My friends and I really liked this location. There was plenty of space for parking and even though they told us it would be like 45-50 min to get seated it only took like 20 min. The booths are spacious and the lighting kept the atmosphere intimate but not romantic. Jay was our server and he was super awesome at accommodating our request. His banter was very courteous and left us with a smile on our faces. Will be coming again soon. Dessert as always was amazing. We got the white chocolate macadamia nut with ice cream. Perfect serving for our group.

Loved the Pizookie Meal menu! Strawberry Field salad was mostly lettuce but when asked, Tracey, brought me a few more. Volume at dining room can get very loud. Service was good!

I love eating here normally but I usually go to the Tustin Market BJ's. I ordered off the $13 dollar menu which is a great value it includes entree and a mini pizooki. Made the mistake of sitting in the bar area because apparently the waitress was hating her job and she did the absolute bare minimum to serve us. She spent majority of the time behind closed doors. We had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. From the first moment she came to our table she didn't crack a smile and was barely speaking. After she took our order she never checked to see if the food tasted okay or if we needed anything else. The appetizers came out cold. She would rush by our table each time so I couldn't ask for sauce, or crushed pepper etc. I had to wait a very long time to get my drink refilled. She must not have picked up our pizooki when the kitchen put it out because the ice cream was completely melted and overflowed to the plate. When we wanted to pay we waited sooooo long we finally asked the other waiter to get our waitress. I'm all the years I ate at BJ's my friend and I said it was the worst service ever!!! It was such a huge dissapointment I couldn't enjoy my time with a friend I had not seen in 4 momths!!! She only had 3 tables and I'm unsure how management is not aware. I don't want to say her full name but her name starts with the letter C and she worked late shift.

The food was really good. We got two personal extra pepperoni pizzas, with mozzarella sticks and a side of french fries. Y'know it's good when we were just focused on the food, and not talking. However, the waiter we had hated us. He wasn't kind and was just asking like what we wanted. Which is okay, cause, like, we get it you're working and ain't no one wanna work during peak hours. Then, he disrespectful us. He wouldn't like ask us anything and assumed. For example, he took away our ketchup to give it to another table and didn't ask if we still wanted it. Then, we were taking a break cause we were so full, and he just took our plates of food. He didn't ask if we were done or anything. Bro straight up snatched it away and we were so shocked that we just let it happen. No conversation at all with him. Don't know what we did to him, but 💔

Food was good. Atmosphere was like chilis. Service, took like 20-35 minutes to just get an entree. And i think my waiter ditched us because i think they forgot we were still eating Don’t get me wrong, I love BJ’s but this location in particular just didn’t seem to make my night

We have gone to this location for years, and normally there isnt much of a wait. We went a couple weeks ago, but the staff in the entrance couldn't seem to get people seated. We used the app to get on the wait list. The app didn't have a quoted time (staff probably turned it off) on arrival, we saw a lot of open seats, inside and out, and a lot of people waiting. We were told 30-45 min wait. They had plenty of open tables for everyone that was waiting and then some, so the only logical guess i have is short staffing. Over an hour later, i went up and asked where we were on the list and was still told another 15 min. Here is the punchline: Once we finally got seated, it was at a 2-top that had been opened since we got there over an hour prior. It was a Friday evening, no reason to not have enough staffing. We could have pre-ordered through the app to minimize wait time, but that was shut off. They staff at the entrance really did not seem to know what to do, or what was available. a quick glance behind them would have helped, and management could have intervened, but clearly didnt. We wont be coming back for awhile, in the hopes that this location gets their seating and staffing sorted out.

My bf and I go out to eat at a supply chain restaurant at least once a month. I was really excited for their $13 Pizookie Meal Deal! Parking: Free parking lot. Finding a spot can difficult since BJ’s is always busy, despite whether it’s a weekday or weekend. Ambiance/Environment: This spot is located within the OC Block. They have a large space with plenty of indoor seating. We visited on a Tuesday night, and it was still packed. There’s a bar in the back left, which you can walk up also. Service: Check in with the host/hostess at podium. We checked in around 18:20 and quoted a wait time of 20-30 min. We were seated at 18:39. Shout out to our server Sean! He was very courteous. Although since it was packed, throughput took approximately 45 min from when we placed our order to when we actually received it. Foods: 1) Southern Fried Chicken - The chicken was fried and cooked well. It could’ve been seasoned a bit better IMO, but the gravy saved it. There was a generous amount of mash potatoes and a splash of corn. 2) Classic Ribeye Steak 14 oz w/ rice pilaf & fries - We ordered this medium. The steak had a smoky taste which was delicious. The rice pilaf and fries tasted as expected. 3) Boneless Wings: half lemon pepper & buffalo - We did not like the lemon pepper wings, and the buffalo wings tasted as expected. The lemon pepper taste was very light, but the sauces saved it. 4) Triple Chocolate Pizookie - This is what I came for lol. Definitely chocolately & sweet. Perfect in satisfying the sweet tooth. Pricing: It’s what you’d expect from a supply chain restaurant $$$.

I visited this place for a quick dinner on our way to a movie at the Orange AMC, but it ended up taking longer than expected due to a good wait time on a weekend evening. There was plenty of parking available, and the ambiance had a typical pub/brew house vibe. The service staff was friendly, but the service itself was a bit slow. We ordered a pan pizza and a burger, along with a couple of drinks. They had a good selection of drinks, and the espresso martini was excellent. However, the pizza was on the expensive side and didn't quite meet our expectations. The burger and fries were good, though. This place is worth a visit if you're with a large group, as you can order multiple dishes and drinks to share. Just be prepared for some wait time and take the opportunity to enjoy good conversation while you wait!

Had a lunch here shortly after opening, so I can say with experience, you have most issues when you are the first ones being served… The appetizer of spinach artichoke dip was good. No issues there. The salad wedge came out incorrect on first attempt, then second attempt was a fix as well, but we got it sorted out and was pretty good. The caesar salad wasn’t bad, but small for the extra $6. The chicken fettuccine came out and was flavorful and a good portion. The Spicy Peanut chicken Pasta came out tasting like the sea… The sodium level on that dish was mouth puckering and heart attack prompting. We switched to the same chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it came out great. Ordered the cookie with vanilla ice cream scoop on side. GREAT! Cookie was hot and delicious and the ice cream had a great vanilla flavor. It was a bit quiet in the establishment, but it had just opened. Clean and had zero wait time. Around $50 per person with a shared appetizer, sides, entrees and shared desert. Worth that price point, well, not in my humble opinion based on experience (should have made good on mistakes)and sizing. But, acceptable. Return anytime soon, not likely. Other choices nearby with lower price-points and delicious foods. - 1 star for generic response with no accountability for not having amazing service and products.

It took over 2 hours on a slow weekday to receive all of our food. We would randomly receive a soup, then 30 mins later a salad then 45-60 mins later one entree. We did not all eat at the same time or even close to it. This was the worst service (cooks) we have ever experienced (cooks were clueless). The cooks also did not read our ‘allergen’ that our wonderful waitress wrote on the ticket. Thankfully we noticed the food inside the burger. We will never return to this bjs. Don’t bother coming unless you want to wait 2+ hours for soup/salad and a burger.

Please don't get the Enlightened Mediterranean Chicken Bowl, half of the plate was Onion. I got so nauseous, got a headache ache after eating my food. There's a picture of it, but let me tell you i ate most of the onion.

There was a girl that works as a hostess she was rude. She had glasses and blonde hair she rolled her eyes and was rude because I wanted to sit in a booth with my family . I left and went to TGI Friday’s. I don’t recommend eating at this this BJ’s establishment and they definitely have no respect for there patrons. Go to TGI Fridays next to BJ’s they also have more respect for Active military. And polite and respectful

My family ordered soup and salad combo. It took about an hour to get 2 bowls of chili and 1 bowl of broccoli soup. For the of us to eat, we were here almost 2 hours. The restaurant was not busy. We went before the rush to eat quicker. We were very disappointed.

I ordered the Sante Fe Salad and upgraded to Shrimp with egg. Not only did they forget the Avocado and Red Onion, the beyond skimped with the other ingredients. They finely chopped a thin slice of egg and other ingredients. There was a teaspoon size of each ingredient that they remembered to put in the salad including the dressing. Even the small dressing container was 90% empty. How did this go out this way? Several people are obviously not doing their job correctly including the manager. The expeditor should be verifying that all meals were made correctly and the assistant manager or a designated employee should be verifying to go orders are correct as well in a corporate restaurant. With the economy being the way it is, fewer people are eating out and skimping on ingredients in a $25.00 salad, which is expensive compared to competitors, will certainly result in people choosing other restaurants to spend their hard earned money. I certainly will. Also there was no Safety Seal on the bag. This is a must. I strongly suggest that you spend your money elsewhere such as Applebees, CoCos, California Pizza Kitchen, Etc..

I’m not used to write bad review, you can see that from my profile but tonight I would say than I never had in my life an experience like this. We sit at the table server arrived and yawned on my face multiple times, at first I was thinking was a joke but his Attitude never change actually got worst, he looked annoyed the whole time like me and my husband ask for free food. (I work as a server and let me tell you, this is not the way to talk and act around people especially if you want good tip). We order an entree around 9.30 and a soup salad combo with a club sandwich around 9.50. My soup arrived around 10.05 without my salad , a wrong salad came to me at 10.20 I ask them to bring it back and gave me what I ask for. My husband club sandwich arrived around 10.35/10.40 , and I was already pissed cause dinner for me is a time when person eat together and share food and a moment together, I don’t got to spend so much time with him cause our job and again we got ti eat our food at different time, my entree never arrived (when I ask around 10.30 they told me than they were still making it probably, such a funny thing to say cause let’s me honest I didn’t order a whole cow I ordered spinach dip and chips). The server never checked on us , he did it just when he saw than at 10.45 we were still without the spinach dip, he offered us a Pazuki and asked us if we still wanted the spinach dip, we said no to the dip but we accept the pazuki. After two minutes the spinach dips arrived and I was like , what’s wrong with the server tonight (?) an entrees is called like that cause it supposed to be the first plate than should come out from the kitchen , not something than I have to eat with my desert (?) the pazuki arrived at 11. At the point my husband didn’t even eat the club sandwich and try a bite of the pazuki , we left bj tired and pissed. I’m from Italy and every year my mom and dad come visit me I take them in this bj , we never had a bad experience and I don’t say than accident can’t happen. Would be nice to don’t be yawned in my face and would be nice to at least have my food come out with my husband food. Sorry guys but I expect much better especially after paying around 80 dollar . Oh and yes I payed the spinach Dip too than we told the server than we didn’t wanted anymore.
