We drove across the Bay Bridge and then waited in the drive thru line for the chicken tenders. My tween was requesting a cup of extra sauce (something she's been seeing online). I was too embarrassed to ask for this but instantly regretted it (I'm a dipper and even though I asked for extra sauce I didn't feel like they gave us enough). Workers were friendly and can't wait for the one closer to us to open up! Sorry no pics of the food we were too hungry to snap one [This location was cashless]

Was my family's first time to a raising canes, we were so happy with the food! Best chicken fingers I've ever had! 1 girl at the registers however was EXTREMELY unhappy, slow, annoyed to be there. There we no napkins so I asked for napkins and she gave me some at the register, then after a couple minutes came to restock the beverage area (with napkins) she spent a good 10-15 standing in front of the beverage area blocking all customers from getting lids, straws, napkins, or sauces. I needed a fork and said excuse me after waiting for a while. She was upset to have to move away for me to grab one?! I sat next to the beverage bar and watched all this go down. Many customers trying to get things and one man left without a lid or straw for his 2 drinks after waiting for her to move for a few minutes. The line was long to order but we didn't mind. Good chicken. Will come back again just hope for better customer service next time!

raising canes is an awesome place to get food. Their chicken with the sauce is so good and with the fries and toast it is a great combo. The line gets really long at certain times tho.

Canes connoisseur here! Yummy, getting a bit expensive. I’ve spent over $1000 at canes. In general, some locations are better than others. But tbh, for the price, it’s beginning to not be worth it. Plus it’s not one of the most delicious canes. Tbh, it’s more worth buying groceries and making it at home. Esp if you’re more than 2 people

The drive-thru was unusually slow, even though the line was short. My food was cold this time, which was disappointing because my previous visit was much better—the food was hot and fresh. The fries were undercooked, and one of my orders was incorrect.

Stop thru on our way to Napa. Took so long because we didn’t know we could not go inside to eat. Only drive thru order so be and we waited almost an hour on Saturday. Once inline no turning back. The food was excellent though worth the wait. Staff friendly and nice. Had to eat in the car not where i felt like eating after sitting in car for an hour.

This store has a fairly small menu which is not necessarily a bad thing, and it revolves around fried chicken. The indoor dining has been closed for some time now so all business is conducted at the drive through. Since fried chicken and fries usually need to be consumed hot and fresh, I guess you can park your car in the lot to eat. I think they can reduce the use of single use plastics - my extra sauce (which was in a container) came in a larger container.

We used the drive thru and had a very long wait. I assume they were training, but still there was a group of about 4 or 5 young ladies all at the second window (no payments taken at the first wondow) and we weren't properly greeted as they were all too busy laughing and talking with each other and barely any napkins were given. All in all, I would not go back to this location as a 'quick stop for fast food' was not what this was. It took us longer to wait for the food then to eat it.

I don't know what's up with this place but every time i've gone there, the inside of the store's always been closed, and there's always been an ambulance out front. Literally every time i've gone to the airport to drop someone off, we stop here and every time it's been closed. Aside from the drive through, but both times we went, they were only accepting cash, so...

Only drive thru order so be expected at least 40+ min wait during rush hour and no turn back so got stucked in the long line as all the exits were blocked. The food is good though. Friendly staff.

Been to Canes in different states many times, first time at this location and there’s no dine in even though there’s plenty of seats inside? And drive thru line is insanely long. I would avoid unless you never had canes before and have nothing else to do.

Everytime I go, the fries are kinda sad :( the chicken is fine but you have to eat it immediately. 3 stars for the chicken but 1 star for the fries. They were just kinda cold? The bread and drinks were nice. Shout-out to everyone working there, though! Y'all are awesome. The vibes are 5/5 and everyone is helpful.

I came to this location today 2/13/26 and got a Canniac combo. We waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes and cars were not moving for a straight 10 minutes. Ordered, paid, then pulled up to the last window and told to wait 5 more minutes for the food. When I got my order I smelled something was burnt, I had to drive 40 minutes away, so going back was not an option. When I opened and tried my chicken, it tasted straight up burnt. Since my bread was on top of the chicken it also tasted burnt, and the cherry on top my fries were not well cooked. I could not finish my food it was so bad. How can we be told to wait and then get food that is burnt? Don’t they get the smell that it’s burnt? 30 minutes wait and 25 dollars waisted. Worst Cane’s in the area. Hayward location is better.

To be fair, this is a dumpster fire area of O-town. There was an armed guard keeping ppl out of the dining area. Drive thru only. This was my first visit. It was expensive very limited options. The chicken is all the same. The sauce is all the same and there is no heat at all. The sauce is like secret sauce with paprika? And crinkle fries are the worst, imo. The chicken is flavorful and moist and held its breading. But the flavor was just a base chicken flavor. No pepper. No onion or garlic. So many chicken joints you need a thing. Minimalist is there vibe I guess. Sorry. Also, Oakland, have some self respect!

This Raising Cane's location definitely doesn't put as much love in making the best chicken fingers as every other location. I've been there 3 times and will drive longer to get real good Cane's chicken fingers.

I ordered the Box combo. I waited for 30 minutes around 4pm on a Thursday. The chicken tenders seemed like they weren't fried long enough cause the breading tasted off... the flavor was bland. The fries were ok but not warm. The Texas toast was probably my favorite. The Sweet tea was good. It was not overly sweet and just the right amount of ice. The cashier who gave me the food was sweet, great attitude and asked if I needed anything. Service was great but the food was just not great over all. The long wait for the food just wasn't worth ever going back.

Omg the HYPE about this place. Stood in the really long line because the drive thru line circled around the corner. 😩 And after 1 hr of waiting to try this chicken was soooooo disappointed. It is breast chicken tenders or "Fingers" that are not even crunchy or flavorful.I still think Popeyes chicken tenders are 10x better with more flavor. The sauce that they give you is the only thing that saves this underflavored 🐔. Won't be back🤷‍♀️

I was lucky to have a short drive through line. my bill was near 100.00 for the party pack five fries and bread. The bread was pretty decent , everything extremely disappointed more hype than good food. My drive time home was five minutes. Food was not as Crispy as fried chicken should be fries tasted really old I don’t recommend this Raising Can’s Chicken Fingers . However this could have been just a one time bad experience. Overall frozen fried chicken that you by from the store and place in the oven is better and super cheaper. I truly dislike overpriced bad food.

Waited an hour just to get soggy, defective, bad batch of tenders. All my tenders in my Caniac combo looked like this Disgusting. There was bunch of blood clots and weird black stringy veiny stuff inside the tenders look like parasites. Tiny portions and overpriced but their quality gets worse. Guess cuz its Oakland they send the worst batches of chicken over here and don’t care about quality control! I aint coming back after the did me dirty.
