Food is good for sonic standards .I eat there about once every 2 weeks . Prices are high for fast food. I mainly enjoy there drinks , treats and sides . No one can touch there onion rings . They are always spot on.

Had a few bad experiences, specifically with the food and taste. However, the manager here reached out directly and offered to make it right. The customer service with both the manager and the workers is phenomenal and l do wish I had received food that was adequate. I do believe I was just unlucky each time and urge others who have issues to reach out to the manager there directly, he made it right in and instant. 5 star customer service

I did an online order and arrived five min after it was suppose to be ready…had to wait another 15 and when I got my order the ice wasn’t easy, there weren’t any cherries in my drink even though I paid for extra real cherries…my burger was slipped together and messy…I asked for extra pickles and it only one two…and easy mayo and it was non existent…

Every time i go i have to wait the longest to receive my food Not one time that i have went have they not forgot something Last time i went the staff even gave my less change and i had to drive all the way back to go for my money which i don't live close They has been times i get a rude worker And they ask me if i want my change which in my opinion is rude I know they want to get tipped but we decide how much we tip and wether we do it or not. Makes me feels pressured when they ask if i want my change.

I'm truly wishing the. Sonic would learn to. Ask if a. Customer would like their. Change back or not....not today but there's been times they Do Not Even give you a. Chance to ask to get you change back ..I have called them back out and. I will continue if it's what I don't think they deserve it.. and. I am saying. Some. Do. Not

Will not be coming back!!! Carhop combined my change with the change already in her pocket. Thankfully I remembered the exact amount. You can’t do that in customer service especially to people on a budget like I am.

Both of the drinks I ordered tasted like dirt, you guys need to clean the nozzles on the fountain machine or rinse them off after sanitizing. One burger was meant to have no pickles, just jalapeños bacon; it came with pickles and jalapeños, when I opened my wrap to my sandwich there was a fly in it ready to post up. -10/10

This place has really just went down the drain. Horrible service, takes FOREVER for some pretzel twist an kids meal. We sat for 25min!!!! On top of that, they burn my twist every damn time! One time the shoved two kids meal, and two burgers into one bag! Freaking ridiculous!

My car hop was friendly and fast. My cheeseburger was one step away from inedible. The bread was soggy, the lettuce and tomato were old and slimy and despite being delivered to my car fast it was cold. My tater tots were super greasy and cold. I won't be back. I will be getting my burgers from now on at Bombers.

No exaggeration this is the worst sonic I've ever been to. All sodas are flat. There's so much grape in my grape sprite I can't drink it, and the grape syrup was all over the cup. It took 15 mins to get our order. It smells of old grease and has no flavor. The bacon on our burritos is both burnt and not fully cooked so burnt on the outside but under cooked in the middle. The eggs are way over cooked. It's not that hard to be decent. Reading the reviews it seems its not getting any better. I hate that for the owners unless the owner is cooking and if you are for the love.....do better. It costs way too much to be that bad.
