurant, but the food is superior. The prices are truly fair. Very helpful staff, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommended.

The best burger joint in Novara! Just steps from the train station, in the heart of the historic center, you'll find this delicious place. An excellent and varied menu, plus, if you order the full menu (sandwich, drink, and fries), they'll give you free, truly delicious popcorn! I highly recommend going there!
