A really good cup of coffee served by some very friendly people. This place is definitely worth the visit, always better to support a small, local business than those other chain coffee spots that serve Dishwater masquerading as coffee!

Excellent Coffee Spot. Incredibly friendly staff. Complete lineup of coffee possibilities. The espresso steamer in a honey infused coffee makes for a frothy dream come true. First and only place to do this for me and now I must become a regular Patron

The light of Meiners Oaks! Always a nice pick-me-up for body and spirit here! If Pure Goodness was a coffee shop, it would be Coffee Connection.

They have a variety of pre brewed coffee to choose from. The location is off the city center, so it looked like mostly locals enjoying their cup of coffee inside. There are lots of art hanging on the wall, many of which I was tempted to purchase. Love this place!

Great coffee! Great people! We LOVE the atmosphere and cozy surroundings. Local art was a treat and the delicious chocolate farm cake was DIVINE!

A real local Ojai experience. No better place to start the morning and read the paper (great selection including NY Times and LA Times). Indoor and outdoor seating. WiFi and table space makes it a good place to get work done as well. Friendly - and a real look into the cross-section of locals and travelers.

Great coffee! Enjoyed an americano on the back patio while reading"Dainty Poems of the 19th Century" (they had a random assortment of books to read in a mini library). Also had the "herbal" rose mint tea, which turned out not to be a tisane, because it had white tea in it!

Take out coffee or special brews are a way to start your day. Great small coffee shop with a funny owner who will make you smile by just talking to him.

All the positive things everyone else says here are true! The owner/operator, Jon, is a gem of a guy, his helpful family and employees are great, and the community appreciates him and his great coffee etc so much.

Local "meeting place" that occasionally draws a Tourist or three. We can live with that! Hang with WI-FI access and they are the only game in town where you can ask for GOATS MILK as an alternative to other creamy yum choices!

Something magical happens when the business owner is the one brewing your coffee or making your latte. It just tastes better. By far the best coffee and lattes in the Ojai Valley

I have bought and tasted many different brands of decaffeinated coffee but by far J B Coffee Connection has the best tasting swiss-water decaf I have ever had. Also, I highly recommend the decaf for those who desire a non-chemical decaffeindated process coffee. Look forward to drinking more

Great place to stop and have a cup of coffee perfectly located for me to walk there. My buddy Elizabeth turned me on to the place back in 2008. I've been going there ever since.

I love this coffee shop. Such a warm and friendly environment. I adore going in and saying hi and chatting with the owners and staff. The customers always seem happy with their experience and their delicious coffee. I enjoy the medium roast with oatmilk or heavy cream. Always a treat. Don't forget to checkout the candles they sell there. They are scents specific to Ojai. They smell incredible and are made by the owner, which makes them even cooler. "Ojai Weekend" candles.

I bring the residents of the Artesian here at least three times a month and there is never a time that we are not greeted with a smile and the best service. All drinks are perfectly crafted and delicious, cheese danish is to die for. A hidden gem, prefer it over Starbucks by a mile.

Coffee Connection serves up delicious fair-trade organic coffee as well as well as a healthy dose of community. This family-run shop is inviting and welcoming. The atmosphere is family based, welcoming locals and tourists alike. They promote local art and artisan crafts, and have beverages and snacks to suit all tastes including the health-conscious kind. Coffee connection truly does live up to it's name, as it is often my destination not just when I'm in need of coffee, but also "connection" :) ❤️

I saw this place and pulled in and I noticed that there were several locals there. Always a good sign. This is a very coffee shop as long as you're not hungry. The coffee is locally roasted in Ojai and the espresso drinks are piping hot and very tasty. Their food selection was very minimal; I enjoy a good baked good - cookie, brownie, muffin, scone, etc - but their only selections are all plastic wrapped from a somewhat local bakery. I wasn't down with the plastic wrap, but the actual scone was pretty good. Small location, but good indoor and outdoor seating for one or two people.

Coffee and baked goods are okay. Coffee a little to hot and way to much milk in a flat white. Very friendly community cafe. Nice staff. Wifi.

Excellent coffee. The place is a little strange but perfect for Meiner's Oaks. They have another shop in Oak View which is really nice.

Disappointed with our drinks today. The person who made our drinks was rude. He was talking loudly on his cell phone while attempting to help the customer before us . Mouthing to him instead of talking to him asking what he wanted . All the while talking to whomever it was very loud for everyone to hear. Then he proceeded to make his drink. . Didn’t wash his hands . Our turn next, and by then another guy took our Order . But the guy on cell phone made our drinks. Again, did not wash his hands prior. My order was supposed to be a blended drink . It was not . I asked him , his response was “ this is how I make it” . Then he just added a few ice cube , the lid then placed the straw into the lid , his hand touching where you sip . The other drink was made incorrectly as well . Way too sweet and not enough of the coffee and too little ice . My daughter had to dump it out! Our drinks Luke cool not cold on a very hot day . We have been here before and knew how we liked our drinks. Very disappointed.

While sitting here one of their indoor mounted birdhouse fell onto my child's head. Staff didn't seem concerned at all. 2 doctor visits and a mild concussion. Still no help from the owners. Most expensive drink we ever bought.
