Pino's Pizza

A top mom and pop Italian Restaurant. The food is made to order. I prefer this place over Olive Garden, and even over a vast majority of local restaurants of the Italian variety. My favorite is the sausage and peppers, a close second is the chicken French. Also you will not regret buying and eating the spaghetti. The staff is well seasoned and friendly.

Pleasantly surprised...... Excellent service and outstanding food. Was my first visit and had a turkey sub and it great! Looking forward to trying their spaghetti Parm.... Girl that waited on me said the owner makes the sauce so I'm sure it will be outstanding. And with the reasonable prices and proximity to the Bills stadium highly recommend for the Bills Mafia to visit when at the games.

The best pizza I’ve had in the orchard park area yet! Pino’s pizza was a delicious New York style pizza but with the iconic Buffalo cup and char style pepperoni. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

One of, if not the best places for take out pizza and wings in OP. Ordered several times, both times wings hot, crispy and large. Pizza perfectly cooked with the right amount of sauce, cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms. Crust perfectly crispy without being burned.

IF you enjoy tripe, this is the best my husband has eaten. Their sauce is very good - one of the better sauces. Most always am very pleased with whatever we order-pizza, subs, etc. Have been coming here for years and definitely one of the better neighborhood places we have been to.

Stopped by to try their pizza, haven't had it about 20 years since their old location. Pretty good slices, pretty quick service. Decent price.

Stopped in for their $8.99 2 slices and a drink combo. The pizza looked like it'd been sitting out for a while, but they warmed it up for me. It was fine for the price and the people were nice.

Ordered there twice both times are orders were not correct..this time something we ordered they were out of and didn't find out till we got there..not how I expect to be treated

Ordered a half meatball sub and meatballs were burned very hard to bite into.

Tried pino today thru the slice app because I like to try different restaurants. Ordered a steak hoagie with fresh cut fries that tasted like they reheated them from the night before which was really disappointing because that was one of the reasons why I wanted to give them a try. I also ordered a small cheese and pepperoni pizza which I paid $1.50 for the pepperoni and just got cheese pizza which wasn't bad, but I don't like cheese pizza. I won't be ordering from the restaurant again.

We ordered pizza and wings for our children Halloween party at 4:15pm. I was told it would be ready in 50 minutes. My husband got there and they said it wasn’t ready and it would be another half hour. He went back again and they said it wouldn’t be ready for ANOTHER half hour. We asked for a refund and my husbands sent to the bar. While waiting two drunk “men” was harassing him. People around them said they were harassing people for hours. Why are they still serving him???? Now we won’t get our refund for 4 days. Ridiculous. Don’t take orders unless you are able to honor them.

Ordered a large pizza with hot peppers onions, extra sauce well done, When I brought it home it was half raw no onions and no extra sauce and not well done. Worse pizza I ever had. I did email them and received no response.They just lost my business. Will never order there again

There was no ricotta cheese in my calzone & when I called, a manager told me that ricotta cheese is expensive and so they don’t use much . How ridiculous is that? So, you’re admitting you choose low quality ingredients in your food to save money??? Wow - I’ll never order again !

Called in spoke to a girl I ordered the large pizza and single wing special w/ coupon I had for $29.99 + taxes. She quoted me with taxes $32.62. I went to pick it up guy quoted me $50. I said I have a coupon for $29.99 and girl who took order quoted me w/taxes $32.62. He said he cannot honor that because its game day. I said what game it's Friday and we aren't even in football season. He said concert going on I said that's not a game and he should honor that because there is no exclusions on coupon, and not in football season. He said he will not. I told him to keep his food and I will never come back. I'm not into price gouging and being ripped off.

I get that you ran out of sheet boxes, but make sure it is not a chinsy, poorly made pizza. Called the store, the kid on the phone hung up on me after I asked we aren't doing anything about this, and also did not get a manager. Very cute. Thanks. The "larges" are not the equivalent substitute. There was not enough food for my party. There was 20 of us, and no one got 2 slices. No one. Those micro corners are not a full slice. I don't care how you try to spin it... Absolutely ridiculous. Will not recommend to anyone. Pino's slipping. Hard.
