Had tuna sandwich , bbq chicken sandwich & turkey chili . Bbq chicken sandwich is out of the world, the bread is super soft & the meal is delicious. Turkey chili is also very nice. Tuna was good, but the amount of meat is very very low. Subway is better.

Food was o.k. but not worth the price. There really is no service, you get your own food and clean up afterwards. Don’t know how clean it is I hadn’t seen anyone cleaning up but my table looked clean. The atmosphere is bland but I didn’t go there to see that anyway. I’m wondering what the tip jar was for?

I usually love going to Panera Bread. This visit wasn't very impressive. Soup was cold and tables were dirty. First time going to the Panera bread in Oneonta, NY and I won't go back. I prefer going to the Panera Bread in Vestal,NY. That one never disappoints.

Food is OK same as always girl made a mistake on the order at the counter mistakes happen go to pick up the food. Obviously, the food is wrong. Danielle, the big girl with all the tattoos, very unprofessional and rude hands me the food pushes it to me does not want to fix the order grabs them back. What do you want me to do throw them away shift managers beside her she cracks. The order took two seconds with no food. Waste did not know she was the shift manager at the time so I asked to see a manager and she walks up. Very unresponsive what do you want me to do? The order was corrected well maybe pull that employee off the line and teach her how to talk to customers. Really really bad attitude Daniel has physical appearance not the best to be out front either. If you don’t like your job, get a different one. The restaurant business is customer service

Worst location I’ve been to ever. Whoever was working needs to be fired. Actually took me 35 min for one sandwich and it SUCKED. Was missing 2/5 ingredients and half of the people working were actually just standing there doing nothing. Save your money

I get it — not everyone loves their job. But there’s no reason to take that out on customers with passive-aggressive or condescending behavior. I came in for a simple meal, not an attitude with a side of sarcasm. To the staff member: I genuinely hope you find a role that brings you more joy and fulfillment. Until then, please keep the negativity away from the counter and especially away from the food.

Okay, this particular location is void of any employees that act like they actually want to be here and they make sure that you know it when you try to order something. They all act bothered by the presence of customers and they especially do not like it when you don't tip them even though they provide absolutely no services that would warrant a tip. The food is not my favorite and I find it pricey for what you get but thats all Paneras. If my own personal Hell would have a lobby, its this place for sure, maybe.

I walked in to the restaurant and I wasn't able to read the sign about a locked door but another customer opened it for me..as I was walking out of employee who was sitting at a table with other customers and decided to reprimand me in front of everyone which was extremely embarrassing because now I had to explain how I have reading comprehension issues in front of everyone as they were all staring at the scene she just created... she then got up out her seat and kept wavung her hands saying "you know what just go just go" as I was walking I heard her annouce to the table she was sitting at "that's what the signs there for" as i tried to explain to other employees that I didn't feel that whole scene was necessary and the employee i was speaking of wouldn't let me get a word in as she was extremely defensive. She gave a complaint condescending apology and I left in tears. Never have i experienced anything like this..hopefully they'll do better with not embarrassing their customers and I shouldn't have had to explain about my learning disability in front of strangers.
