The driver who brought our pizza was fast and efficient. Very well versed in customer service and friendly. The driver definitely went the extra mile to ensure our pizza was delivered to us on time and followed the instructions given to be able and deliver our food in a quickly manner. Definitely shows how much heart and soul she puts in her job. Top notch A++ experience will be ordering again.

I hadn't had Pizza Hut in a while because my wife is not big on pizza. I was floored by the folks at the store. The pizza was perfect. Best in a long long time. I always like Pizza Hut and I just eat Stuff Crust Pepperoni and it was above and beyond this time. Keep up the great work you guys.

The staff was very polite. My order was completed and ready for pick up in 15 minutes, which is what the app had said. I ordered double toppings and this pizza hut gave me exactly what I asked for. Great tasting pizza.

When I requested curbside service they said it stopped at 7 p.m. But I told them I am disabled they brought it to my car anyways. Much appreciated. On another note one of the delivery drivers parked in the disabled parking and did not have a plaque or plates. Otherwise the pizza was great as always. Thank you.

I'm not a mass production type of pizza lover, and although it needs a bit more depth of flavor, I was surprised at how satisfying their thin crust with pepperoni and sausage is! Doesn't compare to artisan, obviously, but that isn't available in this immediate area. So, when in Pac-Town and you don't want to wait for GrubHub this pizza will do just fiiiiineeee!

Pizza was good, they just usually forget to add sauces. Also, their wing flavors have changed and they only offer buffalo or mild

Good pizzas, fresh and tasty. It took some time for the pizzas to arrive at our table but what arrived was fresh and good. Recommended.

Service provided was great, but my pizza was not the greatest. it was very oily and did not taste as great as it usually does.

Friendly workers. Their pizza is always super cheesy. Fresh ingredients. Way better than other locations.

Came here with a coupon that clearly stated was still valid. The man who took my order tried everything in his power to not honor the coupon but he ended up still taking it.

No one in there but me got home my order was wrong hope things get better next year

Pizza hut is one of my favorite pizzas. Having said that, I think that unless there is a deal going it is generally over priced. My last trip I discovered much to my dismay that they don't give out the little packets of Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes any longer, now you have to buy little containers for .99 cents a piece, which is rediculous considering you may have just spent $40.00 on two stuffed crust single topping pizzas. The bean counters strike again, in thier penny wise and pound foolish ways. Imagine going into a sit-down restaurant and having them tell you that you had to pay extra for condiments to go with your $40.00 meal and on top of that there is a surcharge to cover the cost of doing business in California. Really!! they actually have a fee for that, it is even on the website. As for me, I will just go elsewhere for Pizza it's not like there is a shortage of good Pizza place places, since it doesn't require a ton of skills to make a decent Pizza.

The food was not as good as it usually is. there was barely any sauce on the pizza and it seemed to be cold on arrival. We were definitely underwhelmed this time...

Below poor service! .placed order on line, waited 1:50 minutes, their excused did not notice my order & run out of doug. Never again.

The pizza was a stuff crust pizza. The whole point is to be able to taste the cheese in the crust. This one lack that. It taste like hand tossed pizza. Not good at all

They gave us one of the pizza wrong we ordered a pizza with chicken and Buffalo sauce and they gave us a pizza with chicken and BBQ sauce. Had to throw it away I hate BBQ sauce.

The lady took 20 min to get my order down and we waited for the food to get here. After about an hour I called to see how long they were going to take and they said my number was not in the system and that I never ordered.

Awful service, and they do a terrible job making your pizza. The one on Glenoaks is far better.

I just ordered this and I mean the picture speaks for itself.. I am very disappointed and the delivery driver was so freaking rude. I guess I'll order from a different location from now on or just take my business to another company. Speechless.

Well I feel I should be getting a refund. I received the smallest wings ever with no flavor. I ordered 8 wings and only received about 5, yes I have pictures. The crust looked so bad that no one in my family ate it. And yes, I have pictures of that too. Its like it was someone's first time making a pizza. I ordered the Original Pan but it was not fluffy at all, super thin

Terrible online order system. No reasonable mechanism for support. No phone numbers for customer service. If food doesn’t arrive the stores send you back to the website instead of helping. Not worth the effort or risk when things like Grubhub and Dominoes exist.

I ordered 2 pizzas on May 1 2021 and the stuff crust taste weird and very rubbery. Also a thin crust the crust was crispy but the rest was hard and chewy. I notice the pizza dough is very different from a couple of weeks ago. I’m a regular customer but I’m never eating here as long you have that horrible dough recipe.

Horrible experience! Manager was out of line of how she spoke to me. I will never go back and will tell others of this place. The employees were very polite, but the night manager was very rude. I write this so that none else gets treated like me. All humans need to be respected and treated good. I hope she gets some training in customer service.

spoke to a manager at store number 026185 on 5/17/2017 at 10:42 am named Emerson very rude and poor customer service. i called in because the address for my business doesn't seem to show up on your website. i tried to order the $7.99 two topping large pizza deal and was told i have to spend at minimum $10.00 in order to even get delivery he was extremely rude disrespectful i explained to him that i tried to order online and it wouldn't allow it. there was no resolution to the problem i am a business owner myself and would never false advertise or allow an employee representing my business to treat a customer in such a way please retrain staff and i do plan on contacting consumer affairs and all proper individuals regarding the false advertising
