Best service we've had in a long time! Kanye was one of the young men who helped us and he was so nice! Also, the best burrito bowl I've ever eaten from Chipotle. I got a barbacoa bowl and the meat was tender! Fresh ingredients and large portions.

Let me start off saying. I rarely do reviews. I actually don’t come to chipotle but let me say. I have NEVER seen someone so overworked. Devon was visibly having such a long day. But He was amazing, service was great. The cook was horrible. He wasn’t helpful. Anything Devon would ask for he would catch an attitude and say he doesn’t have meanwhile a girl was bringing everything out of the back to come and restock. I just wanna say that that poor kid was doing probably four people‘s jobs and still doing it with a smile on his face being respectful to customers me personally idk if I could do that so I just think that if anybody should be appreciated in that establishment it’s Devon and if I were to ever come back, it would be so that he could serve me Amazing 10 out of 10 I really do think he is what a star employee would be.

The service was great. Meat to rice ratio needs to be adjusted I legit had like 7 pieces of chicken in my whole bowl but the flavor profile was good. One order was messed up but the young lady seemed new and it wasn't that big of a deal.

First time to this location and wasn't a good experience. The tables and floor were dirty. Bathroom wasn't clean at all. Looked like a gas station bathroom. To top things off they had no ice and said they have not had ice for 4 days. How is this possible ? Poor impression ! Someone from Lanagement needs to clean this place out.

Others were cleaning and doing prep that should have probably been done before then. Plus someone doing cleaning the lobby area left a broom/dustpan right in front of the area where folks line up while placing their orders. I told the guy behind the counter that was a tripping hazard and he quickly removed it. Not sure what is going on at this place. The folks work hard here to keep things moving but whomever is running it needs to hire more people. Good food and friendly people working but they were shortstaffed. They actually had no steak at the time. The grill was full of chicken and then they were going to make steak. Not the fault of those working but it is the fault of those who staff this place. But they always seem to have excuses.

It's been a long time since I've been here!! The food is excellent, but there's a rotten stench next to the register and in the hallway leading to the bathroom!! The smell is horrible!!

2/21/26. I love Chipotle. I have been coming to the Ocoee Fl West Colonial Drive location for many years. Management needs to do better. Within the last 2 months the rice has been crunchy (undercooked) or mushy. Also they barely gave me any pork meat in the Bowl.

Wednesday evening at 9:30 pm, we were told as we entered that they were out of cheese! Not only were they out of Cheese they have already stopped cooking and were cleaning up to leave for the evening, store hours are till 11 pm. Poor planning and management on this Wednesday evening 7/2/25 Sad that a new business can’t do well with poor management problems.

Very Sad here, there was a supervisor belittling a server in front of the guest. Because he used too much cheese. There was a line of people waiting to be served. She could have least helped and told him polity how much cheese to serve. Not impressed with her, the young man continued to serve us and handle him well.

It’s obvious this Chipotle does not have a manager or order. Have been to this location several times and they never have chips or hard tacos and it’s right at opening time so there’s no reason why they don’t have any ready. My friend ordered chips with queso, of course they didn’t have chips again, so they have here two hard shells and still charged her full price for the order. Not to mention the shells looked old . Also, there’s multiple people doing multiple stations at once. The cashier wears gloves but is bouncing back and forth between the topping stations, the register and the back. Today even the front doors were closed and when we knocked they motioned us to use the side doors. There was no sign, not reason why the front doors would be locked. Very disorganized location. Next time I’ll drive further down for the next location.

They really need to clean the place up. The glass above the food was full of mold. The ingredient line was a hot mess with meat and veg all over it. They get my order wrong on DoorDash 80% of the times so if I go I only pick up now. Even while there they forget things : side pita, guac etc. To be honest I don’t think it’s the workers fault, they get slammed due to there not being many chipotles in the area. They are totally understaffed. Whoever is managing this location should do their job and prioritize sanitation and adequate hands on deck. There were no forks. No spoons. No knifes. No napkins. Trash overflowed. Line cook told staff they literally have no chicken in the back so they are totally out of chicken (on a Thursday at 8pm means they got no chicken the next day too). It’s just so badly managed I’m shocked someone is getting paid to do so.

This location is terrible, how are employees or managers pass health inspections. no one here has any knowledge of food safety. A full sheet of cook beans are just lay on the prep table. All hot food are out of temperature because they all start cleaning way before closing time. Also spraying and scrubbing while food is still on the severing line. I got food poisoning eating here. This is public health issue! Stop serving unsafe food!! Clean after store is closed. By turning off food warmer earlier is very dangerous practice.

I was very disappointed with my recent experiences at Chipotle. The service has been extremely slow, and this was the third day I had to walk out due to the wait. Additionally, it seems there are not enough workers to handle the crowd. I hope the management addresses these issues soon, as I've always enjoyed Chipotle, but this is not up to their usual standard.

I literally walked in here saying out loud "please don't piss me off today Chipotle" and I went in and there was absolutely nothing to order. And I mean that wholeheartedly... They had some beans. And they had some chorizo. The guy behind the counter said "I'm sorry bro I don't got nothing here" I said what time do you close. And he said "we close in about an hour. It's just been a really rough day" like I'm so confused what do you mean it's been a rough day. You're a Chipotle do you not make food. What the hell are we talking about here... He told me that was one further down and I told him I specifically passed that one for this one because that one has 2.7 Stars I'm absolutely done with Chipotle

Husband got here at 9:45 tonight (they close at 11) and they told him they were out of meat. The line looked like they were out of some other things as well. He used to work at Chipotle and it was very clear to him they had already started cleaning up for the night and had stopped making anything new. Had to go to a different chipotle because he literally couldn't get food here an hour and fifteen minutes before close.

Ironically I'm not usually one to leave a review. This location has been a consistent problem so much so that I rarely visit it. Today had to be the icing on the cake though. I ordered a burrito and half of my toppings are on the side in little cups. This wasn't a online order either it was in person and when I said something about it the young lady seem to have an attitude the situation wasn't resolved either. Money isn't easy to come by nowadays especially when it wasted like this. I understand proper employees are hard to come by as well. At the end of the day it's just a consistent disappointment.

Somebody ate my delivery order. Used the chipotle app and door dash delivered my order. Will never use the chipotle app for delivery or use door dash ever again. Tipped the guy $5 too eat my dinner what a joke.

I recently visited the location to pick up an online order and had a disappointing experience. Specifically, I observed that the staff member preparing my order was handling both food and receipts with the same hand, which raised concerns about hygiene. Furthermore, I experienced a delay in receiving my order, despite the app indicating it was ready. After waiting over 10 minutes, I discovered that the order was not prepared. Upon returning home and reviewing my order, I noticed that I had only received one of the two bowls I had ordered. I hope this feedback can help improve the customer experience at this location.

Why is the Ocoee chipotle so incompetent…. Like not only do ya forget to add the salad dressing each time I order a salad but then burn the chicken and serve that charcoal chicken to your customers. You need new management!

Went there yesterday once I went up to the line to order I wasn’t even said hi hello just looked at me with a dumb face and said what we got here is what we have it was 9:02pm they had no white rice not even the other rice and no protein I know there was about 6-7 people that seemed like they ordered and were eating but the employees didn’t show effort like they were going to cook more they had a whole mess on the line were they make the food also so what 2 hours left and you won’t be serving out food overall, terrible expectation

This place has gone down hill , came to chipotle around 9:30pm and the employees were cleaning and taking all the food off display , mind you they close at 11… I barley got anything in my bowl cause they were running out and “we’re about to close, there’s no more” . It was clear that hygiene is not being taken seriously at this location. What made it even worse was how the situation was handled. The manager didn’t apologize at all. No concern, no accountability just a casual, “I can make you another plate,” as if this wasn’t a serious health issue. That’s not just disappointing, it’s unacceptable. We didn’t come here for free food or a do-over. We came for a clean, safe meal for our family, and we left disgusted and angry. Chipotle needs to do better, especially when it comes to basic food safety and customer service. Until I see some clear changes at this location—like staff wearing proper hairnets and managers who actually care. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Came into this location last night and it was just absolutely disgusting. From the second I walked in the door the dining room almost every table had crap all over it, and almost empty (people wise), food all over the floor. Clearly not periodically cleaning the dining room ever. Walked up to the counter, stood there looking around for a couple minutes waiting for the guy in front of me, and turned around and walked out. That kitchen, the line where they assemble the food, was absolutely just filthy. And this was not from just being busy, this is just not giving a shit. The walls, the hood area, everything, just filthy. The glass, food everywhere, all of it. No pride in workmanship, absolute disgrace. Will never spend my money there ever again. Should fire everyone in there, start with the owner.
