Consistently serving the best quality of food. Every time we are in the area we HAVE to stop and have a bowl of eye round steak pho with beef broth ! Rice noodles are perfectly cooked with an equally perfect texture. The broth taste fresh and refreshing, so good! Restraunt despite having a smaller eat in area, it's clean and not to crowded. Employees are always professional and kind. I recommend! Stop and have some PHO!

Visiting from Canada and was recommended this place by our friend as the "best lunch place in Orlando." Got a Fried Tofu Banh Mi w/fried egg and Trad Viet Ca Phe which tasted like it was made with condensed milk which checks out with me. I think they use espresso or drip, forgot to ask. My friends had Nuoc Nom wings and the Spare Rib bowl. My Banh Mi was crispy and the tofu was flavorful and also crispy. The egg went everywhere and was a great addition. DO NOT sleep on the spicy nom sauce. The wings were also super crispy and flavourful and the spare ribs were MASSIVE. Only suggestion is tiny little wet wipes for our sticky fingers afterward would be amazing, but we did end up using the washroom on site to clean our hands. Solid Viet fusion food experience. From the first moment Viet-Nomz announced they were going to be opening an outpost in Waterford, I was incredibly excited to have one closer to our housr... and let me tell you, I have not been disappointed! My wife and I go here at least once every couple weeks for lunch, and we have become obsessed with their Wa-Pho Fries! A bit cooler outside? Definitely get their pho... Looking for something a bit lighter, more fitting of the stereotypical Central Florida weather? Then look no further than their banh mi or tacos!

Quick friendly service and quality pho on the UCF side of town. I have been in during the lunch rush many times, and each time it has been quick and the food comes out hot. The spices bar is always a great addition to any bowl of pho because I can add the extra spices to make it exactly how I want. I asked for a friend, and they will make their bowls of pho without cilantro if you desire.

I have been in this location twice for carry out both time, the first time I went very close to closing time and they still took my order and was done with no problem. The second time we went Saturday night, the place was full, they took our order and were fast and efficient even with a ling line. We ordered the pho to go, and I find it very thoughtful that they pack the noodles and the hot broth separate so the the noodles won’t get soggy. I also like that their menu is very simple to read, and food was delicious indeed.

Food tasted real good, full of flavors. I really liked that the pork is or appeared to be smoked. The pork rice bowl was satisfying and a good amount of food. Service was good, the staff was atemorice and had no problems making accurate recommendations

Had a great meal today. My only "complaint" was that the condiment and beverage station is pretty much in the line for the register. Would be a great place for couples or a four-some. Would not be good spot for a group bigger than that. Overall... Excellent. Will be back to take pictures. Want to see global domination by Viet-Nomz!! LOL Wish we had this near Savannah. Update: Back for the "Hangover Cure" totally awesome... should have grabbed a pic of the "summer rolls" - a bit of pork(?) Lettuce and shrimp wrapped thinly with a KILLER peanut sauce.

We drove 30 minutes to eat here after reading the Orlando Weekly Best Of Reviews. Food was exceptional ‼️ I almost forgot to take a photo before I was done. Family had the tacos, pho, bahn mi and pork egg rolls! You won’t regret the trip here. The reviews and ratings are an understatement. ♥️

Vietnomz is delicious I’ve been here over 10 times and it’s still amazing and worth every time. I highly recommend the rice bowls, it’s a super basic but delicious dish that really fills you up I posted pictures of my before and after, granted I don’t eat too much these portions are actually pretty big so you really get your money’s worth! This place is beyond worth a try. (Also the interior is super modern and nice)

Sometimes you wake up to a little cold weather in Florida and you crave a warm bowl of something. This is what prompted me to visit Viet-Nomz and I ordered veggie broth pho with crispy tofu. They add fresh cilantro, carrots, rice noodles, mung bean sprouts and bok choy. All the ingredients are fresh and the staff is very friendly. They also offer crispy tofu tacos and a delicious waffle fries side. You can select your protein of choice. If you haven’t visited this location I encourage to put it on the must visit list.

My partner showed me vietnomz and it was already her favorite and since then it had also become mine. John and Ellanor always greet us and treat us like friends so it's always great to come back just for the chance to run into them again! (The fishbites are the best but she loves the beef pho.

Amazing food! We tried the chicken wings, bao buns, fries, banh mi, and the steak bowl with rice. All of them were amazing. I'm pretty sure the chicken wings were the crispiest wings I have ever had. The only downside is the place is small so the herb bar and the soda area were in the way of the ordering line. The food is more than worth the couple minutes of inconvenience though.

Wonderful experience for our first time! If we did not live an hour away, I would absolutely come back on a regular basis, at least weekly. I will have to check out their other location since it is a bit closer. My three-year-old and entire family all loved the food which included bahn mi’s and fish bites. Food was fresh which is why I love Vietnamese food! Enjoyed the fresh herb bar with an adoeortment of sauces & it was nice they had sanitizer available. The bread did not taste extremely authentic as other bahn mi’s I’ve had enough power to taste fresh and delicious.

I ordered door dash for lunch one day and what a treat! They’re to go containers are well suited for the type and style of food they offer. The food was super fresh and delivered in about 20 minutes hot and ready to eat. A couple of us have been a little under the weather as of late and have actually ordered pho for three days in a row and talk about consistency! They continue to deliver delicious and fresh food. I highly recommend this place.

Gone here several times now and every time is amazing. They have a multitude of items to choose from including build your own pho and entree bowls. The baos or steamed buns are always delicious with the spicy nom nom sauce. They also have a topping bar for bean sprouts, cilantro, ect. so you can grab as much or as little as you would like so things don't just go to waste. Small place huge flavors!

First time we have eaten here. The food was very affordable . We ordered a bowl of delicious beef pho, 3 large, crispy,delicious whole wings( 6 wings segments), 2 shrimp summer rolls with peanut dipping sauce, these delicious waffle fries topped with some veggies and sauces and 2 yummy pork and veggie stuffed steam buns fir $30 .Loved the veggie bar for topping your soup or adding extras to your meal. Hubby really enjoyed trying this tremendous sampler we ordered. More than we could finish! He was highly impressed with the fast service as well! We will be back!

Pho chicken broth with fried tofu is fantastic. You’re able to have two add ins with your Pho. I picked chicken and fried tofu and it was a good combination. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Explained how the whole ordering worked and the side bar where you can get extras. Water cups are also offered. Would visit again, the fries also are crispy and tasty. If this is your first experience having Pho you will have a great experience.

A welcome addition to a steadily improving strip mall in the UCF area. The service was prompt friendly and informative. Gets busy quick so show up early if you want to snag a seat however, to-go orders and online ordering make it easy to stop in and get a great bite on the go. 5 stars for friendly folk, fast service and fantastic food. Great place to eat!! The food and service were both really good at this place...it was really busy here at lunch time but the kitchen got the food out really quick for everyone and the waiters worked quickly in clearing space for everyone coming in. The rice bowls we ordered are filling but light at the same time with alot of healthy ingredients in it..The chick at the register up front was super cool with very positive vibes and explained everything to us in the most chill way for it to be so busy in there. We didn't feel rushed at all!!...We both agreed that we'll be going back here for another rice bowl when in the area.

Really awesome food. I love their tacos and my husband usually gets their bowls. It is very filling. We usually get a side of French fries with plenty of spicy sauce. The place has a hipster vibe. The employees are very friendly. The con about this establishment is that there are limited tables because it’s a small space but you can always get your food to go. Overall the food is great.

After having a horrible experience at King Bao & being recommended Vietnomz from a random stranger- down the plaza- From the start we were greeted within a few steps in the door and was offered assistance. After arriving to Orlando, I was feeling hungry, so my boyfriend took us here to eat. I was very intrigued by this Vietnamese restaurant chain, and I was craving a hot noodle dish, so why not! ♡ Pho Noodle Soup w/ Beef Broth, Eye Round Steak and Beef Balls. 8/10! When I’m craving pho, this is usually my go-to order in terms of broth and protein. I love a good Pho Tai Bo Vien, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by Viet-Nomz pho. There was a good amount of noodles and meat, and I thought the broth was very flavorful. I do have to say that the eye round steaks were a bit stiff and rough in texture, but that’s because they were completely cooked through. Personally for me, I would prefer if they were slightly cooked with more of a chew. After taking the picture, my boyfriend went to the Herb Bar where they supplied a variety of fresh herb, and he grabbed us more cilantro, basil, jalapeños and lime for our food. ♡ Spring Rolls. 7/10! My boyfriend ordered some pork spring rolls to try, and he thought they were pretty good. The spring rolls were hot and crispy, and it was delicious dipped in the complimentary sauce. ｡ ₊°༺❤︎༻°₊ ｡ FINAL VERDICT: When I’m ever in town again, I would definitely come back to Viet-Nomz to try out some of their other menu options because I think it’s interesting. Located at the corner of Colonial & Alfaya - don’t let the issues of navigating that intersection & possible u-turns keep you from trying this fabulous spot. I ordered the fresh rolls & a vermicelli bowl (chicken) for take out. The place was packed, but the counter help was completely friendly & patient. She didn’t rush me at all. The food was so very good!! I didn’t want the egg roll that is included with the bowl, I was offered to trade it out for an egg! I love vermicelli & have never had it this way - so good! The grilled chicken was flavorful, with just the right amount of char. The daikon & carrot were perfect. The spring roll contained roasted pork & shrimp - yes! With fresh basil & a lovely, thick hoisin based sauce. Seriously - thinking about going back again tomorrow! Thanks!

Food: The food is delicious! Also, their portions are quite large. I tend to always order extra food at other places, but do not make the mistake I did here. When I ordered extra noodles during a previous visit, they did not mess around, and they gave me a whole large tub of extra noodles. I love that they give you both quality and quantity for what you pay. Service: Everyone is so friendly, even when it is busy. I have been to the Waterford location more than 5 times and never had an issue with service. They have no issues answering any questions regarding their items. Atmosphere: It is a small but pleasant environment. It is definitely not a quiet place, but it is a lot of fun for friends. There are no steps, so wheelchair access is great. It is a bit chilly inside, so I recommend bringing a light jacket.

Tried the Chicken Baos, they were tasty with a nice kick from the spicy mayo, but the size was smaller than expected. The Vietnamese Traditional Coffee, just felt like a regular cold coffee you could get anywhere. Decent overall, but nothing too special.

Staff was friendly. Service was fast! Food was most excellent. Bathrooms were dirty with the concrete floors gross and very sticky. Would be a hard 5 star experience if the restrooms weren’t nasty. Really enjoyed the fare. Ordered Pho beef broth brisket, eye of round, extra large (to share), Wa-pho fries, and Pork Baos. Just Less than $30 after nice tip. Wife loved the food, but was grossed out after going to and then not using the bathroom. I was too, as the Bathrooms need cleaned and the floors tiled to be less trashy. Still a nice place for good food.

Atmosphere was nice and more modern than I'm used to with a self-serve more fast casual like vibe; nothing like what I'd think of as a more traditional feeling Vietnamese pho shop. My review is not in any way skewed by the fact that my spring rolls were on the house. John at the register is the employee every employer would love to have. Hard working and super friendly. All of the staff I interacted with at Viet-Nomz Waterford were fantastic. Food is slightly better than expected. Atmosphere is what you would expect of a strip center dive. It is clean, small, and bustling at lunch. Pork rice bowl was well balanced amongst ingredients. Spring rolls were super flavorful and stupid crispy. Food was ready in a matter of minutes. Hit it up!

I was pleasantly surprised about the food in this restaurant. The restaurant is small but the food is great. It was very busy and one of my orders took a bit more then expected, but over all I would recommend it.

Usually busy so I have hesitated going in, there was room for parking today and the line was too bad so I went in. Ordered vegetarian spring roll and chicken boa buns. The spring rolls can as a pair, with peanut sauce and were very large. They were fresh and the sauce was flavorful. The boas were my favorite part can not say enough how fresh, fluffy and flavorful they were. The place is quaint one bar section for single/double parties with 5 tables or so. Food, especially pho, is delivered to the table quickly. Kudos for the type of bowls, paper plates, and reuseable silverware/chop sticks. Unfortunately they still have styrofoam/plastic cups.

First time trying Pho in Orlando and not disappointed! The service was great and kind. We got our food within 5 minutes of ordering. The pho broth was a little bland, but otherwise it was great. The Pork Bao were very good. The pork was crispy and tasty, though I wish there was a little more. All in all, would recommend for some good, fast pho.

i've been here twice before writing this review. the first time i got takeout and ordered at the counter. we got a banh mi, 2 noodle bowls, and bao with tofu to try out their vegan options! everything was delicious, especially the noodle bowl. i loved how they made the tofu--it was perfectly crispy on the outside! the second time i ordered delivery with the exact same items; however, 3/4 of the items received had egg, fish, and likely dairy that were not easily removable from the dishes, which was an issue because we are vegan. i do enjoy the food and it is very tasty, but i would not recommend eating here if you have severe allergies, intolerances, or other dietary restrictions.

The pho is a bit pricey, especially considering it’s pretty mediocre. The broth isn’t flavorful, and they were out of Thai basil. I wouldn’t have gotten pho if they had informed me beforehand.

I get Banh mi sandwiches often, and I’m sad to say this was the worst one I’ve ever had. I had high expectations as several friends recommended Viet-Nomz. They were also out of several key items. My wife’s pho was good, so we will probably try it again. Guess I’ll go with the pho.

I feel like this place is very modernized and doesn’t have that authentic Vietnamese taste. I’ve been to a couple of Vietnamese restaurants around Mills Ave and this place definitely taste a bit Americanized. There’s nothing bad about that but it’s just not for me. The broth is bland the cook was a little stingy with the meats. The egg rolls were pretty good and I also like the self service bar they have in the front.

The food was good - but it wasn’t the best. I feel like the chicken could’ve used a bit more time in the grill. The spring rolls need a lot of work - the peanut sauce was yummy, but man, I wouldn’t pay for their spring rolls - all I could taste was rice paper.

Love this place. Great pho! That aside, I ordered for my family (3) and when I sat down, I brought another condiment from the spot where they keep them. When I brought it back to my table a worker promptly took it from me and inform me there's a sign that you cannot bring them back to the table with you. Shame on me I guess for wanting a drip of hoisin on each bite and wanting to eat it my way. I guess I'll just go back to Pho Resh next time, where you can eat using the condiments you like. What an odd thing to bring up to a customer trying to enjoy a meal in your restaurant.

Craving for pho so came and got the summer rolls, pho bowls, and matcha lemonade. I would say it was okay. Had better. Pho bowls broth was very salty and not enough noodles despite how big the regular bowls were. The beef balls were one of the proteins picked for the pho bowls it was not good. It was not soft and stiff. Vegetables for the pho are not given to you like other restaurants. You get it yourself by the foundation drinks toward the entrance. Wish spicy chili sauce was available, but it's not just Hoison and Sriracha. The matcha lemonade looked good but had too much sugar. Could have added more water and less sugar. Overall, employees were friendly and clean place.

I loved their chicken pho. It was really good, but oh my God, they need to fix their AC! It was so hot in there. Again, I think their food was great but that heat in the middle of Florida summer is no joke.

I ordered the rice bowl with pork. The pork was salty and very tough to chew. Portions at this place is very small. The pro broth didn’t taste right. It was salty and had an unfamiliar taste to it, that’s normally not in pho. The amount noodles was the size of my palm. The brisket did taste good though! Overall, the pho and rice bowl didn’t taste authentic to me. It’s the gentrified version of Vietnamese food. You’re better off paying the same price at a mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant with bigger portions.

The pho was sooooo bland I had to add my own spices and sauces at home. The steak was way too chewy. The summer rolls had so much lettuce I couldn’t taste anything else. It just sucks when you spend so much and get disappointed.

I order this place a lot and i love this stuff place .but today I’m order Togo . I when I get home open the bowl.saw the super small portions food. I feel so bad for send $12 for noodle. Just like instant noodle. I know everything cost going up a lot. And Owen the restaurant too you guys can not server this for customers. I hope the owner can see this comment and doing fixes

I had the tofu summer rolls and vegetarian pho. Although I made a sriracha smiley on my pho, I wasn’t smiling when I left. The summer rolls completely lacked flavor - and this place clearly overcompensated by making the peanut sauce too sweet. Texturally, they were tough. The pho was just okay. My party didn’t enjoy theirs either, and we all left with over half the bowls still full. Nevermind the unsanitary veggie bar at the front of the store that causes crowding by the register. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere with flavor.

I didn't like the food. In fresh spring rolls there was only lettuce, no basil nothing. It is not an authentic place. Beef pho tasted like chicken pho.

I truly love viet Noms food. But today they were unprepared and did not have change. My wife and I drove from Titusville to eat here, but they didn’t even have $50 change in the register. I’ve owned businesses and restaurants for many years and you need to be prepared for how your guests pay. If I can’t pay cash, I’ll go somewhere else. We had a great dinner at Top Top Hot Pot right down the street and paid cash.
