This is a good Moe’s location. I love that they have fresh jalapeños and cilantro as an option. They’re able to get people in and out quickly - there isn’t usually too much of a wait. One word of caution - this location doesn’t accept the T-Mobile Tuesday/Dining Advantage deal.

I’ve been coming to this Moes location since 2012, and I always loved them. But as the years went on, they slowly started to decline when it came to quality and portion size. They use to have this REALLY good steak back in 2012, but then they changed it for a less flavorful, cheaper steak. Their bowls have gotten smaller and smaller over the years. They remove their shredded cheddar cheese for this shredded white cheese (Horrible decision). And they removed their chunky red salsa from the salsa bar for the chips which was my favorite one to get. So now I don’t even get chips anymore. Please STOP changing things that nobody asked to be changed! You’re ruining your reputation. The staff and the place itself is very clean and friendly but everything else is just changing for the worse.

This location is one of my go-to spots being so close to home. However, this is the second time I've experienced poor service here. While one staff member was polite and started my order, the overall friendliness was lacking. Usually, I'm greeted with a cheerful 'Welcome to Moe's,' but this time, there was no such greeting. The second person who assisted me seemed unhappy to be there. When I asked for extra sour cream, there was no smile or acknowledgment, just a blank expression. It's disappointing when the staff isn't friendly, as it really impacts the experience of dining at Moe's. I hope they can improve their service, as I'd love to continue enjoying their food in a welcoming atmosphere.

The protein portions in the bowls are insufficient, leading to an unbalanced meal. i wasn’t even able to finish my meal due to the lack of protein in the bowl. Regardless of my attempts to be polite, the staff often responds with an unwelcoming attitude. This establishment has become quite unprofessional and has lost its appeal as a cozy, home-style dining option. It increasingly feels like a corporate chain, similar to Chipotle, which seems indifferent to customer osatisfaction. this is a terrible location to go to, might as well go to chipotle for a better bowl. the only surprising thing about this place is that they give free chips, chips with no flavor whatsoever, which are not eaten most of the time; i personally had to throw them away because of how accustomed i am to flavorful chipotle chips rather than these terrible ones. update- im pretty sure the chips are free just for burritos 🌯

Customer for years but I’m done. Overpriced overvalued. They’ll stuff 50 pounds of rice in a burrito with 1 ounce of meat. Not worth it.

Where should I start .... I decided to get Moe's with my wife after receiving a text message deal for $5.99 burrito or burrito bowl. We arrived at the restaurant. It was hot in the restaurant. No AC, just ceiling fans. When placing my order. The heavy-set Spanish woman looked like she did not want to be there. I told her I will get a steak bowl to stay. Then, before she started the order or put anything in the bowl. I changed my mind after seeing that the steak looked a little dry. I said Let me get the chicken instead. She physically rolled her eyes at me. Asked me again if I wanted it to stay. I said yes. After she placed the rice, beans, chicken, corn, and peppers in the bowl, she slid the bowl to another worker. I told the workers which other toppings to place in the bowls. She then asked me if it was to stay. I said yes. When cashing out, another female employee handed the orders to the cashier, who, I presume, is the manager.The woman asked what I got and asked again if it was to stay. Third time's the charm. The cashier/manager guy rang me up. I said I had a coupon, and he said Okay. He looked at me like I was from another dimension before asking me for the coupon code. I told him I had a free drink from the app but he said I could not use it with this offer. Which I understood. I just went on the app and redeemed it in-store for a pick up, from the horrible services to frequently asked questions about whether the meal is here to stay, and the lack of portion size, especially regarding their protein. I would not go to Moe's regularly over Chipotle, at least at Chipotle, the food and service are way better. Honestly, if it wasn't for the coupon code, which I saw many customers using, no one would ever go here regularly.

I like the food chips and sauces but i order in the app and my food was msde completly wrong i also used the coupon for the free taco but was charged double for the taco.

I do not recommend eating in this place, the food is very expensive and the service is terrible. The workers think they are the owners of the place when he wants to scan a coupon they make a very ugly face, as if they were the owners themselves I asked him for a glass of water and he didn't want to give it to me, he just wanted to sell me the bottled water where a glass of water is not denied to anyone

What is this? It’s like you ask for something and they look at you like you have 10 heads, you ask for queso and they drizzle it on like legit nothing and you want me to pay extra for that? I will never come back or do work caters from here ever again? So digested I’m not even going to eat this.
