Located on the fourth floor of the Loews Sapphire Resort. It has delicious coffee blends and a lot of grab and go items. They have lots of food items to include fresh fruits and snacks of all types. They also have soda, energy drinks, juices, beer, wine, and liquor available for purchase. There is a Coke Freestyle machine located inside on the back wall for those who have or want to purchase the refillable cups. Lots a various pastries and you can get icecream as well. It is right off the main lobby and a good source for grabbing those needed or wanted food and beverage items.

Very nice, lots of goodies to choose from. They do serve Starbucks coffee so that is definitely a plus. The coffee was really good, better than most I’ve had actually. Customer service was present and my drink was ready quick. They have souvenirs and also breakfast and lunch items.

Breakfast review. The food is very mediocre and not very fresh but it is $8 for a sandwich and convenient so that mostly aligns with expectations. Potatoes were not good. The smoothie was probably one of the better items we tried. Coffee is Starbucks and offers the standard fare (hot coffee, iced coffee, lattes). There’s a decent selection of shelf stable items like cereals, chips, liquor as well as fruit and salads.

Disappointed with the cafe as they did not have menu items available. Went there for morning breakfast and they had nothing for vegetarians except breakfast potato from the menu. Got an croissant which was not served warm. The Bagel and cream cheese was ok. The only saving grace was the Starbucks coffee that they serve.

Decent food available till 11pm, it’s the ‘market’ at the Sapphire Falls Universal resort. And while it’s convenient, there aren’t many options - pizza, samdwich etc and the food is just so-so

Staff came across as a bit rude and grumpy, and we had to ask for an item they forgot to give us. The pastries however were very good.

Grab and go items are 4x what they should be, incredibly expensive even for a resort. No pricing on them on the shelves either, obviously. Just go to the Starbucks.

They really should vend this out to a 3rd party. For what it is it's mediocre at best. Staff seem disinterested. Food is OK. Service is slow. We were there to flee hurricane Milton and went there 4 times with our dog with no issue. On the 5th visit at 6am, at which time they were to open, there was no notice and no sign indicating they would open late, we patiently waited an hour for them to open and some older balding dude tells another guest that no dogs are allowed. It's a walk through store with no seating. Plus we had been there with our dog 4 other times. I thought he was joking but he wasn't. Waited for him to leave, thinking he might help his staff, but he didn't. He left two minutes later and we went through with our dog.

$8 “matcha latte” more like just watered down milk. The food is bare minimum. Even the staffs seemed like they wanna get off work but it was only 9 am. Not worth it.

Ah there are only so many ways you can mess up breakfast but Dutch Trading CO literally got them all. Want a breakfast sandwich? There's only 2 options left and there old and dry. Yes they dont make them fresh even though they're $9. Thirsty? How about a cold brew? The most bitter cold brew I've ever had - slightly burnt taste. And even though you paid extra for the flavor syrups and milk, they only give you the tiniest squirt. Exquisite. Lastly after finishing making your janky coffee, getting your old sandwich and spending more than $20 per person. They ask for a tip. For what my guy?????

This extremely overpriced, especially for the quality of food. Just use Uber eats don’t waste your money. This is probably one of the reasons why we may not be staying here again. The price tag for the stay at this resort is high, As are my expectations. Do better or you’ll lose business, it’s that simple.
