Delicious, delicious food! I The staff is very friendly and helped me with making a choice, since there were so many options. I got the dish that filled my craving that day. I had the seafood platter with the fried shrimp, fried oyster and fried catfish. I can't wait to go back and try some more food!
The restaurant owner has extremely high standard in cuisine, with a great restaurant atmosphere. The owner Derek is very very courteous also he's a great cook. Although i didn't get to take picture's of my meal i can't wait to go back!
I lived in New Orleans for many years so my food palette is not only refined but extremely picky when it comes to southern Cajun cuisine cooked in California by Californians. Not only is Elaine’s good, it’s authentically good! The owner is always close by and eager to take your order. This place is most definitely one of my downtown favorites.
My daughter and niece and I met the young man in there which assisted us and was very pleasant as he was working away at his recipe creations,I ordered the Catfish which was pretty sizable for a second serving on bread,hamburger's and fries,chicken strip's and fried oysters I believe, It was so fulfilling and good we were ready for a nap afterwards so you can best believe we will be back soon and the prices are reasonable thank you Elaine's Cajun Cuisine.🌷
Damn good wings and a great cat fish po'boy. Everything we had was fresh. Nice addition to the downtown lunch scene.
Delicious burger and crab cakes for a good price. Highly recommend giving this place a try.

I spent $15 thinking I was going to get a nice hearty helping of jambalaya, instead I got a small cup where I could only get a few bites in this place is a rip off. The guy that was pouring the sauces into the cups was using a knife it made me think wow you can’t even afford a serving spoon? I will never go back to this place.
