A Tuesday takeout pizza at 4pm. They weren't busy so it wasn't hard to provide good service. Our pizza was ready when we expected and the gentleman from the kitchen was fast and very polite to process my payment and get me on my way with our pizza. The pizza itself was just OK. Not bad but not outstanding. We made a point to order a deep dish crust pizza because my wife and I remember decades ago getting the personal pan pizzas when they were all the rage, the crust was always so perfectly browned, buttery , crunchy and chewy all at the same time and we hadn't had any Pizza Hut in years because none are usually convenient to us. We were passing by this one on an unusual road trip so we wanted to try it. Unfortunately that awesome crust seems to be no longer the case. It was OK, just not what we hoped for based on memory. We DID order a large. I dont know if that made any difference. And as with all pizza chains, the toppings were too light/little. Ever since the inflation of the past few years "shrinkflation" seems to be the norm with pizza toppings. You have to pay extra to get anywhere near generous toppings. This pizza was $32 as it was, Had we gone extra on the 5 toppings we chose it would have been closer to $40! I think I will start looking at making pizza at home again. For the money we are all paying and the less and less we get for it these days, it appears to be the only way to get a pizza built the way I like it for any reasonable amount of money. This is not just Pizza Hut, its industry wide in my recent experience.

The staff is nice, order has been timely. although the parking situation is not great. The only reason I can't get a five stars is because I believe they are understaffed and the current staff members are overworked. My true assessment is that if they were to infuse one or two more workers and make enthusiasm encouraged or at least pretend to be happy. I get it though. My daughter paid for a pizza She was five with one of her certificates She earned and one of the people were so tired and probably so overwhelmed because they were busy I didn't even see a smile. I honestly feel bad for the staff I'm not even complaining about them they're pretty great. I could have said in a pretty short way they need more help. I've even witnessed them get calls from people who ordered to have it brought outside and the store attendee was like if you want to come in and get now you can or if you wait a little bit I'll bring it out to you we're really busy. The staff and the corporation policies should be two totally different things but what do I know I'm just some random on a rant. If you've read this far you should get a medal I'll post pictures later. Cheers if you read this I hope you and your loved ones are happy

As a franchise Pizza Hut this location has a certain quality that is attractive despite the above average price but in the past the staff have let this place go downhill. The new manager is really doing the best possible to bring it back to the standard. However my first impression won't allow me to give it the five stars. I do recommend it though if you are looking to have a good meal.

I went to pick up my pizza and female employee was really rude. She insulted me and mocked me, pretending she couldn't understand me when I spoke to her, telling me "English, please." She slammed the pizza down in front of me. This woman provided terrible service.

This is the second time that I had hair cooked up in my pizza within a year from this location in Orange VA. Never happened when Rachel was managing this facility. Someone needs to do something about this.

Well let see we ordered our food and they said the food would be here at a certain time it never showed up and we call and they tell us that the food is sitting there and they have no delivery drivers to pick it up and the only thing she can do is cancel our order… why have a service for delivery if you can’t deliver

The younger head red haired manager is rather immature and rude does not know how to handle customer service issues let’s her immaturity get the better of her so she gets flustered and yells and curses instead of trying resolve issue she was being politely informed about she is deff not management material nor should she be working with the public with how quickly she becomes aggressive and rude.

Girl Brittany at the front counter was very unprofessional and very rude. Just because they made my order wrong, she proceeded to tell me that, even though it was made wrong, it was not her problem because it was an online order, and then I couldn't even get a refund or offered to remake it. It's not about the money; it's about the principle of the matter. If you can't find anyone better than her to work the front, then y'all are doing a really pitiful job, or Brittany needs better training. I recommend you guys pull up the surveillance footage from today, September 8th, at about 2:30 p.m. She tried to accuse me of being aggressive, which that is not the case at all. If anyone was being aggressive, it was her; she pulled the food away aggressively and even tried to take the receipt out of my hand so I couldn't get her name to file a complaint. Because of this egregious customer service I will no longer do business with this Pizza Hut. I would recommend to everyone I know not to do business with this Pizza Hut, and I know plenty of people who hold fundraisers and are boosters for local schools that I will recommend not doing business with this Pizza Hut. Do better.

Order received 35 minutes late was dry tasting. Spoke to Rdm John said driver did not pick up. Would not give discount on the nasty food. 76.00 plus 10.00 tip for driver. Definitely not worth the money.

My family and I ordered a really large order of pizzas and wings and the food was cold, the pizza and wings had strands or red hair all throughout of it. I immediately called back to inform them about my order being that I paid over $100 and the customer service was very poorly handled. I asked for a refund and they told they couldn’t do it but instead offered me a $10 credit? I’ve been getting the run around for 5 days now waiting for a call from the district manager and I still haven’t heard anything yet. I will honestly say that I will NEVER be ordering from this location again! 0/5 stars for me.
