Cheap drinks! Lots of fun. Both the bouncers are really nice and make sure everyone’s alright. Theres a sense of community that is present in dives. Bartender is efficient and makes a good drink. Comfy high back barstools. There’s pool, karaoke, a great patio etc. If you’re looking for a true dive this is a great place! Good place to people watch also. I didn’t try the food so I can’t say.

Larry's Beach Club is a laid-back, beachy spot perfect for casual dining and good vibes. Known for its friendly atmosphere and live entertainment, it’s a great place to kick back with friends or meet locals.

We went for a kareoke night, and the vibe was great during the day. I wouldn't recommend going, but at night, the place is a great dive. It does smell like any other dive bar, though cigarettes and stale beer.

Great atmosphere(2020) Update 2023: I come here sometimes when I'm in the area visiting from Seattle. This is the coolest dive bar I've ever been to, mostly because of the people! I went for karaoke this last time and first let me say the staff impressed me, the karaoke host seems like a normal nice lady but she has a voice reminiscent of Stevie Nicks, then the bartender was bartending WHILE ABSOLUTELY CRUSHING HIS KARAOKE SONGS! Not only is the staff super cool and friendly but the people that come there are too, we met a hoodoo priest and one of the people in my group exchanged energies with him, everyone had tons of fun! I definitely recommend this bar if you're looking for some fun and excitement and you're in the area!

Didn't get to taste the food because they shut down their kitchen right smack at the beginning of karaoke. We drove a long way and we were hungry. We ended up ordering a couple of drinks and singing one karaoke song and having to leave because the rotation was so ridiculously long and there was no food. KJ was great though! Would return just for her. A suggestion, if you're going to have a crowdful people drinking in your establishment it's a great idea to have food besides the fact that you'll make more money you'll have much happier customers.

Took a ride on christmas Down to Oceanside and stopped here for a Bite but upon arrival realized it was a bar. Well we went in anyway there was food but we didn't eat. Friendly Atmosphere great Bartender. Would Recommend it.

Great local dive bar here in Oceanside. Went for the second time yesterday for lunch. Had their Patty melt and fries. It was absolutely excellent. Friendly service by the bartender and friendly local neighbors to talk to. They have a nice semi outdoor smoking area with televisions and good ventilation. Highly recommend Larry’s joint

This place is rad! Love the fact that people get together through music and 90% of people there loved to do kareoke. The crowd is great although it takes longer for us to be called at our song its a good deal.

Fun Karaoke host on Friday nights, great welcoming crowd, other side of bar has great live music of all the 80s hits. A Fun night with friends if you looking for this kind of vibe.

The lady blonde bartender gave me good customer service. Though unfortunately they seem a little understaffed. Under the current circumstances, I won’t hold that against them. Especially since it was closing time and that may be busier than usual. This rating is influenced from a previous encounter here. I may, key word may, have left them five stars based on my last experience here last weekend.

Had a great time Saturday night! Much better than the last time I was there! Wish the dance floor was bigger though. Drinks were good, staff was nice, and it was a pretty good crowd of people. The band that played was called Nude BBQ. They were really good!

For some reason this comes up as a gay bar. I think whomever first reviewed this place meant to type "dive" and it autocorrected to "gay". This is a classic dive bar. Limited beer. Food served all day at very reasonable prices. No nonsense bartenders. I am thankful there was a bathroom👍🏼 though it was a place of broken dreams and possibly plumbing. Very wet floor.

Was Ok, vibrant crowd for Karaoke, patio conveniently located to smoke, barkeep pours were kinda lacking and drinks more expensive than I thought they would be. Better places abound.

Overall great dive bar and karaoke spot. The place can use a lot of upkeep and maintenance. Restroom needs to be renovated or at least some form cleanliness. Music is ridiculously loud and space is so limited. The smoking area seeps into the main area which is counter productive. Crowd control is another thing. I understand we’re at a bar, but security needs needs to pay attention to those small things. Further issues or problems can be avoided.

Rob the Bartender was really sweet it in the beginning, gave us extra shots, extra drinks, then suddenly, after he made a drink that didn’t taste good and we complained, he cut us off. We rebutdtaled and claimed we were enjoying our night and rob refused to serve us drinks. We never did anything to cause a scene or anything. We tipped the kj and the bartender over 20%. Not a fan of this place. I’d like a response from management please

The bartender Tanya was Very Rude, Bad attitude and Nasty towards me. She ignored me and just keep talking about her personal life to other customers. It took her FOREVER to help me with a NASTY Attitude. I asked her if she was upset with me for something. She said no but why do I ask. I told her that her dimmer and attitude and rude comments towards me was very disrespectful. Other customers also commented about her. They said she was Always like that. She has VERY BAD people skills and shouldn't work there. She makes it unpleasant and uncomfortable for everyone. The food is good!
