The turtle signature iced latte is really good. This location makes it so creamy and delicious. Their bagels ad cream cheese could use more cream cheese but other than tha I enjoy ther signature lattes and bagels.

Best Dunkin staff around by a far margin this store has gotten far better from just a few short years ago. Keep that staff happy because they are awesome!!

Ordered the newest drink and was surprised by the unique flavor of the drink. Very different and delicious.

Service was great even short staffed, the gentleman working the register was very polite and never ignored us, while we were waiting for him to finish up an order, very impressed by his positive attitude. Overall you can't go wrong with dunkin, great coffee and food, way better than that luke warm timmys!

I came in on short notice and placed a large order. The staff was really great at putting it together for me and accommodated me even though it was last minute. Thanks Hannah for the great service!

There is no Dunkin in my hometown. I travel 2 counties for work and ANY TIME I am in the Olean area, I fit in time to go to Dunkin!!! My orders are always correct, staff is friendly! Place is always clean! They have the most coffee flavors, and I love they have sugar free options! I always love seeing Olean on my schedule, look forward to my large coffee with cream, Splenda and Raspberry shots! Yummy!!

I was literally starving today so when they handed me my sourdough breakfast sandwich (my fave) I actually inhaled it in 1 bite and didn’t get a picture for a review lol… Today I also got a pumpkin cream cold brew coffee, so delicious. My goal is to try all their seasonal flavors this fall!

Staff was very polite. I just went through the drive-thru. Purchased an iced coffee and quiche bites with bacon. Bites were actually a little bigger than I expected. Worked perfect since it was for a diabetic that needed something to eat. With that being said, the sugary coffee was for me! :)

Found it easier when getting off the West exit in Olean. I expressly enjoyed the HOT coffee for a change. Not sure if it was freshly brewed or not, but it was nicely drinkable, compared to other Dunkins I have been to over the past months.

Drinks are good but given out sloppy and sticky. Staff could use some customer service skills, just seem angry to be working and not very friendly.

Drive-thru was efficient. You can't miss with a cup of Dunkin coffee in the morning! Sadly, the jelly filled munchkins were stale.

I was there on a Saturday morning and was under-staffed. The cashier was working hard between serving the drive thru and the counter customers.

I wish they carried some of the food items I have found at other Dunkin’ spots. The stuffed croissant being one but outside of that the workers are great. They could use some help.. and an air conditioner in the summer those poor kids were working in 100 degree heat all day all summer.

Our order was fine, it wasn't busy so we didn't wait long but the dining area was really messy. Tables weren't clean and the floor needed sweeping.

Just ordered coffee with French Vanilla and 2 creamers, 10 munchkins, and an Almond joy hot cocoa and the gal screwed up 2 of the 3 things! Restrooms were clean and coffee hot, donuts fresh.

Clean with friendly service. They were out of cold brew and asked if they could substitute iced coffee. They said it was the same, I disagree it is far more bitter. If I'd have known that I'd have added more dairy to balance thr bitterness and acidity. Otherwise a good experience.

The staff was very friendly this morning, unfortunately the pumpkin muffin that I ordered had a big bubble area of uncooked batter in the top half of it (and judging by the looks of the other pumpkin muffins and the coffee cake muffins they were all like that) so I couldn't eat that part and the blueberry munchkins weren't glazed very well. Please try not to spread salmonella with uncooked foods in future. (3 stars is for friendly staff, if they weren't I would be giving 1 star)

Not a bad place to grab a cup of coffee. The only real complaint I had is how long we had to wait for iced coffees and one mociato. It's not a bad price tho but you gotta Kno how to order it to get a good drink. The drive thru was also very rough and had holes u had to avoid. Also the screen was hard to read due to being low. For under 50 dollars I got 7 drinks so not to bad considering nowadays. Food is amazing they have bacon that are in packs like french fries lmao. Good overall place tho beats the hell out of Starbucks anyday

This place is honestly pretty awful. Something always seems to be broken, and they have almost always messed up order or food in some way.

They didn't have anything I wanted.

The only issues I have is that in my last 3 trips there they don’t seem to know what’s going on one day they said I could choose from bacon or sausage on my wraps, the next when I ordered bacon on it they said I could only do sausage or egg I even told them I didn’t mind paying a little extra for what I wanted but they said they can’t do it ... is there a bacon shortage now too? It’s called customer service

This location wad busier than normal. Staff seemed unfriendly and messed up my order. The only staff member that was friendly was on the register that I had to go to since no one else paid attention to to complete my order I placed online.

Went in at 3PM for a half dozen donuts, they are open until 7PM, they only had 5 donuts, 3 donut holes, and 2 muffins left in the whole store. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed.

Drive thru is sooooooo slow!!!! 3 cars 20mintues. The car in front of me kept handing stuff back. Staff is rude and the quality is terrible.

So I got a shaken espresso today at 3:13, and I paid, like, almost five dollars for this, and guys can’t fill it to the top, and there was a lot of foam on top of this after the foam dispenser, and the guy who made it didn’t even want to be there at all, and when I took it back in, the guy had a little bit of attitude about it, and it will probably be my last time there too. And the funny part is I got one yesterday, and it was filled to the top. I guess it all depends on who is working that day.

i come here from salamanca almost every day, some of the employees are grump but for the most part it’s always a nice experience. until today! wowza, new lady sherri is something else. telling us that we should have used the mobile app to order so we didn’t back up the drive thru!! pull the cars or deal with it because it’s your job!! don’t be in customer service if you can’t be nice to your customers.

Stopped at 7AM on a Sunday and it's supposed to be open at 5AM. It was closed and all lights were off. We drove to it from the other side of town only to see it closed. Guess they don't care about doing business.

It was horrible. Didn't have the items we wanted. Tried to over charge me. Extremely slow. The entire place is a train wreck from start to finish.

Not open at 7:53 am. Everytime I come hear late night or early morning it seems like it's closed. Very unreliable for being open during posted hours. Frustrating!

Ordered a medium coffee with 4 cream and 4 sugars. It definitely didn't have enough cream. I also order a 10 donut minis and they tasted liked they sat overnight

Walked in not one employee greeted, and not one employee even approached the counter to take my order. This place is run by children. There are a hundred donut shops in this area, so there is no need to be back. This one needs some real management.

Woman at register scolded me for not going to pick up area for order. Was going to buy a gift card but Tim Hortons got my money instead. Plus my frozen hot chocolate tasted like coffee. Waste of money.

Was in drive thru line for 20 minutes for cold coffee cap not on when handed to me and bacon with at least 2T of grease in bag. And no napkins in bag. Staff slow and unfriendly.

The service is SO slow I pulled up to the drive through with 3 cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes for me just to get to the window and another 5 before they took my order! It’s like this all the time.

Prices have gone up on baked goods and drinks. No espresso for at least a month. Not sure how a coffee shop runs without espresso.

This place is unbelievable. They don't answer there phone when you call and I tried ten times. Then the driveway is full of holes. I hope they go under.

If you order ahead with the app, still be prepared to wait 20 minutes for your order . If you go inside to order , you may not even get acknowledged by a staff member for >10 minutes and then wait an additional 10-20 minutes for your order and pray to god they get the order right !

Anecdotal review. This was my first experience with Dunkin lunch menu. Ordered two “freshly made sandwich“, iced cappuccino and 2 maple donuts. Received an Avocado-Bacon-Tomato sandwich (with no tomato cause they ran out at 11:30am) and toasted so hard that I could not easily bite into it, a chicken and roasted pepper wrap that was obviously nuked cause one end was piping hot and the other was cold, a cappuccino with no sugar and two donuts that I guarantee you were not made that morning. Although I don’t frequent many Dunkin’s, I assume that this location is an anomaly not the norm.

This might be the worst dunkin in America and there’s no exaggeration. I cannot tell you how many times something has either been broken or down and could not serve half of the menu. Not to mention, they make the worst coffees on the planet and take 20 minutes no matter how many people are in the drive through line. I am here right now and the only thing I can order is doughnuts because their ENTIRE sandwich and food machine is broken down. Like why even open them?

25 minutes drive thru jus to get a coffee at 10 in morning on Thursday is stupid . There was 4 cars ahead of me , Tim Hortons could of been less than 5 minutes

I ordered an iced coffee, iced latte, 2 hashbrowns, 2 ham roll ups, and an apple fritter. They made both coffees wrong. Put too much cream qnd sugar in one, added the wrong flavoring and no cream to the other. Sat in the drivethru for a minute waiting for someone to come back to the window. Multiple employees walked by and did nothing. Knocked on the window after sitting there for a couple minutes. Employees looked up at us, and still no response. When someone finally acknowledged us, we asked for the one coffee just to be fixed with the extra cream and sugar and add the pumpkin flavor that was requested. We mentioned we were missing the apple fritter as well.. The employee added the flavoring, did not make a new coffee. Handed the coffee back out the window, no qpple fritter.. The window was shut, and now there was someone behind us so we went in. We asked for the coffee to be fixed, and were ignored by the staff. We were able to get someone's attention finally, and the employee said "look, I followed the sticker," then we proceeded to explain what was ordered. Employee grabbed drink while rolling their eyes. Set the new drink (still messed up) on the counter. We thanked them politely. They said yep and walked away. I understand this is a college area, I understand it can be frustrating when an order is not taken correctly. I do; however, also know that this is absolutely no way to treat people. We were polite, and were just simply trying to fix the mistake. I honestly was in shock at the situation. Neither coffee was correct and never received the fritter...

The last 3 times we have gone the wait in the drive thru was over 20 minutes and the orders were wrong everytime. I love dunkin but I won't go here anymore...

I never write reviews for places so for me to write a review some thing must be pretty bad. There has been 3 times now that I have came to this dunkin in the morning and they are not open when they should be. It's 7:10 in the morning right now and they are not open. The other day I came here and they couldn't open because two girls didn't show up for their shift. Get rid of these people and get some new people that will show up to work. Also I ask for a specific donut every morning and they never have them. It's 5:30 in the morning and your a donut shop. How do you not have them. Make more. Tim hortans and other dunkins are always making more donuts. Some people look forward to a donut or coffee before work.

Plan to spend at least 20 minutes in line whether there are 10 cars in line or you are the only one. Has been this way for months. At this point I stop blaming DD and started blaming my family for insisting we keep coming back. At this point we are the problem for giving them money regardless of how utterly terrible the service is. Wrote this whole review while in line. Could write another 20 before we get to the window…

Slowww... I only came because Tim Hortons had a long line and thought this might be quicker. I've been in line for 15 minutes and three cars were ahead of me, and now there is two. It appears to be getting slower as weeks pass. I will not be wasting my money or time here again.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Be prepared to wait in the drive thru line for more than 30 min. If you have places to be DO NOT come here. They are also almost always out of everything you want to order! This is the WORST Dunkin location I have ever been to! ZERO STARSSSS!!!!!

Not sure if they knew how to make a coffee correctly. Both wrong and very gross. And obviously no one ever orders a croissant in this town because they asked me "just a croissant?" And gave me one cut in half ready for a sandwich...doesn't even compare to the one in my town.

I went in at closing time (admittedly seeking a hefty discount) to buy all the donuts left from the day to give to my work crew early the next morning. I was told that no discounts can be offered under these circumstances and that the donuts must be thrown away by the closer. The manager will probably reply to this and cite corporate policy. I’ll let the court of public opinion decide, but I know what my vote is.

First things first, I was a regular here, BUT, I don't know what's going on lately. Past few weeks has been a quality issue after quality issue. And I'm afraid to say anything because this new staff, is rude as hell and almost refuse to accept fault for anything wrong with the quality of the coffee. I ordered a hot coffee with cream and sugar, simple. however over the past few weeks, I've gotten a few questionable coffees. Two times (one of those times was yesterday) I have received a mildly hot coffee with creamer that doesn't blend in, in fact some pieces of the cream, were large enough chunks it looks like cottage cheese. Now, let's fast forward to my phone call to the store. I called, they essentially told me I was lying, and the girl who was in the background was telling the girl I was speaking with I was crazy....... Ya. I heard the entire conversation and it was disgusting that my cottage cheese coffee was genuinely a non issue for them. So to be clear. I'm always kind and courteous and understanding, but this is disgusting. Attached are the photos from my chunky coffee yesterday after trying to stir in the "frozen chunks" as they called them, and still a pile of floaters on the cup.

I’ve given this place so many chances. Nasty food, incorrect orders, and nasty attitudes. You wait 30 mins in the drive thru to get a bagel from a toaster that hasn’t been cleaned probably ever, a drink covered in hair, and a disrespectful employee just go somewhere else tbh. I’ve never even received a single refund for the awful things I’ve bought here.

I waited in line for 30 minutes. There were four cars in front of me. When I got to the window, the worker didn’t even know which order was mine. When I received my avocado toast with bacon, there was no bacon on it. It was handed back to me like it shows in the picture. I had to pay extra money for the bacon so I asked for more. It took several minutes after talking to three different workers to get a bag with a single slice of bacon. Upon arriving at home, the bread was not even toasted. I am very disappointed in the quality of service and the taste of the food.

The slowest drive thru around. Weekend staff is rude as he'll and likes to make u wait 10 minutes at the speaker beforw taking your order. They also never honor promotional prices even if it's on their menu board. What a joke!!!

Very disappointed with the Olean location. I will only go to ones on vacation from now on. I wanted a salted caramel cold brew 5 cream 5 sugar. The lady again asked me what I ordered at the window. And still gave me the wrong drink. She gave me ice original macchiato 3 caramel swirl almond milk. Not even close to my very simple order. I have never once went to this location and got the right order. I don’t understand I can order that drink at any other location no problem. But the olean Dunkin’ has no consistency and you never know what you will be getting. In my opinion they need to spend more time on training and learning proper builds. I will continue to go to Tim Hortons as they don’t mess my order up ever.

Hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had a Dunkin. The drive through had a paper sign that said headsets were broken and to pull forward. After over 15 minutes of waiting we were told they weren’t selling any food items because they were too busy (our kids wanted an egg and cheese wrap for breakfast). We got our drink order and the latte was all milk and caramel. It didn’t taste like there was a drop of expresso in them. This location needs new management and better staffing asap.

Superslow service period, often doesn't have items available, General management is obviously quite lacking. Ungloved, hands pressing down lids full palm over areas customer expected to drink from, counter prep areas look horrible, high potential for disease spread, and allergic reactions from cross contamination of products. Went here today and saw a sign on the door that said Lobby closed due to the only being 2 people there today. Okay! I'm happy to go through the drive thru, but wait... another sign saying in fact the drive thru is also closed! I was one of 6 people who pulled in during the very few minutes I was at this location. I can only imagine the revenue lost in these hours.

Came here frequently for morning coffees and decided not to anymore. I mostly used drive through and it's usually 10 to 15 minutes with little to no people. Going inside is about the same wait time. I decided to start putting my order in 20 minutes in advance, and it actually took longer because they never started my order until I showed up saying I have a pick up. I have no idea what kind of queue they have going on but it seems arbitrary. I ended up waiting 35 to 40 minutes for a pick up order while watching over a dozen people come in after me and leave before me at the register and drivethrough. An acquaintance had a pick up order placed 10 minutes after me and still left before me. I tried multiple times to get somebodys attention only to be dismissed and rudely told they are doing things in the order received. Everybody I have interacted with previously was fairly friendly, but after that I don't think I will return
