Dave was quick, helpful and had a beautiful speaking voice. Order came correct and timely despite the place being packed and the drive thru line being nearly out the door.
The best Starbucks I've been in this year, fast and kind service. Re-asked 2 times if the order is right, a million out of 10.

Home town friendly. Great staff was my original review. Since then the staff has changed 3 times and service is no better than McDonalds. They have successfully killed the vibe as warm and pleasant. Now wait forever to order and they can’t make 20% of the menu and all they have to say is Sorry about that.
Always important to get some good coffee and a breakfast sandwich at 5 am before you go exploring.

I visited this location in the early afternoon on a Thursday (7/3) while visiting Oakhurst. I went inside. There were lots of young people working here and I was so impressed at how they hustled and worked well together during what was an incredibly busy time. Great job guys!
I'm so proud of my local Starbucks, it's the best! I came here on sunday morning against my better judgement (cough yosemite visitors cough) but it was fine, they moved the drive thru line through impossibly fast (super important because the parking lot design here is very stupid and it jams easily) and the window server was super friendly while being super efficient. Always a good start to the day! They have a nice little outdoor area as well, despite the small lot.
Stopped in at Starbucks recently and I really enjoyed my experience at this store. From the moment I walked in everyone was welcoming and happy. Moe greeted me as I ordered my drink she was kind and knowledgeable and helped me choose the drink I was craving. Taylor made my drink and wow she did amazing it came out perfect! I was also looking at some of the merchandise for gifts and David came over and helped me pick the perfect tumbler. I've never seen such a more wonderful team. New management was the right choice for this store and it shows through all those wonderful smiles!! Thanks for a great experience and ill definitely be back 💙
I ordered the caramel crunch frappuccino with the blonde espresso, recommended by the barista. It was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent and very friendly. My niece had also purchased a cup. Immediately getting home she filled it with her water and has not put it down since. Very happy customers. Absolutely recommend.
I am just driving through and stopped by this Starbucks. They were extremely busy, with constantly having 10+ cars in the drive through, & consistently 20+ people in the restaurant. It was slow but at no point did I see anyone standing around. They were all working. They were calling out what drinks they were making so that people had statuses of their drinks.
Gets to busy which makes for extended wait times of up to 25 to 30 minutes when ordering inside. Sometimes longer.
Good for basic coffee remember your in the mountains. Parking can be a bit bad sometimes with the drive through line that goes to the end of the lot.
Gave 3 stars for the location, drive thru is a terrible idea for such a small lot! Gets very packed, but, staff are quick and quality does not go down even when busy.
In 1885 the first car was invented, and thus, there was a demand for a place to park a car. Thus, parking lots were developed. In 1948, the modern drive through was developed in California, and thus, how to control a line of cars was placed upon the minds of humans. One would assume that after a collective 150 years of having two problems the human race would develop a. Parking lots better and b. Drive throughs better. Yet this is not the case at Starbucks in Oakhurst. It is as if one predicted that vehicles and humans would eventuality shrink to a quarter of their size by the time the building was finally in business. Yet, we have not. The population has not become micro machines, and people in America continue to expand. We must end this fanatic theory at once and start developing drive throughs for the humans and vehicles of today, not a shrunk future
Customer service is not an issue, it the product itself. I usually only write positive reviews but i’ve gone here maybe 5/6 times the last 4 months and every single time my coffee is terrible. Never the same reason, sometimes it’s super watered down, others it’s a bad pull, one time I got all milk. I order the same drink literally every single time and this location has never given me a coffee I can actually drink. Terrible training.

This was an unfortunate circumstance. We tried to order our typical drinks. One being a water with strawberry inclusions. Mind you this is for a child who is sensitive to routine, and the experiences. We were told policy changed where inclusions could not be added to water but could be added to other drinks. So I will state that we called corporate to confirm a change and they stated this was inaccurate and inclusions or modifications can be made to a water, we would just be charges for the inclusions. Which is what happens normally and another Starbucks accommodated. So I asked if an exception could be made and we will notate the new policy. We were denied. Ask for a floor/ shift or manager to assist and have the exception made. We were greeted by the shift lead who confirmed and held strong to not accommodate the request. So I continued and said if you can ad inclusions to any drink why not ad them to mine and put them in a cup on the side. This was a NO. Second I asked if they could charge us for a milk fill the cup with water and ad the inclusions. Again a NO. I said I hear that you can but won't. So it's not that you can't it's that you won't. Which is poor customer service. We cancelled our order and left. After such called corporate to have confirmed this policy did not exist. If it's because the cashier's don't know how to charge inclusions to the water maybe training is needed. I've seen this done on orders we have made generally charging us 50cents. Second why not make the accomodations after pleading our case that we made a promise to our 3 year old sensitive child that drives on routine? To have the shift lead make a one time exception. This experience made the store look bad especially after confirming no policy existed with corporate. If I had got my drink and not my son's with his sensitivities this can make our whole day be focused on a reset as our son is routine sensitive. He would see my drink and not understand why he was unable to have his drink. Water with strawberry inclusions. I am confused on when given multiple ways to accommodate us this could not of occured?
I know how important it is to "Make the Moment Right." Unfortunately, my experience today (June 1st, 2025, around 30 minutes ago) at the drive-thru was far from that. I requested a butter croissant to be left in the plastic bag so I could enjoy it fresh later. The barista, ISSAC, refused—despite another Partner indicating it was okay. He responded with visible frustration and attitude, not just toward me but also toward his coworker. His tone, facial expressions, and overall demeanor were unprofessional and made the interaction uncomfortable. What made it worse was that I couldn’t even complete my order. I ended up leaving without the food because of the unnecessary resistance and rude behavior. When another barista took my Partner numbers at the window, Issac avoided eye contact and didn’t offer any explanation for why my simple request was denied. To top it off, my drink wasn’t made correctly—there was no brown sugar or white mocha as I ordered. Really disappointing. This isn’t the experience we strive to create as Partners, and I hope this feedback reaches the right person to ensure better service moving forward.
