Out of all the McDonald’s I go to this one is the worse. I left out newborn doctor appointment at 1020 and did a noble pick up order for breakfast and the app let me order and took payment. Now the line here always take forever and this time is the same. I get there at 1030 don’t get to the window till 1045 and they say breakfast is over. I tell them I have a mobile order that was approved and they said sorry it’s over. I ask for a manager no one there so it’s just a bunch of highscool kids working. Now I ask for a refund and they say yes do it thru the app. I go to the app and now the order gone so how do I get my refund??? No food they take my money and horrible service. Do not go to this store go over to Oxnard blvd or I’ll wait till I’m in Ventura to eat here from now on. Also side note they out of Grinch meals 2 days after they came out so if you want that go somewhere else

Most of the time there speaker in the drive true doesn’t work and to get the food takes for ever like they really take there time or no personal to cover the store worse McDonald’s ever!! And always messing up the orders. I would rate this 0 stars

What horrible McDonald's everything was undercooked . Trash cans were overflowed . Even had fruit flies . But McDonald has no fruit just bagged rotten apple slices. Oh I joke myself funny funny

I ordered 2 sausage McMuffins and they charged me for 2 sausage McMuffins with eggs that ended up being cold anyways. If I wanted eggs I would have said so. Your guy’s eggs are gross. Also they are charging for jelly packets now, which is crazy. I barely even go to McDonald’s you guys just keep giving me reasons to not go back. I’ll just stick to other restaurants

Took over 20 minutes for 1 Mc Chicken... and I still had to walk inside for it after I ordered it on the mobile app... I gotta say, that's the smallest McDonald's I've ever seen... similar to a very tight In & Out lol. Definitely won't be going back there again.

Waited to order, the girl was saying to use the kiosks. We said one kiosk was frozen and the other said it was closed. She said no both were working. Got pissed off when she had to go fix them. Horrible location.

The whole place was dirty. The bathrooms were disguising and they did not have soap. I told one of the employees that there was no soap in the bathroom. I then asked her that if there was no soap in the bathrooms how were they washing their hands when they use the bathroom and before they go back to work preparing food. I then looked for the hand sanitizer and all the dispensers were empty. I ended up throwing my food away because I didn’t want to get sick. This place should have a health inspection.

Stopped at McDonald’s for breakfast tried to order. The girl told me to go to the kiosk. The next people come in she took their order. They want to make more than $20 an hour and not have to do anything. How can they take the people right behind me take their order, but tell me that I have to use the kiosk. I will be emailing McDonald’s corporate because every time I’ve been to this particular place they’ve been a problem the last time I was here they tried to keep my change which was $.88 then told me they didn’t have change these people at this place are crooks.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The line for drive through was around the corner and I sat for 10 minutes waiting in line, not moving. Finally gave up and went inside since I don't have time to sit for half an hour waiting for what should be 5 minute burger amd fries. Once inside, you cannot order at the main window. Seriously. Both registers are closed and there's a giant piece of cardboard blocking the menu and ordering area. You can only use a kiosk. This was so incredibly frustrating for the elderly patrons who came iin and were forced to use it. It was painful watching them struggle. There was one person who helped when she had time, but the place was severely understaffed and the experience I had here was absolutely awful. I will never come back here again.

I’m never coming back to this location. I went to McDonald’s yesterday, during the day around 2 pm and the girl who was giving me my food is always rushing me to get my stuff. I accidentally dropped the bag of food on the floor… the girl didn’t even apologized & kept ignoring me. Nonetheless to say, she had forgotten my coke. NOPE! Never coming back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

There was a piece of plastic in my kids hamburger. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning this is extremely concerning. I was almost done eating my burger and now I’m afraid I might have swallowed plastic too I can’t eat the rest of this Big Mac anymore extremely dissatisfied. Who’s managing this place ???

FRIES TASTED BAD AND OILY. Ive been to different Mcdonald's and never had a complain. However this one in particular I've been twice in different dates and it's still happening. The fries tastes like the oil has been lying there for months. Burgers and drinks were ok but the fries make the place look like the hygiene is lacking. Employee was bared hands placing music speaker and then just washed hands after peeking if someone was watching, which was me through the drive through window. I dont expect perfect fancy food, but a decent one. Worst 20 dls spent.
