I order from you once every few weeks. The order is 9 out of 10 times incorrect,or cut horribly! Please do better and hire capable, caring people. We all work hard for our money we spend. Do better ! Ridiculous .

No soap in bathroom when asked if the sink in back of the store had soap employee said “I dont know” implying they don't probably washer there hands or they just started there shift at 4:30pm? when i worked for restaurants you clocked in and then washed your hands immediately after then started working. Probably a health code violation or at minimum very hygienic. The restaurant managers should be held accountable and Paula Vissing (ceo) should be doing better audits. disgusting and unorganized previous orders weren't fulfilled correctly either go somewhere else. Very sad when asked for store managers name so they could be held accountable they denied giving it no name tags for employee’s either.

Genuine question, are the new hires allergic to crazy bread? Is there a reason why every single time I order crazy bread you give me completely dry pieces of bread without a single drop of cheese. Then when I went back inside the first time your “new manger” decided to then drench my food in disgusting butter, still without cheese and cold mind you, all over it to the point that it was inedible. If the food hasn’t completely turned you off, the service definitely will.

Order 2 four n one pizzas. Got home and opened up the boxes and both pizzas were burnt and had no sauce. Couldn't even get anyone on the phone, I can't believe they'd give me burnt up pizza because it was ordered online. My kids tried to eat it and it was so hard it cut their lips n the roof of their mouths. Won't be ordering from little ceaser ever again.

I ordered the pretzel crust, pizza with cheese sauce and pepperoni, and instead received a basic pepperoni pizza. My partner went up to the store to return the wrong pizza we were given and the door was locked at 10:45 pm even though they close at 11 pm, and the worker tried to convince my partner that that was the right pizza we ordered even though we’ve both ordered this kind of pizza before and know what it looks like, he then proceeded to make up excuses about why he couldn’t make the right pizza for us and then proceeded to offer extra breadsticks instead of making us our correct pizza but we would rather have a refund. NEVER going to this Little Caesar’s ever again.

Ordered online. Said it was ready. And still lasted over 30 minutes. Past the supposed time it was meant to be ready. Do not recommend. Added - once I arrived home. Realized I was waiting on cheese bread and received old dry pepperoni pizza.

If you are out of something please take it offline ordering. I was really looking forward to tasting the pineapple pepsi. Also the female worker fingernails were dirty. I only came to try 2 items and i was let down!! The girls looked higher than a kite probably why the pizza was cut bad

Ordered 2 extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas and received 2 pizzas with barely any pepperoni. Called the store and had to deal with the rudest employee and did unless your bringing them here right now to show me I don't believe you. Worst Little Caesars I've ever been to will never return here

I placed an online order and suddenly right as my delivery driver arrived to pick up the order my order was canceled. I immediately called the store's local number to find out (they were still open for an additional 10 minutes. I called twice and nobody answered the phone. I called delivery support (apparently doordash) and was told my order was GIVEN AWAY to someone else. How in the hell does a pizza place in 2024 just give someone's order away to someone else? How?!? Delivery support is now going to take 10-12 DAYS to refund my money. I asked if the store employees could simply stay and fix the problem and was told no. This has got to be the worst customer service experience from a simple pizza order I've ever had. Simply if you don't want your money held for days on end and you'd like to actually receive the food you order, DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE. PERIOD.

If I could leave zero start I would. I will never come back to this place. The people are rude, don’t read orders back, and mess up orders. First time here and last time here. They don’t even accommodate the customer. Shut this place down or change management!

Terrible!!!! Ordered delivery my order finally came and was messed up called to get my order fixed and kept getting put on hold then hung up on, would call back and get out back on hold did this for 30 minutes and was told to go to the store if I wanted help I do t have a car and they messed up my order and have bad customer service. After 45 minutes of nothing but a messed up order and a head ache they left me on hold until the store closed. I will be going to the store tomorrow and letting them know how terrible the service I have received is!

Practically stole money from me, refuse to refund me my money. Said they canceled the order but got order confirmation that it was ready for pick up so my mom went to pick up and they said it wasn’t there that they had canceled the order. That’s ridiculous. Don’t order at this location

Worse experience, why work at place that gives others food poisoning for under cooked food. Terrible service. Terrible attitude 😒 McDonald's has cheap food as well and it doesn't come with a cheap attitude and experience. Hungry howies is right down the road, get consistency better service and yes to hold food poisoning my whole family from your disgusting and uncooked food in ur store. Id rather help market them than let another family put up with ur Terrible services !! Its not worth the 7 bucks of vomit

I went to this place and I told them if the pizza was fresh and he told me it was done at that moment, I trust him and I open the box soon I arrived to my office it was older than me. Horrible

The customer service is horrible. I walk in and have to say hi and that’s is when the employee looks at me to say hi. The food is horrible , I asked for extra cheese and of course no extra cheese,I asked for extra Parmesan and butter on my crazy bread and of course none.If I ask for it that means that I want it and if I have a to pay a little extra than so be it.Don't make that decision for me because you too lazy to do it go and get another job.I deal with patients everyday and customer service is #1. Little Caesars needs to really consider the workers they put in there business.Some of us working people cannot cook every day so when we come to your place of business we want the best and it’s not there for y'all. I will be driving to the Longwood location for now on they treat me better and the food is way better . Thank you for poor customer service and not so good food.

Never any pizzas ready here. I came around 8pm last night. Half the pizza was spicy as hell and caused a person recovering from throat infection to have a severe choking fit. Not cool. I've never had a spicy cheese pizza before. Someone put spicy stuff in the pizza or mixed the sauce wrong or something. I was polite idk what I did to deserve this.

Don't order at this location they got lazy workers who do your orders wrong and make your pizza soggy. Ordered stuffed crust and gave me a regular crust with soggy, underdone junk. I'm sure there are better locations. I don't like like leaving bad reviews at companies but these guys ruined the heck out of a good pizza.

I ordered online a Detroit deep dish style pizza without sauce since I have food allergies to Onion and garlic. I arrived at the Little Ceasar's 1084 Lee Rd, Orlando FL and was given my items... I always check but this time I was in a hurry. When I got home I opened my pizza to realize it had sauce in it. I cannot eat it unfortunately. I contacted the restaurant. After a brief wait I talked to a recorded message and then was put on hold for 15 mins... I decided to give up on my money at this point. I understand you may be busy but 15 min wait is too long. Who knows how much longer I would have to wait to talk to someone. The restaurant is also kind of far to my residence. Please pay more attention to the orders in the future. My time (Traveling to the restaurant, waiting for it to be ready, phone call) and money were wasted by something that could have easily been done right.
