Stayed at the Waldorf and this spot sits at the neighboring Signia, and yes, you can walk there from the Waldorf, which is perfect for when you’ve been eating like royalty and need a dramatic 6-minute wellness walk. La Luce is a rustic Italian spot built around handmade pastas. I got the saffron homemade noodles with seafood. Reader, I did not hesitate. The pasta had that perfect handmade texture, slightly imperfect, exactly how pasta should be. Rich saffron, seafood, and sauce. Now where is my bread for the clean up? My pasta was the correct decision.
My Birthday started with Signia by Hilton treating me to breakfast at Harvest Bistro. Another great experience with Jeff and Elijah as my servers. These guys didn't let you want for anything, but back to my experience at La Luce. Well my birthday didn't go as plan. I was suppose to spent the day at EPCOT, but my knee has not been working with me. I didn't get out until later in the evening. I had tried to make a reservation for my birthday at La Luce, but they were booked solid. That night, I decided to try again anyway, and they had an opening. I was seated at a cozy table by the window. My Premier Server Heather was nothing less than perfect! This was my birthday dinner, so nothing was off the table. We started with a wine. I personally prefer sweet wines, some call them dessert wines. Heather had just the recommendation and it was perfect! I took a picture so I can add it to my collection. Next we went over their holiday specials. I liked them all, but went with Heather's recommendations. Now the soup was my selection. I had never heard of nor had a Salmon Chowder, so that was my starter. It was filled with hearty chunks of Salmon, and a little spicy, but oh so good. I finished my bowl, and that says it all. Now Heather recommended the Crab Cakes. I love crab legs, so I thought why not. They were good, but just not for me. My main course was one of my favorites Scallops. When they brought my entree and I saw those three Scallops, I thought I'm glad I had some soup. However, this entree was so smooth , delicious, and absolutely filling. I told my sister it was sexual. People watching me would have thought they were seeing a remake of "When Harry met Sally." I don't have words for how good this Scallop Entree was, and I had leftovers. Bless you Heather for the recommendation. Since this was my birthday they treated me to their signature dessert a Butterscotch Pudding, and when I tell you this was AMAZING, I mean AMAZING! I had a little taste in the restaurant, but the next morning oh my goodness, what a TREAT La Luce you all out did yourselves with this dessert. If you visit La Luce, PLEASE leave room-no-make room for the Butterscotch Pudding. You will not regret it! Thank you Heather for a stellar birthday dinner experience.
La Luce delivered an excellent dining experience during our stay at Signia Hotel. The meal starts strong with fresh, warm complimentary bread paired with high-quality olive oil. Simple, but done right. The menu shines across the board, including surprisingly robust kids' meal options, which is rare and appreciated. Every entrée we tried was solid, but the spaghetti was the standout. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and clearly made with care. A huge practical plus is that it was never busy. We were seated immediately every time, with no wait or stress, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance was dim and calming. The biggest pro, by far, was the service. Santiago was exceptional. Attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. He even went next door to a nearby restaurant to track down buffalo sauce for one of our meals. That is above-and-beyond service, and it didn't go unnoticed. Cons? Honestly, none. La Luce gets it right on food, service, and overall experience. We would happily return.
What an amazing dinner! We are from NY and have been to italy several times and this rivaled the food we’ve had there. Staff and service was amazing (especially Joe)! This has made it to the our list of favorite disney restaurants. We will be back!
Beautiful atmosphere with a cozy, Positano-inspired vibe for a moment it really felt like being back in Italy. I ordered the Vesuvio Alla Bolognese, and it was absolutely delicious : rich duck & meat ragu, creamy burrata, and perfectly cooked pasta. Cocktails were great as well. Highly recommend for a relaxed dinner with amazing food and ambience.
Truly amazing experience. Food was delicious. I had the grilled octopus, bolognese, and Nutella cake. My server Stan was extremely knowledgeable about the wine menu and the cooking process of everything on the menu. He also made sure to check if I had any allergies and every suggestion he had was 10/10. Will definitely be coming back :)
What a fantastic experience in this hotel restaurant. The ambience is gorgeous and the seating is very comfortable. I sat at the bar area and my bartender was absolutely amazing, funny and kind. They have an extensive specially cocktail menu as well as a full selection of wines. The espresso martini was absolutely perfect. The dirty martini was absolutely amazing as well. I started with the salmon chowder and I had never had salmon chowder and it was literally divine! Every drop was absolutely delicious . The bartender Recommended me to go with the scallops and I’m glad I did. I had scallops over a creamy Parmesan fettuccine type sauce and every single bite was absolutely fabulous. I wish I could remember his name, but he told me he had been with them for years. His experience and expertise showed. I had such a good experience and was so surprised by the quality of the food. I was alone and the bartender made sure I was well catered to and not lonely. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return to this location.
Karima was an amazing server! She anticipated what we needed. Her recommendations for our main dish was excellent and she selected the best dessert! The butterscotch pudding with the dark chocolate was the best way to end the meal! Highly recommended! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
My family & I stayed at the Signia for our Disney World Family Vacation. This restaurant is located within the hotel. Tasty dinner!
Pricy but worth it! Great service, delicious food and wine. A bit loud but maybe it was the crowd that night. You must try the tomahawk and grilled octopus! It was perfection!
I was celebrating Mother’s Day me, myself, and I. Such a great evening, I felt important and special for the way the employees treated me. The service was excellent and the food OMG! I’m not a steak fan but the Ribeye I ate was DELICIOUS!!!. The Risotto was very tasty and LOVE IT.!!! I’m bad remembering names but every person that interacted with me were very courteous, and friendly. The Lemon Cream Cake was yummy.!!! If you want to have a lovely evening I totally recommend this restaurant.
Great addition to the Hilton Signia Orlando. Much more convenient than eating in town and a beautiful dining experience. The vibes are warm and romantic and the views are nice. The pizza was perfection and I liked the risotto special, too. Service was great, he was so knowledgeable and personable. I wrote down his name to include it but lost it. I remember he has 6 brothers so go ask for him, hah! Be sure to end with butterscotch pudding - the homemade toffee is divine. Overall a really solid dining experience, highly recommend.
La Luce is worth the drive. And the drive through Disney traffic is awful. But seriously, this place has really quality Italian food and some great cocktails as well. 10/10!
Our food was incredible, everything was fresh and tasty, you can eat here even if you are not a hotel guest. Service was a little under my standards, however the delicious food made up for it. Recommended.
Service was amazing! Food was delicious. I was truly impressed with the service of the staff.
We stayed at the Signa by Hilton Hotel and this restaurant is inside the hotel. We had dinner here a good few nights. It's an Italian restaurant. This has a peaceful, rustic and romantic atmosphere about this place. It's bigger than you think. Has a bar section too. The Pizza and Pasta are freshly made when ordered. The food we had were: Olive Fritte, Caeser Salad, Magherita Pizza, Bianca Pizza, Silk Handkerchiefs, Ravioli with Tomato and Lemon sauce, Sangiovese-Braised Lamb Shank, Bistecca, Gelato and always had bread basket on the table also had some specials too. All food was delicious. My favourite was the Ravioli with Lemon Sauce. I would recommend all the dishes we tried. Red Wine recommendations for my dad were on point. The staff were very friendly, professional, funny, helpful, delightful and caring. All the staff we interacted with were great and always had smiles on their faces also they were very easy to get along with. This is a beautiful thought-out restaurant, with the design, decor, layout and food. This is ideal for families, date nights and professional Dinners. They have a TV by the bar with sports on. My family loved this place. Thank you La Luce for the experience we had there.
As a local Realtor in Orlando, I absolutely recommend La Luce for both local Orlando residents and those vacationing near Walt Disney World. Magical Dining was excellent. Our family of 6 enjoyed a birthday dinner for an evening celebration. The service and food was great. We enjoyed the magical dining prefix menu, which is available late August - Oct (call to confirm). The hotel lobby is under significant refurbishment so the arrival is a little lack luster, however once you walk past the hotel entrance, the restaurant is pretty and many tables offer views outside of the pool. There is a side room available for larger parties and an open kitchen concept in the interior of the dining room.

We dined here in celebration of our 46th anniversary. We were greeted by name and ushered to our table, which bore a lovely “Happy Anniversary” card signed by members of the staff. Our server was prompt and attentive and our meal was excellent. Upon finishing, we were feted with a complimentary dessert and glasses of prosecco. All in all, an excellent evening!
Really nice place, the waiter was super hopeful and pleasant as were the waiting staff. Everybody’s really nice and kind. The place is pretty good in decor, but you can definitely tell that this is a hotel restaurant versus standalone restaurant. The food was pretty good but a little bit weird in certain ways. The Barata cheese tasted like it was Buratta mixed with cream cheese and then reformed in the shape of Buratta. The portions are more in line with what you would expect in Europe, they’re not massive American meals. The gnocchi had a bit of a weird taste like the cream was mixed in with jam or jelly etc. beyond that pretty good.
Food was great! We ordered the fried olives for the appetizer. They are exactly how they sound. I got the pasta alla amatriciana, it was tonight’s special, the noodles were thick and it had a good spice to it. Then we ordered the salmon cooked medium and it was delicious. I think they need some help because we have three tables we are surrounded by that have yet to be bussed. One of them was there since we arrived.

Good food , probably they need to improve on their service

The food was okay, the waiter was great. The bathroom was gross, trash everywhere. Our reservation ended up not going through completely our fault after we tried to adjust our original reservation time. We were told the wait was very long so we made a new reservation on the app for an hour and fifteen minutes later. We went to check in about 15 minutes early, the person in front of us did not have a reservation and was told it was a 30 minute wait, when we went to check in we were told to leave and not come back until the exact time of our reservation. We waited came back again 10 minutes later to check in. When we checked in for a third time we had to listen to the hostess and another employee go back and forward regarding what table number to put us at. Overall it did not feel like an upscale restaurant and we would not return.
The female receptionist who is a shorter lady with frizzy curly bobbed hair, is always rude, unprofessional, cold, unwelcoming. No matter the food is nice or not, the frontline staff turned us away from the restaurant. She needs proper training to know how to treat customers with respect, instead of being condescending to them. Disappointed experience.
