Food good, took over 30 minutes to prepare food. Was called in at 5 minutes before 6, we arrived there at 10 after and order was not even started, we left , finally, at 6:45. Order was correct, my burrito supremes had a small spot of sour cream, a little lettuce and was mostly beans.

It's fast food. The taste is better than it was years ago. It's been a long time since I've been in a Taco Bell. I was mildly impressed with the food. Service is fast food the atmosphere is fast food. It's reasonably priced fast food.

Decent place to eat but food is not the same as other Taco Bell stores

Never any cheese on the tacos 🌮, It's infuriating how greedy ownership is compared to DellTaco, who have no problem making a decent taco!

I love taco bell for a quick cheap meal when I don't have time; however, this particular taco bell takes FOREVER. I've never been through the counter or drive through in fewer than 15 minutes in the 10+ times I've been here. Only once did they screw up my order and I only got half of what I ordered. I didn't pay for the missing items as they were never keyed in.

Inside of $6 cheesy gordita crunch yesterday. Sad. They have been pretty good before but got my order all wrong yesterday. Won’t be going through the drive thru anymore and inspecting my order. I tried to call and no one answered

Workers aren’t trained enough!! Tried to get A taco with no cheese. But had cheese. Because I get sick when I eat any cheese. I don’t know what’s going on with this. On the bright side, thanks for the kindness, but I don’t know if I can come here anymore if I keep getting my orders wrong, or maybe it might just be one time or two. but still, you guys are very kind

Taco Bell the food is consistently "Ok" On this visit, they got the order wrong and I was hungry. So stars lost there. I can't slight them for that too much, after all the workers make less than $15/he so how hard should they try? No benefits and can't make tips. (Corporate regulation). I ordered soft taco supreme, One dozen, all the same. Got home and got a mixed batch of burritos and tacos non Supreme and none Soft. Called to notify them of the error. (left message on answering machine) Went all the way back & they corrected the order. Wasn't a complex order but I won't rush back again.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I miss heard the cashier and i had 36$ out he said 39 so i took some 1$ out my wallet way more than 5$ worth and he only gave me back 3 pennies he stole my money and he denied it

Drive through cashier was very rude . Then to top it off someone chipped nail was in my taco ! Blahhh please be careful what you order here .

Totally got my order wrong. I asked specific questions . The answers given was not correct. Worker did not know the difference between a taco or burrito. I repeated order back because it seemed wrong on screen. Got to window. Order was still wrong. Told them it was suppose to be a burrito, not a cup of potatoes. They gave me a taco instead. Both workers rushed me on and it was not busy.

Found a large chunk of plastic in my food. Disgusting, and negligence on the store.

Usually very nice, pleasant welcoming person at the drive up window butt the past few times it's a young girl that never smoles, throws the bag at you then gives your card back and slams the window shut no nothing. No thank you o have another nice day. She is giving the place and the other staff a very bad name. If the receipt name may he's the person the name starts with tri. Maybe taco bell needs to hire people who will be nice.

I ordered the chicken nachos supreme on 1 October. There was about a third in the box compared to the picture on the Taco Bell website. There were literally 3 pieces of chicken yet there is supposed to be 2X the protein. I went through the drive through otherwise would have spoke to the manager. Taco Bell customer service never responded to my complaint.

Worst experience ever at this Taco Bell. The lady on the drive thru orders was rude. We waited forever to try and order and with 6 cars behind we pulled forward with one person at the drive up window. Come on seriously communication people!
