Hands down best Chai Latte I’ve ever had. Food was delicious. Quick and low-key. No fuss no muss. You order at a counter upon entering, then go find a table, then receive your food. Didn’t interact with staff too much, but it wasn’t really necessary because I got more than I wanted and it was yummy. Happy camper! Wish I could have that Chai every single day!!

Mad cool place to eat. Had breakfast. Lots of options to meet all dietary wants/needs. The food isn’t bland, and cooked properly. The staff is super nice and attentive. Eating outside is cool if you don’t mind being near the street and dealing with traffic. Will totally come here again💖✨💖✨

Food was excellent which was a surprise. We ordered the burger and the turkey croissant. One of the best burgers I’ve had. Nice big patty, very fresh and crisp toppings. Patio is off the street and nice. Plate presentation was very good. Clean place. Thank you.

Lunch and breakfast all day! So happy we found this little gem. Huge portions, price was very reasonable. Steak was cooked perfectly and wonderful smoky flavor. Everything was delicious!!! This place is a must stop of you are on the area.

This restaurant left a lasting impression, particularly with its spacious interior. We arrived nearly at the restaurant's opening, being the sole visitors, a delightful bonus. The service was excellent, with friendly waitstaff. The dishes we ordered were not only delicious but also presented with appetizing allure. The extensive coffee options surprised me pleasantly. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this restaurant for a satisfying dining experience.

We visited Swarmi with our daughter and son-in-law and we each had different meals, but equal enjoyment. I love that the coffee is self-serve while waiting and the ability to order first, then take a seat. The environment is well done with open rafters and a very warm feeling. It's a comfortable environment. There is a bar area, plenty of seating and an impressive menu. To be honest the outside of the building was a little sketchy looking and could be updated. I'm glad I checked the reviews, because otherwise we would have missed this place because of its exterior appearance. I had the lobster eggs Benedict, which was perfectly executed and packed with flavor (as I'm this, I wishing I they were close to home so that I could go back). The seasoned potatoes were really good, but I do wish they had been fried to be a bit crispier. I had a side of bacon, which was also a delicious and seemed to be good quality cut. My family completely enjoyed their meals as well.

This is such a cozy weekend go-to for us. 🌞 They’ve got something for everyone, mimosa flights for me, a giant chocolate chip pancake for my kiddo, and lighter options when I’m trying to behave. The corned beef hash is a fave, and I usually stick to the Benedict because it never lets me down (the beef special I tried was a little chewy). It does get busy in the mornings, and you order at the counter with self-serve drinks, but that’s part of the charm. Swami’s is definitely staying in our regular rotation.

Vegan (hot food) options are few & not very appetizing. Smoothie bowl was large and fresh but they did include pollen even though I asked for it vegan. Have also tried the tofu stir fry and tofu fish tacos which were okay but I wouldn't seek this place out for food if adhering to a vegan diet. Love the easy of ordering at the counter and seating yourself.

Come here every time my best friend is in town. He really likes this place lol I think it’s good, not great. There’s other little diners around I prefer. But the food is good, and I’ve never had bad service. The only really complaint I have is their potatoes. They are super chunky and never fully cooked through to me. Be better if they were a little crispy. If you have a group, it’s better to get a bottle of the champagne, it comes with two juices of your choosing. Just saves you a little.

It’s a counter-order and place a number on your table arrangement. The staff were friendly and they allowed us to bring our dogs inside with us out of the storm. Unfortunately they got my eggs wrong on the huevos rancheros - no big deal, it happens and not worth a fuss, unfortunately the food was on the bland side and seemed - well, bit “cold” but less than “fresh out of the kitchen” levels of hot. Nothing was bad, the produce all seemed fresh and there was a generous amount of avocado on top; but it was still underwhelming. It’s a great intro to the dish if you are sensitive to spicy food, but it left me wanting.

The food is good, but not the best, the service is OK… No one came to pick up our food/dirty place until superduper later. We’re still waiting on pancakes. We ordered a long time ago. There’s usually a long line outside the restaurant, but that does not mean there’s a wait time! You’re supposed to take your order at the front and see yourself!

This Swami’s was a bit underwhelming. Lucky for us, it wasn’t super busy - you order at the register and then get a number before you seat yourself. If you want coffee they have many coffee dispensers available and a fridge full of various milks. The coffee wasn’t very good and the milk tasted off. I had a few sips and then left it. I ordered the Benedict with bacon and extra crispy hash browns. The eggs were perfectly poached but they weren’t seasoned at all. The hashbrowns on the other hand were very good ; but by the time they made it to the table were not very warm. My husband ordered the waffle. It was a waffle. Not too special. Overall a bit disappointing considering that there is constantly a line. Not sure if we will be back.

This location is close to the pier and a good spot for a quick bite. However, the food had a cafeteria-like quality; it lacked flavour. The toast was cold, and the bacon was cold. I feel this is due to the system they have in place to pre-order before being seated. The service model was a bit different from other restaurants in the area. We had to wait in line as we entered and were then given a menu. Overall, our experience was okay. There was street parking available, but we didn’t use it and instead walked to the location.
