I mean it’s jersey Mikes what are we expecting here? The service at this particular location is extremely slow. They’re VERY busy during lunch and dinner time. You won’t get your food for at least 30mins if go order online/mobile app. It’s usually kinda dirty inside. Stuff on the floor. Tables usually not cleaned etc. But again what are we all expecting here? It’s a fast food sub place. You get what you’re expecting it’s nothing special or amazing. I mean I’d go here for a quick bite. Enjoy your sandwich!

Jersey Mikes is consistent, if you truly want a Sub Above the other chains. For much better sandwhiches that are usually less expensive, with larger portions, find a local deli. They may not ask you "Mike's Way", however, their quality is much better and usually family owned.

Food is great, and they are working here, but this place seems like 90% of their business are to-go orders. Last two times I've walked in, 15-20 to-go subs were being prepped while I was the next person to order. Just seems weird and you spend more time in here than it seems you should; four people in the store and takes 20 minutes.

I am actually shocked at how rude the staff here was. I asked for mikes way with mayo and “spread” the guy rolled his eye put mayo on the bread and said “that’s all”? To which I say “ Can I also have spread please.” He says, “SPREAD?! What’s that?” And rolls his eyes to which I say “oh sorry I meant relish. Can Ihave it on the bread please. He closes the sandwich and rolls his eyes. To which I say “can I just have a side please.” The guy rolls his eyes AGAIN and completely ignores me. Tells the person behind me to pay first even though his sandwich wasn’t done. Suchhhhh a weird experience. I was totally kind and idk what happened but this guy was NOT having it. So unprofessional.

This is the third time we have ordered via delivery with issues at the Victoria Ave location. The second time I didn't get pickles on my sandwich. The second time we didn't get out chips! Before we got the wrong sandwich all together. The person I spoke with this time, yes, I was pissed, said sending son to get chips and side of pickles. And I wanted a refund. She said yes. Then when my son got there they only gave him a receipt for refund of chips. Would not give him the general managers card or name. Love the food, just not the employees!

This experience was 6+ months ago. The girl working the cashier was handling money and then immediately after started putting the toppings (lettuce, onion, tomato, etc.) on the sandwiches without changing her gloves. She did this to multiple people including myself. I was the only one that asked to have my sandwiches remade though by a different worker in the back. Make sure the workers change gloves especially if they're handling cash and coins. Stay safe y'all 🤯🤯🥪🥪🥪

Ordered food online. Requested no mayo and seems like they added extra mayo on my giant. Also messed up and added vinegar to my other sandwich. Sent an email regarding the issue and got no feedback it’s been over a month. Extremely unprofessional on their end for failing to respond.

Needlessly slow service. Looks like the sloths in Zootopia in there. On multiple separate occasions, we’ve waited for the entire line to order before being told they were out of key ingredients (like bread). They’ve also been known to ask what toppings I want, and add the wrong ones even when I clearly stated just one topping. Regardless of the service, they have great subs. Tldr: great food, consistently poor staff

We ordered the veggie sub which is cheese and green peppers and they told us in the end when we asked about them that they didn’t have green peppers. We had to point out they didn’t put the green peppers on it seems like they weren’t going to tell us and just make it a cheese sandwich.

Really can’t order online? Okay so I go in and seriously no bread!? You’re a sandwich shop! Close then if you are out of bread! Crazy!

✨DON’T COME to this location if you want to have an easy in-and-out experience, you might spend an unnecessarily long time.✨ I usually don’t do rating but I think this is necessary, I come to this location but after this experience I think I am going to spend my money in another location. I went in today(12/27/24) at about 6:30 pm. I put my order in for 3 regular and 1 giant sandwhiches and the guy making the sandwich seemed like he was over it, I asked him multiple times to make my sandwiches the mikes way but he seemed to ignored me and kept asking me if I wanted each individual item on my sandwich. I could see why people are saying they are incapable of effectively making multiple sandwiches and take forever to make one. I asked for the vinaigrette, oil and the herb (the mikes way) but he just so wanted me to know the correct names for each items “do you mean the vinegar and the oregano” this wouldn’t have been an issue if he would have just followed simple instructions from the beginning. Never has this been an issue in another location.

The total price of 2 subs, one large and one mini was $33. Please pay attention to people’s orders. Especially when they pay extra for something and expect it to be on the sandwich. Do better please

Once again jersey mike’s at this location not only drops but fumbles the ball and just stares at it. I have been getting their hot subs lately because unless you are there in person they are known to screw up making a cold/ room temperature sandwich to get the food out so forget online ordering. They once again put jalapenos on a sub when it said on the order no jalapenos. Is it really that tough? A dark-haired girl with a ponytail said that if it said it we do that here. I should’ve got her name and put that on this review site. I won’t get a response from the owner, he likes to fall back on the website and then ghost his customers, typical. I thought that with new staff it would get better but there is always one employee that has bad habits and shortcuts that teaches others the same thing. I think management encourages it or the owner does to save money.🤷🏼‍♂️
