Tip: The updated menu features new, authentic options worth exploring.
Fantastic Indian food that's downright delicious! The owner is very friendly and welcoming. I am a big fan of their updated menu with new offerings that feel even more authentic than before. You can't go wrong with the Chicken Tikka Bowl, its phenomenal. Will definitely be returning to try more of the new menu!
My first time at this place turned out to be excellent! I've been eyeing this place because I'm mostly a plant-based eater, so it was perfect for me. The space was simple and clean, no people at the time (afternoon). The person at the counter, who also happened to prepare the food, was a sweetheart and very friendly. He prepared very delicious wraps that tasted home-made. Yummy!!! The fries had seasoning so very unique and delicious, I could have eaten two more orders. Samosas were fresh, also very delicious. I forgot to take a picture of garlic naan that was perfect. The guy also brought out green sauce and masala sauce. Everything was just wonderful and satisfying. The prices were reasonable. I will definitely come back and order other options, because there were many for vegans and vegetarians, which I appreciated. Highly recommend!!!
Amazing food and service! Delicious, well-prepared real food, one of the best restaurants in the region! A wonderful surprise! High-quality Indian food! I highly recommend it!
Great new option for Lake Nona! I advised them that I have a gluten allergy and everyone was very accommodating and helpful! I got a chicken tikka bowl and the portion sizes are excellent. The best part was the sauce! I also got a rose lassi, which was very good as well. I will definitely be back!
I'd describe it as "Indian Nature's Table". The guy told us all about how he made his regular Indian recipes more healthy. The result is something absolutely delightful! So much flavor, but no heavy grease. The mango Lassi is the less sweet kind. The masala Chai tea tastes pretty standard. The spice is "spicy" for me (Nordic, American) but not impossible, and it's "average spice" for my wife (thai). Will definitely be back!
Food was great, nicely spiced! Had the chicken tikka roll (add beaten egg later) and chicken tikka bowl. Their sauces are great, get extra. They also have a vegan menu.
Food was amazing! Well priced too. Fresh and good portions! The samosas were my favorite! Comes in 3, 2 were enough for a meal!
Great food, vegan and meat options. Very friendly service.
Fresh and awesome food! ! Very reasonably priced! Great customer service
Lovely new tasting food in boxi and attention was awesome felt really welcomed .
Excellent vegan options. Being Indian ourselves, we rate it 11/10
Amazing food & amazing service. Great to have this place in Lake Nona!

Visiting Orlando for tennis camp. Came to Kati Roll Wala for dinner. Excellent food and Great Service. Owners are very friendly.
Awesome place in a great location. Food is really good and fresh. Amazing mango lassi too. Everyone is super nice! Will definitely be back.
Really good food. Some of the best Kathi rolls I’ve ever eaten. Masala fries were fire.🔥 👍
The food is really great and affordable. Our young child loved the Tikka sauce with paneer. Everyone was really nice and accommodating.
YALL. i don't even like Indian fusion food like that, but this place WILL NOT DISAPPOINT and the prices are amazing <3. i recommend the cilantro chicken roll
Amazing food and amazing customer service! 100% recommend if you like Indian street food! I’ll be coming here often!
The owner and employees were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The food was delicious and not everything is spicy! I must try spot!
Great addition to Lake Nona Area. Their paneer is one of the best, much better than what you'll find in other Indian restaurants in town.
We tried paneer tikka roll and paneer tikka pizza with masala fry. All of it was delicious. The masala fry was baked and was perfectly healthy. A must visit place
We loved the Tandoori Wings and Chicken Tikka Roll! Food quality and service is excellent! Much recommended place to go!
The food was very good (the naan pizza surprised me) and the service was amazing...we will definitely be coming back!
Awesome food with a knack of a niche Indian food. It's a franchise and they are learning to get faster with the service but overall, excellent human beings
Great traditionally spiced Indian food with an extensive Vegan menu. I prefer this better than the last restaurant in this spot.
We love the service and the taste of the food! The owner is a very nice person!
Awesome staff, plenty of tasty food options, great prices and best of all it’s Halal!
It was our first time we went there .good was amazing grench fries was so tasty . I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Loved to see a whole separate vegan menu. I had a delicious Soya chaap/Tofu roll❣️
I went with my friends to Kati Roll Wala. I really liked the food and friendly atmosphere there.
Great new Vegan Food place. Loved the Paneer Kati Roll. Was delicious.
Lovee the wraps!! Great prices, great taste. Will definitely be coming back! 🙌
Come from out of town to visit family in lake nona, great addition the area. Wonderful food and service from the owner!
WOW. I tried the chicken cilantro bowl and it was amazing! Perfect balance of flavors.
Super friendly staff and owner. Great location. and fun, new, amazing food!
Food was very good and the people were very friendly. We came back multiple days in a row
Fantastic food service. The smoothies are amazing. Highly recommended.
Had the Paneer Tikka Kati Roll it tasted really good and the quantity was worth the money
Outstanding vegan kati rolls. Great job with catering.
Had a great experience for dinner! The atmosphere is light and clean, everyone working was kind and approacable, and the food was delicious with very affordable options for great value and quick service. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated having so many options available!
I love Kati roll Wala lake nona. Their food makes me happy. It brings me back to my culture. All the people that work there are kind and genuine. I wish there were more places like this. If there were more places like this the world would be better. This restaurant is a welcome and amazing addition to Lake Nona,.
If you're a fan of Indian cuisine, Kati Roll Wala is a must-visit for their mouthwatering Kati rolls and bowls. Their paneer and potato rolls are particularly standout, bursting with flavors. Don’t miss the masala fries—they’re the perfect balance of crispy and seasoned. On top of the delicious food, the service is both friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!
I rolled into the office today with two tikka bowls and a paneer tikka pizza, instantly becoming the most popular person in the room. We also grabbed some drinks—because what’s a feast without proper hydration (a.k.a. soda)? The food was delicious, the staff was super nice, and the restaurant was so clean you could probably perform surgery on the tables. My only complaint? The portions could’ve been bigger.
Just came here to grab a quick bite, turns out the meal was better (and fsr cheaper) than many of the I didn't restaurants I've eaten at in the past. The chicken Tikka bowl was $9, and was the size and quality of a chicken Tikka meal at a regular restaurant. The (i assume) owner working there was very friendly as well. I understand why it has a nearly 5 star rating
The kati rolls were delicious, I wish they used paratha/roti for the bread but it was still wonderful. The rolls were very flavorful, my favorite was the potato and cauliflower, and the fries were lovely too.
Kati Roll Wala’s new menu is great, and now tastes even most authentic! As a student, it’s great to have a new and affordable Indian food option in Lake Nona
Great food at good prices! Seasoned as well and meticulously as any high end Indian restaurant. The vegan bowl was quite tasty.
Kati rolls and bowls were amazing! Customer service was great and very close to the airport. We would definitely recommend to others and will come again in the future!!
I enjoyed my experience at Kati Roll Wala in Lake Nona location! Customer Service was on point! Food was delicious! 100% recommended if your in the area or visiting Boxi Park!
Oh. My. Lordy Lord! What a delight. I went to NYC and was delightfully surprised with my first experience of kati rolls, to see it arrive within inches ready for eating right at the tip of my fingers, I feel as though those who watch above me in the heavens have granted me with a blessing beyond compare. Oh my lordy lord, oh my lordy lord. Food was 🚌, would reccomend the paneer kati roll with an egg layer.
Kati Roll Wala's food is never disappointing. It's packed with flavor and lots of good choices including vegan options. I definitely recommend this location!
Great spot! Food tasted authentic. Chef and employees were very nice and polite. Restaurant is clean. Definitely recommend.
Been here multiple times and every time it’s delicious. The flavors and spices are great and the food is very fresh. Perfect addition to the area!
Had the chicken Tikka kati roll, masala fries, and a mango Lassi! Everything was fresh, delicious, made to order and the staff was so kind and friendly Definitely will return and try the tandoori wings!
My experience: If you are looking for the best food and have patience for best taste, don't look further. Simply enjoy! They are new and growing. Looking forward to have some more item on menu.
Wonderful little spot to eat lunch. Delicious samosas! Gulab jamun is a delicious sweet you should try. Great for a work day lunch or weekend snack. Enjoy!
Amazing food! Just tried it for the first time and it was delicious! Flavor with health conciseness! Will highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back!
Went with my mom today and we both enjoyed our bowls. Definitely recommend the mango drink, very yummy and great service.
Food was amazing! The Kati roll tastes just like home. Would strongly recommend to anyone, I will be back!
Kati roll wala is a great place for Indian fast food, I tried vegitarian rolls, fries and gulab jamun, everything is delicious. I will comeback here again and again..
Great food. Very friendly owners walked out and greeted us. Definitely come here for the authentic Indian cuisine.
Well what a surprisingly delightful little spot! Stopped in with minimal expectation and leaving with a full belly! Great customer service, not only did they help me chose but were the ones to whip it up for me. The food was to die for, flavorful and good portion. I'll be eating here every time I come back into town. For my appts!
My wife and I were absolutely thrilled when this place opened. The portion size is perfect for a light meal at a great price. We find it to be the perfect size. The vegan menu has a ton of options. The potato and cauliflower kati roll is my personal favorite. Make sure to ask for spice if you want it. It makes a huge difference.
Kati Roll Wala in Lake Nona is a fantastic spot! The place is always super clean and has a really chill and inviting vibe. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. The food is amazing! I'm a huge fan of their Chicken Tikka Roll - it's packed with flavor and perfectly spiced. Their Mango Lassi is also a must-try - it's so refreshing and creamy. Highly recommend checking them out!
so nice to have some more Indian options in lake nona! me and my dad tried the egg paneer roll & it was excellently cooked, very spicy, tangy and full of flavor this location has very friendly staff who are very helpful, I needed them to bring the food out to my car for me since I use a wheelchair and they kindly did so, saved me a bunch of time highly recommend place to try for a quick bite/snack, I will definitely be going back
My favorite place for lunch!!! The food is always delicious and reasonably priced for the portions, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. There’s also a full vegan menu available, and the food is just as good if not better than the non-vegan options. I highly recommend giving it a try, especially the mango lassi :)
We just had dinner here tonight! My husband and I tried two different chicken bowls and they were both fabulous. The chicken was tender and very flavorful. The owners are delightful and kind .
My Go-To for Indian Street Food! ⭐ I love eating here! The flavors are so authentic, and the prices are super reasonable. It’s become my favorite spot for lunch, snack cravings, and my friends love it too. We visit almost every other day. Fresh & Healthy Food – Everything tastes homemade, and there are vegan and halal options. Great Location – Right near Boxi Park, perfect for weekends! Best Picks – The samosas are crispy and flavorful, the chicken tikka bowl/roll is amazing, and the mango lassi (made fresh!) are some of my favorite options. Would love to see a few more meat options and some South Indian dishes on the menu, but overall, this place is fantastic! Highly recommend!
Visited this new Indian fast casual spot today. I must say this place was great! The food was very flavorful and the portion of chicken was just right (chipotle I’m looking at you). Honestly, the value of the chicken bowl cannot be beat. Will definitely be back!
Accidental find and the food was amazing! Really flavorful. Customer service was great, they were able to make my meal according to the spice level I requested and they were able to suggest menu items that fit the flavor I was seeking! I got the Chick peas rice bowl with korma gravy and the veggie Samosas!
I stopped in and got the chicken bowl and samosas. The chicken bowl was simple with rice and sauce, but the chicken was tender and flavorful. The samosas were crispy and well filled, and the staff were very friendly. You get a generous portion for the price, and I would definitely recommend checking it out.
Amazing Flavors and Great Street Food Vibes!. Tried Kati Roll Wala in Orlando and absolutely loved it! The samosas were crispy and flavorful — just the right amount of spice. The fries were perfectly seasoned and made a great side. But the stars of the show were the paneer roll and chicken roll — both packed with bold Indian flavors, tender fillings, and wrapped in soft, delicious paratha. If you're craving authentic Indian street food, this place is a must-visit. Can’t wait to go back!
If you’re in Lake Nona and haven’t tried this place. you’re seriously missing out! This spot is an absolute gem—the food is incredible and the prices make it one of the best-value meals around. Their kati rolls are packed with perfectly spiced, wrapped in a soft-yet-crispy paratha that’s just the right amount of indulgent. It’s fast, fresh, and full of flavor—honestly, Lake Nona locals should be eating here almost every day.
I've never had such a delicious Kathi Roll! If you happen to be in the Orlando area, definitely try out Kathi Roll. I'm visiting Orlando from New York and was craving Indian food. I noticed this restaurant offers Kathi Rolls, and at first, I considered skipping it since it was 45 minutes away from where I was staying, but it was totally worth it. Moreover, the owner of the restaurant is very nice and polite; he did an excellent job ensuring great service. He also mentioned that he plans to add more items to the menu, which I'm definitely looking forward to, and I’ll visit again during my next trip to Orlando. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this restaurant — the best Kathi Roll in the U.S.!
Wow!! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm, smiling host who makes you feel right at home. The food is simply outstanding—every roll we've tried bursts with flavors. The cleanliness of the space is impeccable, which adds to the overall fantastic experience. I've visited this gem multiple times with different groups—my parents, kids, friends, and even colleagues—and every time, it has been a resounding success. Everyone I brought along left raving about the place. The consistency in both the quality of the food and the exceptional service is truly remarkable. Highly recommended!
A true gem for food lovers! The dishes are a perfect blend of taste and tradition, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared with exceptional skill. Each bite is a delightful explosion of flavor, leaving you eager for the next. The staff is attentive and welcoming, making you feel like a cherished guest. With its inviting ambiance and an outstanding menu, this restaurant guarantees an unforgettable dining experience.
I had an incredible experience trying Kati Rolls for the first time! The flavors were bold and authentic, with each bite packed with perfectly spiced ingredients. The roll itself was warm, flaky, and just the right texture to hold everything together without getting soggy. I tried the chicken unda roll and was blown away by how juicy and flavorful it was. The portion size was generous and left me full without feeling heavy. Service was quick and friendly, making the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to anyone who loves Indian street food! Special shout out and Cheers to owner Dinesh and Shweta!! Best of luck and whenever we will be here for sure will visit and eat only Kati roll Wala, cheers!
I had lunch here today. It is small and very casual (order at the counter). The food was amazing and the young lady that served us had a great personality. I will be back many times. My one tiny criticism is that they could do with upgrading the furniture. It is a little flimsy.
Kati wala roll has become my Friday ho to spot. The rolls are always packed with flavor, freshly made and hits the right taste spot every time. Great food, quick service and consistently delicipus -highly recommed. Their coffee is too good too
Amazing food and service. The owner and Savi took care of my order. They were both very kind and wanted to make sure everything came out perfect. Food was amazing. Kati rolls are just enough food and very flavorful. Mango lassi was made fresh. Masala fries are easily the best tasting masala fries I’ve had in any restaurant. Would frequent again.
Súper deliciosa la comida y excelente atención. Recomendado 100%
¡Deliciosos!
Cute little Indian fast food near UCF. Food choices were good especially for vegetarian options. Food was good...but it could be much better especially for Indian food. Less potato and/or smaller potato chunks. Take care to ensure rice is not clumped up. Add more variety/options in terms of vegetarian ingredients. But overall great place for a fantastic price.
I love the food this restaurant however everytime I order my Paneer Tikka Naan pizza it gets smaller and smaller. There is no consistency. I would rate this restaurant a 5 star if they can get the portion sizes consistent. When I received my pizza box for my to go order today I could not feel the weight of the food. The first time I ordered here it was amazing filled up a decent portion of the box. Disappointing because I love the food!
I work nearby and started coming here for lunch 1-2 times per week. When the food was prepared well, it was very good. Great flavor and quality. But their consistency is poor. Too many times the same wrap would contain different ingredients - sauce/chutney one time, not the next. Lettuce or tomato one time, not the next. One or two occasions chicken was incredibly dry/inedible. Sometimes way too much onion, to the point where it's all you could taste. When I find a great place to eat, and find a favorite item or two on the menu, I stay for the uniformity/consistency. I've stopped coming here entirely due to it being a dice-roll on if I'll enjoy the same exact wrap I ordered the last time. Hopefully they figure it out.
Service was fast. People were nice but the quality of food was beyond bad. For being a chain restaurant you would think the food processing would be uniform. The chicken in my rolls were dry beyond belief and no additional sauce was given. The pizza was mediocre at best. Was hoping for a way better food place based on its location. Just wanted this place to be amazing but was sadly let down
Ordered an egg kati roll. As listed in the menu it should come with sauce and onions. My order was to go and when I opened my roll it had lettuce and tomatoes as well, which I didn’t ask for. A rather odd add on to a Kati roll. Roti was also more like a combo of pita/tortilla The green chutney was good though.
After reading the reviews and being an Indian who really missed eating Indian food, I was excited to try the food. I got takeout and was very dissatisfied. The butter chicken was mid tier quality, I’ve had way better butter chicken and this was just not that great. The samosa chat was the MOST disappointing. The samosas were soft and soggy, the chat itself didn’t have much flavor, absolutely no chutney or anything was given nor added and I was so incredibly unsatisfied with the quality of the chat. I definitely did not get whatever food all these reviews were talking about. Also wanted to add that this food definitely didn’t settle right and made me sick
BAD Business! Really!!! :( Arrived about 45 minutes before closing time, door was locked, staff was inside waving their hands no. What kind of business is this? Please fix your hours of operation if you are not open. Misleading.
Below average taste, paneer under cooked no masala & taste very blunt, pizza felt like bread with just paneer with nothing, honestly how can something like this with zero taste be made? samosa chat ok, won't go back ! Won't recommend!!
We ordered the potato & cauliflower kati roll, the paneer Tikka kati roll, masala fries, and samosa bites. Absolutely everything was bad. The kati rolls are very small. The potato/cauliflower kati roll had no flavor, and lacked salt. The paneer Tikka kati roll had nothing tikka about it - it was just paneer lightly coated in masala and doused with chutney. The masala fries were mostly raw, and had next to no masala on them, nor were they salted. The samosa bites were not as crispy as they should be - the puff pastry was still soft. Frozen Indian food tastes better than the food from this place. Additionally, 2 groups who ordered after us got their food before we did - service was very slow. 0/10.
Literally worst Indian food I’ve ever had lol like I’m shocked. Had me and all the homies laughin. I wouldn’t give it to my Pitbull on its birthday. Go somewhere else please.
Unfortunately the food DID NOT match the pictures or reviews. We went for a late lunch on 03/31/25 and they were Out of Rice, and no protein bowls available. So I had the potato / chickpea wrap and it was Awful - Super Dry, bland, and small. Husband had the chicken wrap with a tad more flavor but not much, but again, not like the picture or description. Nothing special at all. Would not recommend and would not go back.
Worst Indian food I've ever had, the food had no taste, it was bland, the chicken was dry, and it was cold. It was shocking to me. The quantity was very little to none. There is no zero rating, so I have to give one star. With this taste, this place will not stay for too long, Please do not fall for the 4.9 rating that is showing here.
