Decided on Arby's after a good game of Skeeball. She was looking for roast beef & I wanted fish. It was a very great decision. 👍 💯% recommend this location. I, even, rang the dinner bell 🔔. Happy ❤️

We went with the desire of the Philly steak we got last stop at an Arby’s. Unfortunately it was a limited time selection however they had the Goodburger meal. Took me back to my childhood. Very filling and so good.

Super friendly staff, no wait time. The food was so hot and fresh!! This is my favorite Arby's because there's never a long wait and the food is always fresh and piping hot. The outside definitely looks outdated and unwelcoming but the food makes up for it.

The food was exceptional, and the customer service was commendable. It was a pleasant experience to find a fast food restaurant that provides service comparable to that of a sit-down establishment.

Demitiri was great! I went through drive-thru did not wait long at all ,even if I had I wouldn’t have cared because the food was fresh. He was very welcoming on the speaker did not rush you. At the window he was very polite. Very quick service from the whole team!thank you. Your kindness goes a long way.

Needed a quick bite before an appointment. Stopped by the drive thru and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they have mozzarella sticks. 😋 The service was friendly and quick. The turkey sandwich was okay, nothing exciting. The mozzarella sticks were the best. 👌

Arby's is the only fast food chain that cooks burgers properly, with a bit of pink at the center. They use good bread, which is essential to a good sandwich, and all of the meats are great. Arby's deserves more credit for setting the standard for what fast food should be.

So I will admit, I didn't really like Arby's - but it was really convenient the other day while doing errands. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. We had the brisket sandwich and the Reuben - both were actually excellent! I also enjoyed the fries. I have decided to put Arby's back on my list of preferred fast food stops.

Food was hot and fresh. Store was completely quiet no customers. No wait in drive thru. Not the healthiest choice.

I’ve only picked up food from here a couple times, but my experiences were drastically different each time. One time the supervisor with glasses was great to me. Friendly, caring, good at her job. Another time I visited and the staff was just standing around, hard to get their attention. The cashier (short, blond hair) flung my roast beef sandwich around in its bag, and they didn’t have any mozzarella sticks ready, so it was a wait on those. As with most places, if good management is in, people will stay on task, if not great management is there, or on break, people will just laze about, talking and not paying attention to customers. Food was fine. Customer service could use a little work.

It's as good as Arby's gets. The staff is friendly and pays attention when ordering complicated items with a lot of modifications. The dining room is always clean and condiments are well stocked. Never had an issue at this restaurant.

It was lunchtime on May 1, 2024 as we entered Arby's restaurant in Ocoee, FL. I noticed the Greek Gyro on the menu. Being a decades long fan I ordered one. It was so disappointing. The only similarities to a real Gyro were the lamb and the Pita bread. I ate half and tossed the rest. My wife ordered the Beef Brisket and found it somewhat more palatable.

Arby’s offers occasionally their delicious chicken pecan salad sandwich. Unfortunately it is now a chicken pecan flavored sandwich. It is mostly dry bread and little filling. Arby’s marketing is out of touch with restaurant requirements. The image they use is how the sandwich was served 8 years ago. Not sure how they get away with this false advertisement. See photos of recent purchase. Look at all the nonexistent filling seen between the bread slices, just “like” the advertisers picture posted online and their order board. I hope corporate responds.

Do yourself a favor go eat somewhere else even if you going to drive 30 minutes out of the way this place has really gone downhill used to eat here all the time stopped in the day cuz I was running late was starving when in ordered something they could not address stuff that I wanted and I asked for a refund Young kid didn't even care working there believe his name was Sean and when he gave me my refund instead of apologizing for them not having something he said thanks for ruining the fresh fries !!! Don't think I'll ever go back to this location ever again but definitely do a favor go eat somewhere else

Horrible staff! First of all the dude who took my order was super rude and obnoxious. I asked for kid size mocha shake. And he aggressively say regular large? I again said I wanted a kid size. Only for him to answer with an attitude that they don’t carry kid size anymore as if I already knew that without being told. He followed that with is that all? With such an attitude, I end up, just leaving without my food. they definitely need better management and better employees. Never forget your customers are the reason you have a job.

25 minute wait in the drive thru as the customers in the dining room and behind me get served. A feeble apology with stale food does not make up for it. I won’t give this restaurant another chance.

Went to the drive thru, there was literally one person in front of me and they weren’t ready to take my order. A short wait is fine but it was long enough that they came on twice to tell me they’d be with me in a moment. No reason for one car to place an order then need to wait until til they’re paid and received their food to take the next order

They are never super busy when I come thru drive thru; however, it always takes an extremly long time. When I finally get to the window, have to park & wait for my food. Yesterday, I went thru drive thru, there was a truck waiting to order and I waited 10 minutes or longer, truck never moved, so I parked and went inside. There was one family in front of me and it took at least 10 minutes before they were greated. The family and then me had our orders taken. It took forever for us to get our food. While I was waiting for my food two people came in and left cause no one ever took there order. When I finally got my food half my fries were over cooked; however, I took my food & left.

Walked in restaurant for service. The gentleman making our food was playing on his phone, with gloves on. Saw him multiple times wipe his phone on his uniform because it was dirty to clean screen on his phone. I made a request that the gentleman change his gloves. The cashier Linda, asked him to change the gloves. Gloves were changed ,but he did not wash his hands before putting on new gloves. The food he touched before he changed the gloves was sent out to customers. Asked if they had a hand washing report to enter the times each employee Washes their hands . Told yes but I bet it's has made up information. Made a statement to the manager and got a no big deal response about dirty gloves. Cell phones have so much nasty things on them.

Visited on 4/26 and I will never be back. Extremely rude service by and drive thru employee Joshua. This guy yelled at my workers for no reason. Extremely rude and I'm sure the restaurant is aware of his behavior. I love Arby's but I will definitely won't be back to this location.

There was NO toilet paper and there was a napkin that was on the floor that’s been there so long it was yellow and stuck on there as if it was part of the tile! She managed to yell out “ma’am” to get my attention so I could get my food. There were three other people who came in after us. They weren’t made aware their food was ready since Brushetta was just putting them on the counter. Never again.

Ordered a few sandwiches and the new steak bites etc. Waited 20 minutes and still had no food to eat!!! Went to the counter, asked for my money back and was told "Oh your food is coming right now." Told em I don't care, I want my money back! Got my refund and took the family elsewhere to eat.
