Never have a problem in here. Always get what you order in a timely fashion. I would rather eat here than go to McDonald's any day. This place at least has real french fries and offers onion rings. Prices are also decent for what you get.

I like this burger king in Olean, NY. I go there every year when I'm up visiting. Friendly staff and good consistent food. Usually has a few of the old timers there chatting over a cup of coffee. Nice group of guys. ......................................... Update: I was there yesterday for breakfast around 10:00AM. 6-20-18. The girl who took our order was very polite and friendly. We had a couple of breakfast croissants and coffee. My brother and I sat there almost 2 hours and ate and chatted since I hadn't seen him in about a year. Nice atmosphere to do this. Always enjoy stopping at this Burger King when I'm up visiting.

This is a BK I rarely visit, just because it's out of the way for me. Today however, I had a reason to be on this end of town. Everything was fine; the ordering went smoothly. The pick up was prompt and the food was nice and hot.

Tables are cleaned regularly. Staff is friendly. Service is reasonably fast. The two for $5 deal is very reasonable. Not sure how long they will offer it.

This is my grandson's favorite place to grab a quick kids meal w/ chicken nuggets.Matter of fact it's the only place we take him to as far as fast food.We go probably twice a month to Burger King on route 16 in Yorkshire Ny.They have a very clean place with great staff and good food. I recommend coming the the Yorkshire plaza if you happen to be in the area .Eat shop,and make a day of it.There are plenty of places for you to find a bargain.

Freshly renovated, and it looks absolutely great! The staff is friendly. I like the new self serve kiosk, like McDonald's. They had one before but it wasn't accessible without waiting in the main line. Unfortunately BK itself has gone up in price like everything else, but you get can still get some pretty good deals. I have Walmart+ so I get 25% off every mobile order 1xper day and I get a free Whopper every month. Also on a side note the last time I was there the poppers were overcooked... But they are known for Burgers not Poppers so they didn't loose any points. Atmosphere was great and everything was clean.

I worked late tonight and stopped at bk to get somthing easy for dinner... I didnt expect much considering it was 30 minutes before they closed, I figured cold, old food. I was really surprised on how hot and fresh it was. The new steakhouse burger is very good. The fries were hot. Cant ask for better out of the place.

I have always had the best experiences here! The staff are friendly, polite, and welcoming. The restaurant is always clean and condiments are well stocked. I am both pleased and impressed with the wide variety of items available on their menu; there's definitely something for everyone to choose from. It was recently remodeled and I am quite impressed with that as well. Overall this restaurant is a great choice!

I don't use this particular site often, because of were I live, but, the service was good, the employees were friendly, and the order was correct. Plus, even at lunch time, and a line of customers, everything moved along quickly. After stopping to eat, the food was good. No complaints. When I'm in the area, I'll stop when I want something quick.

Came thru for a #6 bacon cheese whopper and got a pretty dang tasty sandwich. I don't eat out much, let alone fast food. This sandwich looked great, was full of flavor the bacon was real bacon nice and crispy, nice amount of pickles, and pretty fresh veggies. I only wish I had another. Yum! If you're planning on going to the Wendy's across the street, pull into here instead. They actually get your order right. Still, it's a fast food place so it's not like your getting a high class meal. Definitely my go-to for fast food though.

The service is fast and the food is good. The dining area and restrooms are clean. However, the drivethru is setup horribly. When it's busy there are cars trying to enter the drivethru from three different directions. The cars waiting block thru traffic and parking spots.

Charged me 2.19 for a hamburger with mayo and onion only .had to ring up a Whopper Jr. One tiny ring of onion. What a joke...added .50 to my dbl cheeseburger with only mayo and onion. Also a small ring of onion..was not happy when I left..asked about the onion. It's our policy is what I got

I was about to hop on the thruway and read hungry so I picked up a couple of regular cheeseburgers. On each the roll read very hard, like the cheeseburgers had been sitting fully assembled under a heat lamp for way too long and became completed dried up! I was very disappointed.

Drive through for an ice cream cone took over 10 minutes. Was in town the next day and avoided going there again.

Food was hot but my order was wrong. I got charged for the cheese but didn't get it on my burger and they also put on onions and tomatoes on it when I asked for them to be left off. So I paid extra and didn't get what I wanted. So not my way!!

Food is mediocre at best, and the staff is rude, including management. Most of the time, the dining room is filthy, even when they're slow. Garbage is almost always overflowing. The drink bar is filthy. Food takes forever due to lack of work by employees and managing by management. Drive-thru is the worst! Both inside and out. Lastly, you might get what you ordered. Who knows?

They didn't do any onion my daughters whopper after we asked for them. I ordered a bacon king single plain with bbq. I got one with mayo as well. A customer before us was complaining about his order being messed up to. We got it to and were on the road realized that our order was wrong as well. This was our first time. Not to impressed 😐

Very bad could not order what I wanted they made me hurry through the line for a stupid dollar chicken sandwiches I would like what I would like if I have to pay so I will not return to hear again as normal Burger King is short now their soda machine does not work and they did not tell me so I bought a soda and now I'm ended up drinking a lemonade warm and they told me not to worry about it so I haven't been there for a long time this is on Union Street Olean and I will not return there again I think they need to upgrade their building and clean their act up the employees wanted to fight back and forth that was a bad atmosphere beware

I do not know how this Burger King is still open all of the the staff are absolutely terrible. I will literally drive to the other end of Olean to the other Burger King just for their good service. This Burger King always gets my order wrong every single time. They are highly rude when you correct them on an order they have messed up. I ordered a kids meal from them one time and all I got in the bag were fries no toy no Burger just fries how do you mess something that simple up.

Managed poorly, orders not started until arrival so skipping the line isn't an option and not worth doing mobile orders. Results in unfulfilled orders due to again, poor management and set up by the Grey haired old manager.

See photos would not honor price. Stated that the price has changed and they can leave sign up. If I hadn't seen sign I never would have pulled in, and ended up paying more because you try explaining to 3 year old he can't get his icee that you just pulled up to the speaker for because they failed to take their sign down. False advertisement st this branch at its finest.

The employees including the manager were being loud while goofing off and took 20 minutes to make a Whopper meal. They weren't short staffed, and then to get my order wrong by adding cheese to my sandwich was so insulting as I am lactose intolerant. And I wasn't charged for it, but wasted my whole lunch break. Thanks Burger King!!!👎👎

We normally do not have any issues, but late at night, 9pm 3 cars in the driveway and a 10 min wait with a rude young gentleman at the wimdow who really could have given 2 craps about anything.

The manager here hates addicts so much, I seen her wait to call in an ambulance until the guy had passed on, I mean why call 911, she's young and dim I'm sure her hefty rear end wouldn't have any trouble dragging out the strung out lad to the curb and leaving him for the vultures. Not to mention hair in my food and uncooked chicken. Do not recommend.

Changing my rating to 1 star. The food is usually good except for breakfast. On one visit I asked for croisandwich with no egg. I got it and egg was the only thing on it. I went there a few times last month for breakfast before work and each time the food cold and dried out. After I got a sausage biscuit with cheese that looked like it was smashed I stopped going.
