Inattentive service...they were playing in the food preparation area while there were cockroaches passing on the floor....the drinks didn't seem amazing to me...nice...but that's all

Mal servicio, atención de parte del personal te atiende como si te hicieran un favor, no me trajeron mi pan, pero no se les olvidó. El sabor de los café y chocolates nada extraordinario, no regresaría.

Pésimo servicio pedimos un frappé de ore, 2 sodas italianas, un croissant y un baguette. El croissant no lo llevaron nunca, el baguette mal hecho, el frappé sin sabor. Lástima que ocupe un espacio dentro de los portales.

Pasó algo desconcertante y desagradable. Los dos baños hombres y mujeres estaban desocupados. Uno de los empleados entró al de mujeres (repito estando los dos desocupados). Yo quise entrar y pregunte porque entro al de mujeres Otro empleado respondió: No se y se rio. Otro más respondió: No tiene nada de malo y que yo entrara al de hombres, lo haría si no estuviera tan sucio. El que entró al baño les doy mi palabra tardo más de 20 minutos El.dueño de este lugar necesita gente con mejor atención Y sobre todo educación

Primera y ÚLTIMA VEZ que voy allí, la calidad es mala 😒 para lo que cobran. No reciben pagos con tarjeta (sospechoso 🤔) Negaron un vaso de agua, eso va contra la ley, PROFECO debería darse una vuelta a este lugar. Maloliente 🤮el área de sus mesas de afuera.

Después de ver todas las reseñas negativas no iba opinar sobre nuestra experiencia. Pero siento que es el deber de cada quien publicar sobre su experiencia, sean positivas o negativas. Les cuento que andábamos mi pareja, yo y nuestra niña. La niña y yo deseamos un producto del negocio vecino, La Michaucana, mientras que mi pareja deseaba algo de este establecimiento. Ella entró hacer su pedido. La niña y yo la esperamos en una de las mesitas al exterior de este establecimiento ya que La Michuacana había cerrado y retiraron sus mesitas del exterior. Mi pareja Viene a la mesita explicando que le habían indicado que tome asiento y que la atienden llevándole la carta. Después de unos minutos sala una persona con carta en mano. Pensando que el nos iba atender nos viene a decir que ellos se niegan atendernos debido a que la niña y yo tenemos productos de otro establecimiento. Esto es ridículo por muchas razones. Una de estas razones es que el negocio de cual teníamos otros productos había cerrado. Otra es que los productos eran del negocio justo al lado de este. Otra es que los productos eran solo un vaso chico sin etiquetas. No es cómo si era comida en platos. Ellos hubiesen empleado cortesía viendo que eramos una familia pequeña. También podían haber dicho que nos atienden pero que no podíamos ocupar su mesa con productos de otro negocio. Nosotros nunca hubiéramos entrado al interior de su negocio con productos de otro negocio. También existe la posibilidad que la niña y yo hubiéramos pedido un pastel. Dado el hecho que la mesas estaban al exterior sin ninguna barrera significante entre una línea de negocios con mesas al exterior no pensamos que iba ser un problema. No se si esto es un comportamiento típico de negocios en esta área.

Pedí un "espresso twin tonic" que pregunte si tenia algo mas agregado, me dijeron q no, entonces les dije q si era como uno normal a lo q me dijeron q si, cuando me lo dieron es una carga de espresso con AGUA MINERAL ni gracia, y lo peor es q su valor es de 85 como si fuera muy bueno, no hubiera estado demas q me hubieran dicho q le ponían agua mineral en vez de agua tónica, asi ni de chiste me quedo a ordenar 😡 No puede ser posible q siendo un establecimiento en el zocalo no sepan como se hace un espresso tonic y nisiquiera por lógica sepan q lleva agua tonica

This place is awful. Flies everywhere. All the baked goods are packaged from the store. My cappucino tasted like water, it was so bad I actually just left it behind. $115 pesos for 1 cappucino and 1L of water. It took them 15 minutes of sending their kids to other stores to break a $500 for me, and she gave me $85 pesos in .01 and .05 denominations. Gross. Definitely avoid.

Terrible service, way too expensive for the syrups they serve. Everything is synthetic, and they charge as if it were high-altitude coffee. The taste is pretty basic, and the prices are sky-high. If you want good coffee and service, DON'T COME HERE.

My experience was disappointing. I went with my son. We both ordered an Oreo frappe. I was expecting a full Oreo cookie (the two circular cookies with the filling), but they only gave me one. I told them my cookie was incomplete, and they told me that's how they serve them. I let it go. Then, I found a fingernail in my croissant. It was a bad experience for me, but I'm never going back to that place.

Terrible experience! I love animals, but just because a place is "pet-friendly" doesn't mean a street manager comes in and puts his dog up on the table with dirty paws from the street, right where the customers are eating. When I told the waiter, all he replied was, "It's a pet-friendly place," and then we cleaned the table. I find this outrageous since it's obvious there's zero hygiene, and I believe that just because a place is pet-friendly doesn't mean they can just bring their dogs up and sit at the table with their anuses where the food is being eaten. It's a total lack of safety measures for diners, and the Health Department should pay more attention to these establishments because, in my opinion, they'd be shut down for much less. Disgusting is the right word for this place.

I'm lactose intolerant. I ordered an iced coffee with almond milk and they gave it to me with whole milk, and I was super happy with them. My drink didn't taste like almond milk. It wasn't even five minutes before my body reacted.

NOT RECOMMENDED. The service is terrible for locals. The waiters didn't give me the menu until I asked for it, even though they saw me arrive and sit for several minutes. They serve you reluctantly, almost as if you were going to ask for free items. If you're thinking of going in, don't; find another coffee shop. As for the coffee, it's nothing special; it's expensive for what it is.

Although the atmosphere is good and the only redeeming thing along with the service, the rest is terrible. I went to the place with low expectations since I had previously read some reviews and I still left disappointed. I ordered a latte and a cake. The latte was horrible, the milk was burnt and the texture was bad, and the presentation was not adequate. The cake was decent but that's it. In conclusion, if you have the opportunity to go, I suggest you miss it.
