Tip: A good place to eat well in a mall full of fast food restaurants. Perfect for eating after shopping.

Very good place to eat. My only complaint was that I received a random onion in my sandwich and onions make me gag so luckily I spotted it before I ate it. Best tiramisu I've ever had hands down.
We truly loved the experience. We actually expressed our gratitude to the manager for the excellent service provided by Michael, the waiter. Food was really good, the sangrias (white and red) were delicious as my family said :0) and the desserts also up to the level. We came from Miami to Orlando and are very very pleased with the experience.
Nice restaurant to stop and have a good meal when you’re tired of shopping. The lasagna was delicious and I have one of the best grilled salmon, pair your food with a peroni or a margarita 😊
This was a great restaurant! Our server was fantastic! Food was absolutely awesome. We were so glad we stopped here before heading home on our trip to Orlando.
We got a chicken parmesan and turkey panini for lunch. Everything was great and tasted very fresh. Our waiter was really friendly and have us good recommendations on the menu! 10/10 would recommend!
Had the Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken. Portion sizes are great and the food was delicious. Service was quick and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Prices are medium. Not many choices in the outlet mall when it comes to dinning.
Awesome place with quick serving of your food, took the salmon which was delicious. Very comfy place that was not to crowded (5pm a saturday). Friendly waiter as well! No hastle and did everything to keep us happy.
Great dining experience. The manager/ waitress was phenomenal i believe her name was Karen by the way🤣 but the Total opposite. I do highly recommend this restaurant.
This is the second time we come here and every dish always surprises us, the service is great and the food is amazing!
Great food! The steak was easy to cut and all my friends enjoyed the food! The pasta was so good, added with the parmesan cheese- delicious! Great service! Would definitely come back soon! 😅
Very good restaurant. Nice food and the prices are honestly. The waiters are very friendly. Take a plate... and enjoy it!!
Unique Italian flare with fast service. The noodles are very al dente. Better than the food court.
Awesome food and great service, if you're ever in Orlando and want some great Italian food in a great atmosphere you should try this place out. It's not a chain it's a Ma&Pa restuarant that takes pride in their food with a chef from Italy. Well definitely eat here again the next time im in Orlando.
Simply the best. Great ambiance and customer service, It was such an amazing experience, the staff were very attentive, accurate orders, The lady manager was very nice and courteous. Thank you again for such a great experience. We'll be back with more friends most definitely.
5 star all the way. The food was beyond amazing, the service excellent. I would not suggest any other italian resturant more in the Orlando area. Plus the Sweet Tea rivaled Georgia's best.
Excellent food, between my friend and I we had the Bruschetta as an appetiser. I had the Fettuccini Alfredo and Chocolate Gelato for desert. My friend had the veal piccata and cannoli for his desert. From start to finish the food tasted phenomenal. Great atmosphere, great service, fair prices for what you order, the restaurant is clean and nicely lit. Would recommend and will definitely stop by again the next time I’m in town!
Our bartender was the sweetest. I wish I remembered her name. Afternoon hours. I'm sure you'll know who I'm talking about when you meet her. I didn't eat, but that calamari 🐙 looked Scrumptious.
The food was excellent and the our server Shantel was awesome. She brought us free bread and with a parmesean, olive oil and vinegret dipoing sause. It was very good! For appetizers we ordered the fried calamari, fried cheese sticks, and caprice. Everything came out on time and freah. You can tell the oil they fried it in was clean. The entrées we ordered were chicken parmesean, spaghetti with meatballs, and margarita pizza. Our favorite was the margarita pizza. The food overall was great and combined with the excellent service I gave it 5 stars.
Loved this place. Everything from the location, staff, and of course their delicious food. Excellent dining experience. I really recommend it
The food was really really good. Especially the mozzarella sticks. The staff was really friendly and with COVID-19 going on they were very sanitary. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and I would go back.
A hidden gem in the outlet mall. We tried the eggplant flatbread and it was delicious! Excellent service from John S, attention to detail and very professional. Definitely a stop when here next time.
It's always my favorite Italian restaurant in Orlando. Best thing there is their professional and very friendly staff. Their food is excellent. Pasta is amazing, pizzas are amazing and they have very good coffee
Visiting from another state we decided to stop by the outlet. Came across this restaurant and stopped for a quick bite to eat.. SWEET BABY ... LAWD HAVE MERCY.. We ordered a greek salad, mozzarella sticks, calamari and the potato skins.. REAL FETA in the salad and you could taste the freshness in every bite. The marina that the mozzarella sticks layed in was so delicious and the mozzarella slices themselves was devine. I can never have mozzarella sticks from Fridays ever again. We then ordered the fettuccine alfredo one shrimp and one salmon, the supreme pizza and the buffalo chicken sandwich 😋 Let me just say we felt like we were in a AUTHENTIC ITALIAN RESTAURANT...The foods was simply delicious every bite and morsel. If traveling you must add this to your places to try. Exceptional food and service. You won't be disappointed.
Came across this Italian restaurant when we're shopping around the premium outlets in Orlando. I can definitely recommend the calamari and the onion rings. Claudia was a great help. You will be in care if you have her as a server! Thanks florida.
Pizzas, fried mozzarella, and chicken parm were fantastic! Even though it was quite busy and raining outside on a Sunday afternoon, the food came out in about 30 minutes. I figured it would take much longer. We will be back!! :)
Stopped here initially for a drink after shopping. Cant fault our server, we were well looked after. Happy hour came on whilst we were there, so we ate. Think only available in bar though. We had the $5 flatbread, which was great. My daughter had the fillet which she enjoyed too.
Absolutely great!! There were four of us one had the pizza bianca, it was phenomenal..highly recommend it. We also had a meatball sandwich, chicken pannini a shrimp dinner and an appetizer. All were delicious, and serving sizes were large, had to take food home. My husband and I arrived well before the other couple and never felt rushed while waiting. Service was very good, food arrived quickly definitely way drive my expectations for a restaurant in an outlet mall. A must try even if you're not shopping, it will be well worth the trip
We just happened across this restaurant and were very glad we did. We ordered shrimp scampi, chicken parm, lasagna and tortellini....everything was hot and fresh, tasted great. Service was excellent as well. Our server went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Would definitely go back.
Great Experience. Greated by friendly people and a beautiful decor. John our wait person was very helpful in picking our meal. The salads were made from the freshest ingredients. The ciabatta bread was really fresh. My daughter and I shared a delicious piece of cheesecake with raspberry sauce.
The service in this place is absolutely exceptional. They custom make food items for vegetarians that are not on the menu and they have a fine dining approach despite the fact that a person is there at lunch time. If you are shopping at the Orlando outlet Mall, you would do yourself a favor by making this your stop for a meal.
My first time with a friend and the service was amazing. Carl and Christin were awesome at suggesting dinner and drinks to pair with our meal. They were great on the bar and fun to have laughs with. Such a great experience we will be back to visit again soon. Food was delicious as well. Lovely restaurant.
Was greeted with a warm smile by Sarah. My party was seated promptly and drinks came pretty quick. Our entrees were pretty good, but lemme say the dessert was remarkable. I’m a tiramisu fiend so my itch was definitely scratched. Highly recommend if you’re at the outlets
Amazing fries, wonderful panini, service was amazing. I took time out to let the front of house know how outstanding it was- a tip is something but sometimes you need to give feedback and these folks deserve to know what they're doing is awesome. The chips (potato fries) alone were noteworthy.
Nice spacious restaurant. This place has great food and wonderful service. I really enjoyed my lunch here it was a great break from the heat and hustle of shopping. My daughter needed GF food and the wait staff and kitchen were very helpful to us by suggested foods and prep.
What a great place. Very slow for them right now due to our virus. I have gone in there twice and the gal at the bar is wonderful. Very personable friendly smiles. I'll go back again. Let me now forget the food absolutely terrific.
Such a Wonderful Restaurant. Always have a Great experience and time when I visit. Management Team is Outstanding and all staff is friendly. Great Service. Definitely would recommend to stop by and experience this yourself. Whether a local guest or visiting from out of town.
Food was good but we will definitely be coming back from the service we received. Our waiter John was phenomenal! Very friendly, attentive, and personable. We are locals here in Orlando and tried it out for the first time and will come back just from our experience with John.
40 minute drive to get there but does not stop me from going!! Pizza is the best in Orlando and the people are amazing!! Pretty awesome that after just 3 visits, the manager knows me by name and she always comes over to talk to me. Can't beat that kind of service!!
Great food, authentic atmosphere, quick service. Please as for the waiter Dahlia, she was incredible and made the whole experience even better! She’s an expert on the menu, very accommodating and super friendly!
We arrived late at night just as they were closing but they allowed us to place an order. We were provided with the friendliest of service (thanks, Guinnevere, who couldn't do enough for us even so late at night) and the food was simply to die for. Will go back again without hesitation. Full recommendation for a professional establishment - clean, stylish decor and pleasant staff throughout. Loved it.
Great meal in nice restaurant. Our waiter was very kind and personable. The lasagna was very good. Please do some drink specials, would have made a great meal even better. Will go back for sure.
Our family had 4 different pasta dishes that were all excellent. Our server, Karen was friendly and on top of everything. This was our 2nd time eating here. We will be back next time in Orlando.
The food was so good! The service was outstanding! We had a very good experience! The waiter was polite, outgoing, and would make extra efforts to ensure we had a good meal. The atmosphere was inviting, clean, and fun! I would recommend completely! The menu gave multiple items of a great variety! I had trouble picking just one item, but tried multiple and everything was delicious! Can't wait to go back when I'm in Orlando again!
Good food, good service. Liked a lot the lasagna, the food is as spicy as you ask, against the usual around here. The ammount of food that should be a bit more in my taste.
Really great customer service. Waitress was very kind and informative. Food was good. It is a little Pricey but not too crazy. Everyone still the table enjoyed their meals. Steak was delicious. Not a fan of the asparagus. ok
I only went for desserts. It was very good and pricy. I've had this chocolate dessert before but I've never paid 12 bucks for it...it might be the location. Besides that the service was great, all the servers were nice and professional.
Cool place to chill out before heading to the outlet stores. I could go back for the pizza again.
While it's not an amazing bar with great and memorable drinks, the staff is amazingly friendly and hospitable, a welcome change in the tourist zone of Orlando. They did a great job of talking to us as customers and making sure we enjoyed our brief stop in.
We went here on the first day it open after it was closed due to the pandemic. I ordered a side Caesar salad, and that was plenty for me. My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs, which he enjoyed immensely. The waitress was wonderful. Everyone had a smile. And it was very clean. We will go again.
I am giving a 4 star rating due to the overall experience. Our server who's name is Melissa was highly accommodating. We had about an hour and a half before our check in time prior to placing our orders. We explained to Melissa our concern and she easily explained which meals would take longer than others. Once we placed the orders she also informed the kitchen our situation and the food came out promptly. The food was decent, I was just grateful that Melissa was our server. Thank you Melissa!
Had lunch around 2pm. Server attentive and helpful, smooth ambiance, spacious sitting. Food was ok but nothing special as I was expecting for the price in the menu, someone said the pizza taste like the school one, I meant look very simple and regular taste. $230.00 for 6. Check my other reviews, I have had pay less for better experiences.
I have been wanting to come to this restaurant for weeks now . It did not disappoint. The staff was amazing, professional , kind and willing to help you with anything . It was quick service with amazing quality of food . I love Italian food and this was super Italian food . I love pizza 🍕 so I ordered one off the menu. I ordered the pepperoni pizza 🍕 it was really really really . Thanks so my waiter and the manger for such a wondering dining experience. They do need to work on a few things though . The tables and chairs need to be changed out . They look like they have been there since the 60s . It’s time for a upgrade on the tables and chairs . The tables I sat at were all sticky . But besides that everything else was perfect . Thanks to the staff. It was a very nice lunch. I would totally recommend this place Please Follow Me On YouTube At Fearsman26 God bless
Exelente atencion, muy amables los meseros. En su especialidad, las pastas son exquisitas, el lugar es muy agradable, espacioso y acogedor.
We stopped here for a bite to eat after shopping all day at the outlets mainly because it was convenient because it was close to the valet and there was a long line to get your car lol. The inside decor was really nice and the atmosphere was pleasant, but we sat outside because it was a nice day. The outside patio was average. We ordered the fried calamari which I would say was average, probably would not order them again. Then we ordered a pizza, half Rustica and half Margherita. They have their pizza making down. It hit the spot just right. I would actually go here again and order the pizza again.
A steak well prepared and very tasty, a fine Ceacar salad and a pizza for the kid, good service = all-in-all typical american standard good food. 3.5 if waitress had been a bit more attentive!
It took 12 minutes to get seen by the bartender around 1 o’clock when I came in and no guests were there. Whatever, that happens. But the food was so overpriced and not great. The calamari was too big and under fried. It was wet. The burger was 15 dollars and I’ve had better tasting burgers at Wendy’s. I’m not bashing anyone, just being honest.
Orlando local here. Server was kind and attentive. All meat/chicken is frozen. I was gagging on the chewy meatballs and twice fried chicken that tasted of cardboard. The place looks lovely, but the food does not hit the mark at all.
Understaffed, my food was good. Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken. My friend had a Philly cheese steak, his fries came out 35 minutes later. Bartender was nice, but left for 15 min at a time. Restaurant was not crowded. I will try them again when I'm in the area. Nice clean spot, kitchen view open to customer view. Clean, nice decor, kind of impressed for a mall location. Unfortunately the understaffing did not allow employees to take care of customers in a timely matter. I still tipped 40% because it wasn't the bartender's fault they were understaffed. I know the industry is dealing with plenty of issues. I will update after a second visit. The food was tasty. Definitely worth a try. I really hope to update my review with more stars after my next visit.
I went shopping at the Outlets for the first time and walked past this restaurant with my cousin. I had high hopes for this place because it smelled really good. First, we ordered an alcoholic beverage which was very good. Second, we both ordered the shrimp scampi (which was $23). My cousin also ordered a house salad. The food came and for $23 the portion was really small and nothing came with it. We figured the price was because of the area. We both took a bite and was disgusted! The pasta was dry and hard not al dente and the shrimp was bland and overcooked. The biggest problem was the waiter. When he first came to the table (John) was very pushy. He got an attitude because we both told him we didn't like our food and wanted something different. He literally rolled his eyes. This was an older male btw. He continued to give us attitude asking what the problem was. Telling us that's the way they cook all their pasta there. So we ordered the food and his attitude seemed to simmer down. I believe he tried to act right to make sure we gave him a tip (which we did inspite of our experience). Then my cousin ordered a meal to take home for her husband and didn't realize there was half of the meal missing until she got home. If I ever go here again I would not want John as my waiter and I would only get drinks and apps. Also, we had to deal with the waiters body odor, no bueno. I only gave two stars cause the drinks were good and the second meals were not bad.
The food is good but the service is terrible for take out or bar service. They all walk passed you and no one greets you. I over hear their personal conversations. The energy is not professional or Inviting. Unfortunately they have the best food out of all the other restaurants in the outlet so settle at your own choice.
Gave this place a 2 as a courtesy, food was subpar at best and service was slow for just 2 people in the whole restaurant. Fettuccine tasted like a bowl of cream and noodles.... Better chance with the hot dog guy or the pretzel shop just outside. Good luck!
This experience was not a taste of Italy!! Order the Vinito Pizza like $17.00 for a small pizza that tasted okay! And the Lasagna we ordered was portion controlled also and tasted like stoffers frozen Lasagna from Publix grocery.. or publix brand is actually probably better! Was looking to eat at a different Italian restaurant, but ended up with a over price disappointment! Was better off going to Olive Garden.
The owners should re evaluate themselves as what they are. I walked in thinking I could order a steak. Twenty five dollars for a twelve oz, or if you wanted a smaller size you were going to get a seven oz for guess what twenty five dollars. Then I thought I would settle for pizza hence Italian, Wrong. Couldn't do that for twenty minutes, so I settled for a Sprite since they don't serve Doctor Pepper because I don't feel like having alcoholic drinks. The server was sweet and the cutie cleaning tables was adorable and seemed to be the only life in the building. Wasn't even worth my time of day.
The service was okay. The bruschetta bread was cold. The meatballs were no doubt frozen and my panini was room temperature. I’ve had better Italian at Fazolis.
The waitress was very nice and the root beer was carbonated just right. That said, the food was that of a high school cafeteria. I was not impressed with the Chicken Marsala AT ALL, and my dining companion was not pleased with her dish either (chicken Alfredo). Now I am not a picky or critical eater, but the quality of food is not in keeping with a $20 plate. It would be worth it to spend 50% at other nearby Italian restaurants for more quality dishes. As displeased as I was, I was nothing but kind to my waitress and did not express my displeasure to her. I tipped her 35%. The food isn't the waitresses fault folks, remember that!
The real reason I only give this place a 2 is because, my husband and I got there before it was packed only a few other people in there. It took an hour to get a sirloin steak salad, med rare, and a crafted cheeseburger. We also ordered dessert, but canceled after we sat there and no one brought it out after our meals. I just paid, took the dessert off....
If blah and mediocrity were an art form, this place would rival Picasso. You won’t spit it out, but you will never recommend it either. For the price ($65 for a meatball sandwich, chicken Parmesan and a couple draft beers) I would expect Italian food that isn’t blah and dry. The service reflected the food quality. There isn’t anything to insult, yet nothing to brag about.
Honestly, the food wasn't that good for me. It was extremely greasy pasta. The waitress was very nice but extremely slow. I asked for a cup of water and I didn't receive it until the food came. They claim to be fresh but my pasta wasn't hot when I received it leading me to believe it was left there waiting or just heated up in a microwave.
Watch out for the servers!! we have eaten here a few times and the food has always been fine, but after the visit today we won't be going back, the service was bad, we had no bread offered, not even salt and pepper on the table, no drinks were refilled and then the server tries to add a 18% service charge to our check, NO CHANCE WHAT SO EVER!! absolutely disgraceful, there was only 3 of us and the service was crap so she was lucky i even left a tip so stick your 18% right where the sun doesn't shine. If you eat here watch out for that SCAM....
Started out good with prompt seating. Food was so hot , burnt the roof of our mouths. They did not come back to check on us until 80% done with our food. Never asked if everything was okay. Never received any bread and when we asked if bread came with the meal, was told we had to ask for it. Well if this is your first visit, heads up ask for the bread. My question why give us bread plates if you are not going to bring it out automatically like other Italian restaurants normally do? ***The pasta was hard on the shrimp scampi dish. Another note never! sit near the kitchen. The lady kept yelling I need fries, I need a bucket of fries, salad dressing on the side.. So loud and repeated it over and over and over and over again. I am still hearing her yell this. We normally tip 20-25% but this waitress was lucky we tipped her at all. On another note the food portions are good as well as the pricing. Doubt we will ever return there because of the poor customer service 😕
Yikes! BACK AWAY FROM THE BUILDING. For such a massive place, we were one of the few people eating here. We arrived at 6:45 which is dinner time. They sat us quickly, however no one came over to us for a very long time. Very over priced for what you get. I ordered a house salad...it contained wilted arugula lettuce, 3 cucumber slices and 2 plum tomatoes!!! Yep that's it. The chicken inside of the Alfredo was described as "chewy" and several pieces got spit into a napkin by the person eating it. Wouldn't go back. So many wonderful Italian places in orlando. This isn't one of them.
Food was ok , service was terrible. It seems like they don’t care for colored people. The looks we got from staff was appalling. The tried to seat us next to bathroom and place was empty. ☹️ Please go somewhere else.
Came here on Valentine’s Day and got seated right away. Our waiter didn’t have much of a personality. Drinks came after bread and our appetizers even though they were ordered before and it was nothing special or hard to make (coke and wine). Our simple meals (Alfredo pasta and regular spaghetti) took SO long to get to us, with our waiter offering no reasons for why it was taking so long despite the place being basically empty. My boyfriend’s pasta was hard and the sauce was lukewarm. Overall “eh” food and terrible service. Not worth the money at all. Gordon Ramsey would not approve.
Food was bland and overcooked. Meat tasted very low quality. Had to send back two meals and finally gave up. Check came back wrong as well. Definitely do not recommend! McDonalds quality for Carrabba's prices.
Be aware of the "compulsory" tipping ! I am not sure if it is just me, or it is actually a common thing in this restaurant. Our waitress literally ASKED me to circle the 20% tipping when she gave me the bill, regardless the fact that she totally forgot that we asked for another drink. It's ridiculous, it is like a student asks a teacher to grade him 100 no matter how bad he does in the exam. Anyway, if you are the next customer, be aware of that.
Ordered a ribeye and potatoes, steak looked like it was boiled, not fried, not grilled or broiled but boiled, tan in color and bland. Potatoes were hard and dry. Very dissatisfied with the quality for the price. Never will I go back and I will not recommend this place
My fiancé and I live in Sanford and were very excited to try this restaurant last night around 830pm. I have a very severe gluten allergy to the point I cannot even kiss my fiancé if he eats gluten. I first asked if they had decaf hot tea and he couldn't answer me, just rushed me and said they have a basket of choices and would bring it over. I also explained about my allergy and asked what my options were. He made it seem like any sauce could go with the gluten free pasta, so I requested he ask about the Alfredo. My fiancé wanted the marinara meatball and also asked about those ingredients since meatballs can have breadcrumbs. The waiter did appear to talk to the kitchen, but when he came back (still without our drinks) he showed us what the pasta looked like and first said the Alfredo was not gluten free, but then changed his story when I asked what my sauce options were. He was very rude and seemed very annoyed with us. We ended up leaving because we did not want to take the risk. If this server did his job right the chef or manager could have been brought to the table to resolve which items were safe to eat. I will never go back to this restaurant again and advise anyone with an allergy to stay away since they do not take it seriously!
Great wait staff but not good food, chicken parm that looks like it came from the frozen dinner freezer. Over priced. Sorry for the bad review but this was a horrible experience.
Who ever have said the food is good, have never had Italian cuisine. Save your money you are better off with Olive Garden, food is microwave Italian food; so disappointed, first of all the extirior of the restaurant is an invitation to what my husband and I called a total Italian fraud, I had a fettuccini alfredo with grill chicken, it literally tasted like can alfredo and grill artificial chicken from a bag,in top it was cold, server took it back to get me a new plate it was still cold and tasteless, had to ask for parmesan cheese to give it some flavor because there was no parmesan cheese any where to be found, no bread, no salad, alfredo sause was watered, forget about creamy home style alfredo sause. Honestly its the worst Italian food I have ever had. MY advise is DON'T, I quickly understood why this place was so empty. A good experience we had was the server, she was kind and try to get me a different plate, but I was just so upset and disappointed I did not want try nothing else.
Food was under seasoned (caprise) sandwich and my side salad was juat lettuce with a ton of dressing dumped on it. It took over 30 minutes to get our sandwiches after ordering. Tourist restaurant that doesn't care about return customers, don't bother.
So It’s Valentine’s Day and I say to myself “Hmm Italian sounds perfect” so I take my girlfriend to Vinito’s in the Premium outlets...NEVER AGAIN. We waited LITERALLY 30 minutes for our FOOD! Service was slow and our waiter David didn’t even ask us if we wanted anything else. Also my Alfredo pasta was for some reason hard sorta like undercooked. Never again are we coming here.
Value for money very poor. Food was not fresh and not tasty at all! Waiter who served us did nothing to justify the tip of 18% that was taken automatically from our bill! Not recommended
Went here for lunch around 230pm, party of 2… we were seated right away but no one came over to wait on us for 20+ minutes. There were several people at the bar and no bartender as well as 3 other tables around us who were also waiting to have their drink order taken. The table next to us tried to get up and look around for someone to notify them we had all been waiting for service and there was no staff to be found , they were in other parts of the restaurant and in the kitchen. The final straw was the table across from us complaining about how their food tasted and the manager wasn’t very understanding and gave them a hard time. We ended up walking out as well as some of the other tables near us because waiting nearly a half hour to have a drink order taken is unacceptable. If you are short staffed you shouldn’t be seating customers and instead notify them there is a wait.
My 1st time ordering there and will be my LAST !! Ordered a burger with no mushrooms no pickles ect.. went to pick it up no one can find my order.. when the waitress came back brought me a burger with cold fries. Seems the food was just sitting there from a previous order. The manager went and got “fresh fries”. And put it in the bag. I didn’t want to argue so I took the food and left. When I open it the burger is full of everything I ask not to be in it and I found HAIR IN THE FOOD TOO !! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 NEVER AGAIN !!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !!! And I work in the outlets. Rather go to the food court !!!
I didn't even get my food cause the service was so awful we had to leave. I am a cafe owner and know what customer service is about. I could hear the server talking about me to a hostess and when I confronted her and her boss, she acted like I was crazy. And the manager only said "sorry you feel that way". I don't think I've ever been so disrespected in a restaurant before. Stay away from this place. They don't care about anyone. And they definitely don't care about making money.
We dined here tonight 9/12/2020 food was burnt order messed up charged $34 for rib eye with French fries no soup no salad waitress slow. Top that off we split bill two and three and she added in an 18% tip on both bills. Food came from kitchen piece meal I had sandwich with salad. Sandwich made wrong and only got salad then when sandwich came it was horrible. Will never go here again. Need to warn customers of the add on of 28% tip before you serve them. Whole family felt cheered by this place
Never been before tonight, never going back. The WORST service I ever experienced in the USA. My family got here to visit me for the first time and the so called “manager” was SOOO mad (no one knows why) and treating us really badly for no reason at all. We ordered drinks and left, never had the dinner we came here to have. When asked not to pay for service she said she couldn’t take it out of the check because it was “automatic”. Payed her 5 dollars to be rude to us! Never ever again. When the manager is the rudest person in the place, what’s left for the rest?
I called in an order for pick up for a burger that was $ 8.79 after discount. I signed the receipt for $ 8.79 but was charged $13.79. This is very minor I understand but it is wrong to give yourself a $5 tip without my consent. I went through the other reviews and it seems they’re giving themselves tips based on what they feel. I don’t think a $5 tip is needed on an $8 check that I picked up I didn’t even have table service🙄 Be weary and keep all your receipts from this place!
The worst “Italian restaurant” experiences of my life. I’ve given this place a try numerous times, as I work near them, but I am always disappointed. Any time I’ve placed an order the older sounding lady who answers the phone is extremely disrespectful and condescending. I’ve tried different menu items and they’re just plain awful. The margarita pizza did not have fresh mozzarella or basil, the burger I’ve ordered twice was always way over cooked and dry and never included the toppings I asked for. Mozzarella sticks tasted freezer burnt. Nothing on their menu seems to be authentically made. The final straw has got to be when I placed an order, confirmed my total and pick up time, and when I got there the order was never placed and when I expressed being upset as I only had a short lunch break they did not give a single care.
Waiter (introduced himself as Jesus, not sure if it was his real name) included two items in the check that never arrived to our table, which added more than 20 dollars extra. When we mentioned it to him, he rapidly run inside to fix the problem. However, when he came back with the new check we noticed he had eliminated only one item, but he'd already taken our card! We told him when he got back with the receipt, and he said: 'you know what: I'm gonna pay you back myself. Those guys there (pointed at the cashier) don't know what they're doing'. He took a bunch of one-dollar bills from his wallet and counted them one by one, very loudly, right in front of us. It was very embarrassing, people were watching from the other tables. Besides, we also noticed he had charged the highest tip recommended (20%) without even asking. My mother in law was inviting us lunch, she doesn't speak English, and my feeling is this guy was trying to take advantage of it. My wife asked me not to make a scene and not to make her mother feel bad, so we just left, and I'm sure this waiter thought we were a group of gullible idiots. Horrible.
Service was horrible! Sat at the bar to have lunch while shopping, it took 20 minutes to even order a drink another 10 to receive it! My friend ordered a mimosa and the bartender made it frozen?! (Who does that if it’s not requested? She canceled that)The bartender looked lost the whole time. Expected to eat but instead my friend only ordered a soup and I nothing. I went to smoke after she ordered and came back and she said he hasn’t even put the soup in as he was frantically making servers drinks(wasn’t busy). Got the soup and wasn’t hot. I’m in the industry and know the times right now and am extremely patient but was not happy with yesterday’s visit. Left 15% still to come home and find out my card was charged gratuity as well! (Finding this out by other patrons reviews). Not cool
Service was decent but it was a loud environment. We were so excited for good Italian food and this was anything but that. We both had the lasagna and it literally tasted like stoffers from the box. The rolls were hard and just very disappointed. Not to mention the parking nightmare. Stay away if you want good Italian food.
