They charge $1.09 for a CUP OF WATER!! Unheard of. Starbucks locations are cleaner, better coffee, never charge for water and offer free coffee refills. Absolutely no reason to visit Dunkin again.

Bad service, I got there with my siblings and the two people working there ignored us like we were not there. Various customers came after us and they were seen. I asked if were being ignored and the guy making the coffee just looked us and not acknowledge us.

Review for Dunkin’ – 9405 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417 I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I asked to swap coffee for tea in their meal deal — something I’ve done many times at other Dunkin’ stores without any issue. However, the employee named Kastro refused to accommodate me, stating that “it’s not in the menu.” I explained that I can’t drink coffee due to stomach issues, but he showed zero empathy or interest in helping. His attitude felt rigid and unwelcoming. I’ve always appreciated the flexibility at other Dunkin’ locations, but here I was treated like a problem rather than a customer. Not coming back. They need to hire people that speak English here. Came here to get ice cream, I didn't know there was "2 scoop limit" I wanted to try the flavors before buying anything. First, I had to repeat my self like 3 times for him to understand any English and when I asked for a last sample he refused. LET A GIRL GET HER ICECREAM.

No seriously! This is one of the dirtiest Dunkin Donuts locations ever. It’s like they don’t bother to keep up the place. You don’t see as much homeless people dwelling around the shop. However visually this location is still DISGUSTING. Dirty walls, wet mushy garbage in the front, floors filthy. They don’t get inspections?

I just got a few things from this Dunkin. The donut was wet and mushy. They changed it for me and the second one was even worse. My coffee was so terrible. Never had this bad of a coffee. Had to throw everything in the trash. I will never go to this dunking ever again. Poor service too.

I order from uber eats for a delivery order and I had received nothing I had ordered and only receive 2 water bottles which where I was confused because on the receipt of the order it shows my order. This Dunkin does not take orders professionally never order this dunkin. Whoever is on clock needs to be fired!!!!!

I ordered a medium hot chocolate from them. It was not filled like most dunkin would have them. I didn’t even touch it because I’m disappointed. I paid for this and it was not made properly.

I went here to purchase a few dozen doughnuts and saw that they had 2 bacon, eggs and cheese on a croissant for $5. So I bought two for lunch. When I opened it at lunch time, the bacon was RAW. Like it was never cooked. I took it off and thought maybe they were in a hurry when getting my order together. So I went again 2 days later and ordered the same thing. BIG MISTAKE. The bacon was raw once again. It's so raw like it never touched a fryer. I have attached pictures of the disgusting bacon in my sandwich. No wonder it took 5 quick minutes for my order to be ready. Never again. Both of my sandwiches bacon looked like this.
