The restaurant is absolutely beautiful inside and had a very clean, comfortable, and elegant atmosphere which was perfect for a dining experience. The customer service was excellent as well, our server, Ady, was very kind and informative and truly helped us decide on appetizers and entrees while also being very attentive to our needs. Alex was also very helpful and informative and on the wine selection and finding a great pairing with the meals we have chosen. The manager Nicholl was very kind and checked in on us regularly and made sure we had a great experience. Each dish that my family had was expertly prepared and beautifully presented with care with absolutely no issues. I will be coming back again and I can’t wait to explore more options on the menu!!

JJ's Scratch Cocina on Curry Ford Road is an amazing place with clean food and healthy drinks that come out piping hot (or ice cold, depending on context) and so fresh and beautifully plated. I loved the kind, friendly service and my erepas with pulled chicken were melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Sor and Alex were both the sweetest and most helpful, genuinely caring servers and made mybexperience extra special. The drinks are Claridad (carrot, pineapple, turmeric) and both iced and hot matcha with coconut water -- a very unique, tropical take on matcha tea. I love it. Everything was perfect in a peaceful, pretty setting. I will be back!

The food was an amazing blend of Mediterranean and Latin cooking. Service was so helpful. Very tasty, fresh, and clean ingredients. Restaurant has a quick service half and a sit down half. We were in the sit down. Great prices for the food and value. Will be back!!

We absolutely loved the new renovation. The place looks beautiful, with such a warm and elegant atmosphere that makes you want to stay. One word: YUM. The chicken was marinated for 72 hours and it showed. The steak was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The vegetables were bright and well but not over seasoned. Food here is treated with love.

Everything about the experience at JJ’s was excellent! Friendly, smiling faces, elevated details, delicious food… My mouth waters just thinking about some of the delicious items on the menu. My favorite was the tostones as they created a party for my tastebuds. Every course was great and even the juices and coffee were so good.

This is the spot you can go to and eat all your favorites, Mediterranean style food all the way to Latin. Delicious I had the Sevilla. They told me everything is free of seed oils and the food tastes high quality. Great experience overall !

I am halfway through my final dish as I write this review. I don't take the effort to review restaurants usually but this place was excellent. It is a small restaurant... Probably seats 25 to 30. Very cozy. The quality started with the water (cucumber and mint infused). They served as an amous bouche... Beef with a Korean flavor to it and a little bit of tabbouleh. The beef was great and the tabbouleh was fresh and tasty. We ordered the flor de Sol for appetizer... The tofu in it had a slight kick but the agave was sweet. The rice paper was crisp and gave good texture. The erepas were the highlight. The arepa itself was fresh and so tasty. We get three arepas with three different fillings. My favorite was the beef, but the chicken and pork were great too. We finished with the Sao Paolo (picanha). The chimichurri with it was perfect. The beef was cooked very well. We did not order dessert though the table next to us ordered the coco de Playa which looked awesome. As they were leaving, they were saying everything they ordered was off the charts good as well. Overall a great experience.

We dined full-service, early afternoon. This was our first time and we adored every bite. We had Earth & Fire appetizers; Sao Paulo (picanha- like a skirt steak; the best beef I've ever had); desserts were also amazing. We vow to eat here once a week It is the BEST restaurant I've ever visited in Orlando/Winter Park in the last 40 years.

Nothing feels heavy or overdone—just clean, vibrant flavors plated with an artistic touch. Every plate that came to our table looked like it could have been featured in a magazine spread. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is what seals the experience. The space is warm, modern, and inviting—an ideal backdrop for both a date night and a casual dinner with friends. It’s obvious the team put as much care into the design of the restaurant as they did into the menu. My wife and I came in for dinner and everything was amazing. The restaurant aesthetic is amazing and makes you feel at home. The food is made fresh and with no preservatives so you feel great after dinner. The plating is also some of the best we have seen in Central FL. I would highly recommend JJ’s and will be coming back.

The Highlights The kitchen shines where it counts. The steak and roasted veggies were excellent, and the arepa portions are impressively large. We loved the complimentary appetizer soup and chocolate truffle—thoughtful touches that paired well with our kind waiter’s service. The guacamole/queso/chip trio was also a solid start. The Critique The experience feels inconsistent. The modern decor and classical piano music clash with the Latin flavors and the fast-casual look of the open kitchen. Most disappointing was the wine, which was served from a previously opened bottle and was undrinkable. Verdict Come for the delicious food and hospitality, but don't expect a cohesive "high-end" atmosphere until the ambiance and wine program catch up to the kitchen's talent

I was really surprised that a concept like that with such good food and spectacular drinks is in a location like this, I think they should move to an area a little easier to access since in the area in which it is it is very ugly, I bet that your concept would hit you better in mills or winter park, or Avalon park, but I really hope it goes very well because it is worth it, it is to have a good date night. We will come back when they are in a better location

The food itself was very good — no complaints there — but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing, especially for a Valentine’s Day dinner. The Valentine’s menu had no prices listed at all, so we were completely shocked when the bill came to $377. If it’s going to be a fixed-price or premium holiday menu, that really should be clearly communicated upfront so guests can make an informed decision. On top of that, we were seated at a table facing the kitchen/cooks, which felt awkward and not very romantic for a special occasion. It would have been much nicer to be seated facing each other rather than the work area. Good food, but the lack of transparency on pricing and the atmosphere took away from what should have been a special night.
