I loved loved loved my first time going to Jersey Mike’s. As soon as I walked, in the employees had a smile on their faces 😊. I ordered the Ham Provolone and asked for pickles ! She added more pickles than I expected and was not greedy with the food as how other fast foods are. I recommend asking Joselyn for sub suggestionss, she was very nice as well as the rest of the employees, and I can’t wait to be served by her again. There brownies are to die for crispy on the top, the middle part is so soft, and the bottom is cake 😆. I 100% will be coming back and is now my favorite fast food place. Ouu and they give you points online for rewards and you can use them to save money 🥳

This is the only Jersey Mike’s we’ve been to, but we’ve gotten food from this location a few times and it’s always been great. A little pricey, but the sandwiches are awesome — both hot and cold options.

I think subway is way better… this was my first time trying Jersey mikes subs and ehh I didn’t like it that much.. the subs are half the size and they DID put a ton of tuna on which was nice but the flavor wasn’t all there and the bacon was definitely old and hard.

So I’ve been going to this Jersey Mikes for some time now and I decided to start ordering online for easy pick up getting points etc and I’ve ordered 4 times on the App 2 of the times there’s been an issue, it has nothing to do with the App it has to do with the personell, I arrived early and my sandwich was being made and I watched in horror as the girl attempted to wrap my sandwich. I’m all in favor of giving someone a chance and letting them do it on their own to learn but if they’re just not getting it someone needs to show them how. But that didn’t happen and the picture is the result of sandwich when I got it home, I’m sure the training videos wouldn’t show this sandwich as something that would be acceptable to let someone leave the store with. In fact it should be used as a training aid in what not to do. Well I ordered yesterday and got the sandwich home and began eating it and said something is different?? Well when your sandwich is missing lettuce and tomato ( Included in Mike’s Way ) it’s gonna taste different. Oh well check your sandwich before you leave or watch them make it cause apparently the personell can’t remember to put Lettuce and Tomato on a Jersey Mikes Sub?

Ordered a chipotle cheesesteak, they made it on the wrong bread. Sm/md portion of protein. Good flavor. Decent service. Could be better.

I guess they are really not that much better than subway. They are expensive like many of the fast food places. This makes getting a reasonable lunch unaffordable.

I placed a curbside order that gave me a 15 min window, I arrived early but did not expect my order to be ready earlier than estimated. Now this is one sandwich! I waited an additional 15mins until I got out of the car to get my food. A gentleman behind the counter said “oh sorry here is your order”. I got back to my car starving, ripped it open just to find that the bread was completely soggy and falling apart from sitting around so long. I kindly went in and asked for them to remake it. The girl behind the counter kindly said no problem. But when I received more order again, there was absolutely no oil and vinegar as “the Mikes way”. This is not awful, just extremely frustrating!!! I order from the location by my job and never have an issue! I won’t be going back to the Oceanside location.

I was in the Oceanside location with my sister. The customer service at this place for the first time was horrible the gentleman's that were there helping did not acknowledge us until they decided to do it, me and my sister stood there and I didn't want to be rude and say anything, but really they have to work in there customer service specially this gentleman that were there tonight. I'm not happy at all with my sandwich. Other time I been there everything went smoothly and I was happy with my food.

This location needs a serious cleaning. They’re cutting bread on the counters without anything on it. Can seriously harm someone if they’re allergic. The meat slicer and counters were so dirty. Unfortunately I decided to cancel the order and just walk away.

So i tried your Oceanside new York store again after staying away since my orders have always been disgusting, Well i can say nothing has change I would prefer to go to subway and eat that garbage thank using Jersey mike . The bread was hard as a rock and stale there were little or no meat on our sandwiches and it taste horrible. You have convince me to go back to my deli for quality food as you don't have any. Horrible place horrible people and food.
