I got the munchies craving box, and it was the best decision ever. It comes with 30 chicken nuggets 40 tacos and like three servings or fries or something like that. For only $20 it’s a steel. I ordered on the app so it was ready when I got there the staff was really nice and everything came out hot would recommend 10/10

The late night cashier was such a pleasure! Best window attendant I've ever experienced. Nice for once. The guy was pleasantly joyful & unfortunately these days u don't see much of that in fast food. This guy was very enjoyable

They make good food but they were the slowest drive-thru I've ever gone through because the owner is too cheap to hire more employees.

We were the only customers when we dined in. But we still waited for a while. The tables and floor were dirty. We ordered chicken bowls and salad. The food tastes good.

Rude cashier hair was greasy and unkept like he hadnt showered in days. And his uniform was so dirty and also reflected more than one days use. He was incompetent with his position. He had to keep going to the supervisor for the answer to know how to edit the bun type and no onions. and ,,,,,etc....!

So the food is okay but the overall inside is mediocre cleanliness on a good day and service can be either lower standard or even just rude depending on the workers for the day. Recommended to just use drive thru and don't even try door dash they almost always have issues. I've had orders just completely disregarded while the dasher is trying to get things sorted.

Got our order wrong so we went in and let them know they gave us a chicken bowl instead of a chicken sandwich. The guy at the register was kinda rude and made it seem like an issue. I handed him the bowl but told him if they were just going to throw it away i’d eat it. He told me he can’t just give food away and said we get one or the other. I get it and all, but seriously they are just throwing it away so for the waist of our time (having to turn around and drive back, go inside when we originally went through the drive through so we didn’t have to, then we had to wait in line and the guy was rude about it) anyways the rest of our order was cold by the time we got the issue resolved, the least they could have done was hook it up with the chicken bowl. No biggie but really just inconvenient, just saying

I love Jack in the Box but unfortunately this location has a lot of issues. They don't have the staff to work this busy location. The person working drive up is also the person who works the get your food window. This means he takes your order then literally runs up front to get your drinks & serve you. There's 1 person working the counter & probably 1 person cooking because generally it takes you about an average of 15-20 minutes to get your food. Once you order & pull forward you're trapped & have to wait. Now if you get lucky & the line actually moves fast, the staff is so stressed out trying to do everything quickly that your order is generally wrong. You get hot or cold food, sometimes both and most times it's not even YOUR order. If you do get your order under 10min, if it's hot and it's actually your order, buy a lottery ticket cuz it's your lucky day! Now staff is generally friendly (especially Donovan) if you see a manager she's always friendly. So with so many negatives against this restaurant why do I keep going? Because it's Jack in the Box and I love their food. They're the only place you can get such a huge variety of choices to eat. Overall, if you love Jack in the Box be prepared to wait and check your bag before leaving to make sure they got it right because you'll either have to park to get it fixed or be willing accept the luck of the draw.

Jack in the box is our go to fast food, but this location was chaos. The food wasn’t terrible but the workers seem to have zero idea how to do their jobs, read a receipt, give the correct sized drinks, add extra of the condiment you asked to not have or apologize for any mistakes they made on a simple order. Idk man… I hate leaving bad reviews but you all need some training.

The food was trash. Look at the burger. They were all slapped together with bottom of the barrel ingredients. I would say I have had better burgers in prison, but that would be an insult to that prison’s kitchen staff! And untrue. This was straight up foul. The fries weren’t full(bought the large for 2 people to share) they were not hot or fresh. They too, we’re bottom of the barrel. Small, bitty and crumby. I wish I took a picture of them, but I was so hungry, I wolfed it all down. Oh yeah, $20 for 4 burgers(value menu) and 2(2) tacos and a fry. I must have thrown the receipt out but I will screenshot my bank statements just to prove how ridiculous the prices are. Why pay do much money when you get treated like a dog?

First time having Jack in the box and I was thoroughly disappointed. Others had told me good things but I wouldn’t recommend it. I placed a mobile order through the app and it took 36 minutes to get my food despite it being midday on a week day. People in the drive through were getting there well after me and leaving we’ll before me. Only after I asked an employee after ~20 mins of waiting, they said “oh, we’ll start working on it”. Once the food finally came out, they forgot an order of fries and sauces. I had to remind them two times to get my fries. The food itself was mediocre. Fries were nothing special, chicken sandwich was decent, and the tacos were not good. For the price they’re reasonable, but others raved to me about them, but we’re just soggy hard shell american tacos. Overall I would not recommend this establishment if you’re looking for good, quick food.
