This is a smaller, busier Starbucks. It's not ideal for remote work or meetings BUT is adjacent to a nice sunny courtyard that would work perfectly for both, or simply for a hand with friends, or to recover from braving the long lines at Best Buy or Target My two most recent on-line orders took longer than usual so I tend to order and scan at the counter here. They seem well stocked with food and have never run out of my go-to snacks even when I am ordering baked goods in the late afternoon. Service is good and problems can definitely be attributed to the excessive customization that flourish post tiktok and that management doesn't staff like they did when the chain was first growing. For my vegetarian friends, minimal food options but, of course, excellent coffee options. This location is not recommended for drivers due to the inconvenient parking, but if you are local, bike riding or doing public transport, you're golden!

I always get Starbucks here when I’m at this target and today the attendant was forgetting everything. It seemed like all the orders before me were late or missing stuff and they had to be reminded over and over. I waited way longer than I should have for a heated item. Maybe more training is needed

Questionable customer service, I don't agree that they would charge for water or having to buy something to get water. Not the first Starbucks to do this. I feel like just going to Coffee Bean Tea and Leaf. Thank you.

Drink $5 dollars worth of steamed milk and with high fructose pumpkin spice corn syrup as you fight for a table with a violent homeless person who has now a right to be there while you watch police and firemen pick them up with blasting sirens and choppers. Just like paying, nonconfrontational customers. You can get free WiFi from the chairs outside and just use the Target franchised Starbucks which has a bathroom but has to obey another corporation.

The staff is great, the coffee is terrific and the service is fast. However it scares off customers when homeless people are taking up tables sleeping or yelling to themselves. (Couldn't get a pic of that guy, he was too vigilant.) And the smell can't be sanitary. Your coffee is expensive and seating priority should be given to customers. Starbucks and/or that mall should hire a security guard.

I’ve usually had positive experiences at this Starbucks, especially with Joseph and Savannah, who have always been welcoming. However, on a recent visit, I had a troubling interaction with a supervisor, Ree. While I was speaking with the store manager about a policy question, she interjected. Later, when she went outside and I approached her at the entrance to ask a follow-up question, she accused me of following her, claimed I had been asking staff the same questions repeatedly, called security, and told me I was banned from the store. Even if I had been asking questions repeatedly, the appropriate response would have been to ask me to stop or discuss it directly. No warning or conversation was given before security was called, which was unnecessary, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. Customers should be treated respectfully, and concerns should be addressed directly rather than escalating to security without cause. I hope Starbucks management reviews this behavior, as it does not reflect the positive experiences I’ve had at this location in the past.

This is more of a grab n go Starbucks, there is a large balcony area with some general seating, but there aren't any seats or tables inside. One of the shift leads is stingy about refills, even a basic tea, and she is disparaging in how she communicates her refusal, despite being shown the policy on Starbuck's website and having had refills at this location previously, even acting sarcastically shocked when hearing that I had been given refills in this same store before. While everybody else was cool and made no issue previously, after being told by their leader, they had to fall in line which I cant really blame the baristas for. But the manager or lead's refusal reflects poorly on customer service, charging customers 7 bucks for a cup of iced tea is fine but don't you dare stay a while and get refills. Just know that going in. After getting in touch with Target's corporate line confirmed this isn't a Target policy and Starbucks policy should apply at this location, despite the manager/lead deflecting to Target policy after being shown the Starbucks website outlining their refills policy.

I don’t know what has been going on with Starbucks but every single time we come here, we just don’t get what we paid for. The manager is really disrespectful and absolutely rude. No wonder the service is bad. The place is unclean and I saw a staff spit on the drink. It’s disgusting. For 80 cents, you can get just 2 peaces of dried strawberries. I will never ever come to Starbucks again. This is very upsetting. I’m just a teenager wanting to have a good time with my friends but I get disappointed by no one else but Starbucks. You can’t just grab someone from the streets and give them an outfit and make them employees.. look at that strawberry…

Completely mismanaged location. Consistently spending more than 15+ minutes waiting for a drink. Tons of staff present, chatting, standing around, one person working the espresso bar. Awful attitudes from staff with customers. Management needs to be revisited and replaced.

I would share more give it less than a star if I could the barista stairs were crappy and very continuously added with me about eating inside the store where they went to the point to call security and call the sheriff's department to come to to the store there was no kindness of any sort coming from the barista manager at that store Sunday July 28, 2024 I endure racism and humiliation after purchasing them a cup of coffee been trying to eat peacefully a dessert that I brought from a a store across the street from them. These places need to change their policies with customers specially if a customer has been loyal for years and years and years.
