Just had the spicy tuna salad sandwich and it was terrific. Beautiful homemade rye bread, and the sriracha packs so much flavor. Visiting from Seattle and really enjoyed the warm and friendly service and terrific food. Thank you!

Good food and coffee at reasonable prices from friendly people. Hard to get much better than that! Great spot to stop to fuel up before or after bike rides. Also they make their own juice mixes which are absolutely delicious.

Awesome coffee, tea and sandwich shop with friends owners and staff. I'm allergic to wheat and they took care of me with a gluten free bagel. They also have nice seating outside the front which gets nice mid afternoon sunlight.

I love this place! Beautiful artwork and atmosphere but in a small neighborhood community way. Lots of interesting people of all types get together and have ongoing discussions about everything. It reminds me very much of how cafes were in the 90s. The spicy chicken salad sandwich and the grilled paninnis are my favorite and the espresso drinks are excellent. Please keep this place a secret though! I don't want it to get crowded!

Stumbled on this place when working across the street servicing a customer's equipment and needed to grab lunch nearby. Had the best turkey and swiss deli sandwich of my life, not kidding. Now, every time I drive by the place I salivate. Had the chance to stop by there again today, one year later, and the turkey and swiss sandwich was even better! Fresh high quality bread, turkey, swiss cheese, tomato, red onion, lettuce, and some kind of special sauce. Incredibly delicious and a very rare find!

The best little coffee house in town. Homey and comfortable environment. The proprietor and the folks who work there are friendly and treat people like beloved neighbors. Their coffee is good and hearty. Their sandwiches are as nature intended: Delicious. I've never had a bad experience there, and I've been going there several times a week for two years. Definitely a local favorite.

One of those neighborhood gems that often goes overlooked. Seemingly straighforward coffee and sandwiches but made with love and attention to detail. Fresh produce and good bread with coffee that is strong and delicious. Perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch.

Visiting from out of town, I was extremely happy to find this place was just around the corner from where I was staying. A TREMENDOUS breakfast burrito, great sandwiches, and marvelous coffee. The fellow who helped, and cooked for me, was very nice and helped round out the terrific experience!

This has become my to go coffee shop. Whenever I'm doing a delivery at the auto shop next door I stop by Earthly for an iced coffee and hot pastrami sandwich. Honestly the best hot pastrami in Oakland in my opinion. Such a cozy vibe when you stop in too

By far the best breakfast burrito I've ever had! Fresh spinach, amazing bacon jam, and a variety of hot sauces. I literally drive over from San Francisco just for this burrito, and the excellent people that make the magic happen. This coffee shop feels like home to me.

I love this place! Discovered it while my folks were visiting town, and took em here. Super friendly staff, good bagels, and strong delicious coffee. My parents were happy with it. The guy even knows my order! And of course, having BART swing by right outside gives this coffee spot a classic Oakland feel

Been wanting to stop and check this place out for years and finally did so! Their fare matches their tagline: strong coffee and good food. Had the roast beef with aged cheddar on a baguette with horse radish and red onion. Man did it have bite! So I bit it back. Looking forward to my next visit.

Very quaint shop. I was walking back to work (Children's Hospital Oakland) and decided to get some chilled Iced coffee. I saw they had some foods and I opted for the veggie bean burger. I also got a blueberry ginger lemonade made in house. They use ACME bread, but it's press toasted and it was GOOD!!!! The chai iced coffee was good, not overwhelmingly sweet. The juice was really good too! Prices are fair. Veggie burger - $9 Chai - $5 Juice - $4 Good customer service and was fast to get things done.

I walked in with my boyfriend for a quick breakfast, I had a question about the breakfast sandwiches and my boyfriend asked the question. The guy working there seemed very racist because he looked at us annoyed face and answered very rudely and didn’t even answer our question so we just walked out. If you’re a person of color 0/10 do not recommend.

Sandwich was fresh. Customer service lacking. Sandwich served with an attitude. The person at the counter became hostile when asked about the ingredients in the tuna and chicken salad. Pretty basic question as people usually put their own spin in these items. I wouldn't go back, and would not recommend it.
