We went to Kaiser Grill to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. For some reason, our reservation had been canceled, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and still managed to make space for us on such a busy night. That truly meant a lot and speaks highly of their customer service. The restaurant was beautifully decorated elegant, romantic, and perfect for a special occasion. My wife and I were able to relax, talk about our future plans and travels, and truly enjoy a meaningful evening together. Our friend Chef Juan made the experience even more special. He surprised us with two appetizers Medjool Dates and Calamari Steak Strips and they were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. For dinner, we ordered a Ribeye and a Filet Mignon, and the doneness was exactly how we requested. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. To make the evening even more memorable, Chef Juan surprised us again by sending out Lobster tails alongside our Steaks and they were absolutely delicious. An incredible touch that elevated the entire experience. To finish the night, we enjoyed tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert both were spectacular and the perfect ending to a perfect evening. Great service, outstanding food, and a beautiful atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back.
Dinner last night at Kaiser Grill was excellent. Our server, Danny, recommended the Tomahawk Steak, and it absolutely lives up to the hype, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. What a great night! Looking forward to our next visit.
I am from out of town and my sister graciously took me to your restaurant last night for dinner .It was wonderful. I especially love the service of your hostess ( she was such a she was such a beautiful, kind person) and your waitstaff all had smiling faces and were all top notch -so attentive to all our wants and needs. Our dining experience was fabulous! Delicious food and service! We couldn’t have asked for more.
Kaiser Grill in the heart of Palm Springs is an absolute must. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The meal was beyond delicious every bite was packed with flavor, and the steaks were unbelievably tender and cooked to perfection. You can truly taste the quality and care that goes into the food. On top of that, the service made the night even better. The bartender was amazing, crafting great drinks and setting the tone for a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our server was equally fantastic attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. This place nails it with exceptional food, top-tier service, and a great vibe. Can’t wait to come back!
My brother and I had a Wonderful experience at Kaiser Grille in Palm Springs! We started with the calamari steak strips—delicious right from the start. The lobster bisque was rich and full of flavor, and the Moroccan beef short ribs were unbelievably tender—no steak knife needed. The whipped mashed potatoes with Brussels sprouts were fluffy and amazing. For dessert, the Lemon Mascarpone cheesecake was hands down the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Absolutely outstanding. Our cute little waitress Jen, was friendly, attentive, and gave excellent meal suggestions that made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
Went ro Kaiser Grille for New Year’s Eve!! The food was excellent. I had a rack of lamb that was cooked to perfection. The service just added to the experience. Our server Danny, gave excellent suggestions, and was beyond attentive while the restaurant was filled. This is a must dine while in Palm Springs!
Okay, seriously, Kaiser Grille in Palm Springs? You have to go. The food was just incredible – like, every single bite. So relaxed and welcoming, a really great place to just chill and enjoy your meal and people watch .Honestly, the service was top-notch too. We even had the pleasure of meeting Michael, the manager, who was just fantastic. He really went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. Seriously, if you're in Palm Springs you gotta try this place out . You’ll thank me later . Kaiser Grille gets a huge thumbs up from me – definitely check it out!"
This is a great spot. The food was really good I would recommend getting the porterhouse. The service was great. She really took care of us. I tried the old fashioned it was really good. Highly recommend trying the tiramisu that also was very good. People around us seemed really happy to be there also.
Happened to walk by and checked out the menu. Decided to stop in. Front desk host told us we needed a reservation and they are not taking any at this time. Stepped outside and made a reservation via OpenTable for 3 minutes later! What the heck is that! That was a huge turn-off. The host could have just told us that was an option. We decided to try it out anyway. I am so glad we did! Our server, Cameron, was great! The food was amazing. Porterhouse and filet were made to perfection. The porter house may be the best we have eaten. The mac and cheese side was also flavorful and delicious. We had French onion soup, calamari and the Kaiser Grille salad as our apps. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo on the kids menu was delicious. Lastly, the chicken breast dish was juicy and flavorful. Highly recommend Kaiser Grille!
Great place! We went on a Sunday late, and they were soooo accommodating without a reservation. We were a large group of 8. Staff was so friendly and very attentive. Drinks galore!!! You have lots to choose from! The Elvis was sweet and pink!! All the drinks were so good. They have a full bar and able to make almost anything!! They have a nice option they used for restaurant week and kept! You get an appetizer, entree, (upgraded entree options, and a dessert for a fair price! They have so much to choose from and it was all delicious. Good steak- made well! Better then Mr. Lyons steaks. Crème brulee was so yummy! They have a trio with three different flavor options! The traditional, strawberry and a blueberry options.
Love the ambiance here! We sat outside next to the fire pit with our party and took in the liveliness of Palm Springs at night. Steak was served to perfection. Drinks were refreshing and paired well with our dinner. Our waitress was attentive, personable, and on top of it. This place definitely met my expectations and more.
Great experience here. Their patio setting is beautiful and the food and service was A1. Highly recommended.

Our group ordered off their sunset menu this time. Entree price includes soup and salad choices. The pasta choices were excellent but I was disappointed in the pork ribs. They were dry and not what I expected. Meanwhile, the service was excellent. This is a place that fell off our radar for several years. We recently went back to try their wood fired pizzas. They are awesome. They have several options to choose from or you can select your own toppings if you want to customize yours. They are large enough for two people to share unless you are starving, then you might also want to split the beet salad. Today was our second time back and we tried the sandwiches. I had the Ruben and hubby had the tuna melt. Both were excellent. The Ruben had a ton of corned beef. If I ordered it again, I would ask for a side of the Russian or Thousand Island dressing. ( I like lots of dressing). This is also a fun restaurant to sit outside and watch the people pass by.
We stopped in at Kaiser Grille with high hopes, and while the presentation was fantastic, the food overall was just OK. The filet mignon, while nicely plated, felt overpriced for the quality, and the ribs were unfortunately dry and overcooked. Again, beautiful plating — but flavor and texture didn’t match the price tag. The charcuterie board was definitely the highlight. It’s generous on meats and beautifully arranged — definitely the move if you’re coming here. That said, it came with only three small chips/pieces of bread, which didn’t feel like enough to balance the board. More bread or crackers would’ve made it perfect. The ambiance leans toward upscale, but I wouldn’t call this fine dining — it’s more like Earls at twice the price. Still, touches like the manager or owner coming by the table to check in gave it a warm, old-school hospitality feel that I really appreciated. Overall: great location, strong presentation, and some standout elements (like the charcuterie), but not quite worth the price for the food quality. I’d return for a drink and charcuterie on the patio, but not for a full dinner.
The calamari and bacon wrapped date appetizers were excellent. For my main course the spinach risotto was also outstanding however my scallops were alight undercooked. Scallops are tricky but for the prices you certainly expect near perfection and while they were edible the middle simply needed more time, perhaps 15 to 30 seconds per side. My wife loved the braised short ribs. Falling apart tender and tasty. Cocktails were delicious. Worth a visit but also tons of options close to Kaiser so for me, the issue with the scallops makes a second visit here improbable but not impossible. Service was stellar and the atmosphere, cozy AND open, very nice.
Wanted a salad for lunch and just happened to be by Kaiser Grill. Gave it a try and was very satisfied. The Asian Chicken salad was very tasty, loaded with chicken and lots of veggies. It was very hearty for a salad. Companion had the chicken Cesar that they liked also. Bit pricy for salads though. Service was exceptional! Nice patio in the middle of downtown with good views and people watching.
Thanksgiving dinner at Kaiser. First time here. Overall, it was nice. I don't think they were prepared for the massive crowd they received. The place is HUGE, seats at least 200 people. We had a 5pm reservation. We got there a few minutes early, were seated immediately. Angel our server was promptly at our table taking drink orders. He was very professional and had a positive attitude which is hard to do with the craziness all around him. My husband ordered one of the drink specials from the Thanksgiving menu, a pumpkin martini. It was gross and Angel even said that the bartender acknowledged it was not a very tasty drink. My husband told our server who promptly took it away and replaced it with another drink, no hassles. We placed our food orders, and the wait time began. Angel is our waiter and does not serve food beyond drinks, which is very typical in a big restaurant and during an event like this. They had runners doing the food service. The food service was slow, up to 20 minutes between courses. First, we got our soup. Both the Lobster bisque and the Roasted butternut squash soups were delicious. Next was our salads. We all ordered the same salad they had on the menu, which was a fresh green salad that was supposed to have green apple, walnuts, dates and goat cheese with a white champagne vinaigrette. Well, it was a huge salad of greens, 2 very small pieces of julienne of green apple, 4 walnut halves, no dates and no goat cheese in mine. My husband had half of a date and one small piece of cheese along with some walnuts and 1 piece of apple. The dressing was very tasty. Next was the main course. It was okay. The gravy was thin and a little salty, the mashed potatoes were dry and needed more butter in them. The mashed sweet potatoes were delicious, along with the corn casserole, green beans and glazed carrot were all delicious. The dressing was supposed to be a sage sausage sage dressing. No of us could taste any sausage in the dressing, it was very plain and average (stove top?) I liked the cranberry sauce, it was tangy, the rest of our part didn’t care for it. Next course, dessert. Two of us in our party ordered the Pecan Pie alamode. It did not say anywhere on the menu that it had chocolate chips in it. It was not what we wanted, as we both expected a very traditional pecan pie. My husband ordered the chocolate peppermint mouse cake, which he liked very much. Our other guest ordered the Lemon cheesecake and said it was average. Overall, they tried hard, and I think this was a learning lesson for their kitchen and staff on what to expect the next time they do an event like this. Was this worth the $94 dollar price tag for this dinner per person, NO! $65- 70 at tops. We plan on going back on a regular night to try their standard menu and give them a shot when they are not crazy busy.
First of all, a HUGE thank you to our host. He was incredible. They were so busy, I never had a chance to ask his name, but he was a legend. We had 12 people on a Thursday night, no reservation, and he got us in right away with 3 tables of 4 right by each other. Our waiter wasn't that attentive, He was busy, but we could tell he just wasn't into working that night. Food was very good. By the looks of it, the pizza is the best bang for your buck. We were pretty high maintenance because we were at a conference and we all needed separate checks and I get that that can be a pain, but when you so close to a convention center, that's what's going to happen. Everyone was happy with their meals and we left very satisfied. They have food that is high and really expensive to midrange less expensive with a variety of styles of food. I would recommend coming here.

Fine dining in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Google lists average cost at $50-100. They advertise on the menu "800° almond-wood fired oven" pizza. I ordered the Marguerita pizza which had fresh chopped basil which added to the taste. I hadn't eaten since breakfast so I was pretty hungry. That crust should have been crispy. However, as you can see in my video, the pizza crust was so soggy, I wasn't able to pick up a slice so I needed to use a knife and fork. This can NOT be the product of wood firing at a high temperature!🫤
The happy hour menu looked great at first glance. Then we ordered and the only thing that was good was the wedge salad. The tuna on the menu was ok but the cone it came in had no flavor. The Chicken Parmesan was the worst. No flavor and chicken was tough. The tempura vegetables had been over blanched and then deep fried so they were mushy. This is a great location and I think the Chef should check his self. I would not recommend until they get a new Chef.

The chalkboard outside says happy hour 3 to 6. There are three drinks listed below it. One of them is the Elvis pink Cadillac Margarita. We thought that would be so fun so we made sure to get there by happy hour. We ordered one along with a delicious Ahi cup. When we got the Bill, the margarita was $17. When we inquired with our server, she said that is not one of the happy hour drinks. We also told the hostess and neither one of them seemed to care that the advertisement which brought us in there was wrong. It is misrepresentation and happy hour false advertising. On the plus side, the restaurant is beautiful and the service was good.

Came here for what was supposed to be a very special dinner and it was an absolute let down. Had a table booked for 8PM. The host stand was in utter disarray. We checked in and waited for 20 minutes after our reservation time. I finally went back up and turns out they gave our table to someone else by mistake. They tried to cover it up but I overheard them arguing about it. Instead of getting us a table inside like I booked, they put us on the patio. While we were waiting for that we decided to get a couple glasses of wine at the bar. The bartender with the long beard and glasses was incredibly rude. He threw the glasses onto the bar, gave me the check and dismissed my party without a word. We noticed the same behavior towards other patrons at the bar. Terrible start to the evening. We finally got our table. No water, bread, or waiter for 30 minutes.... When our waiter finally showed, we kindly asked him to turn on the heater next to us. Never happened. Wine and bread both took another 20 minutes to come out. We had placed our entrees at the same time. Those took almost an HOUR to come out. It was ridiculous. Nobody came to follow up or refill our drinks. The chicken picatta was good but had the tiniest portion of whipped potatoes and only 3 scraggly pieces of arugula. The lobster ravioli's sauce was flat and watery. The lobster smelled way too fishy. Turns out it was bad and my guest got food poisoning later that night and threw it all up. Our waiter finally came around and never asked how the food was. Just asked if we wanted the check. Sanitation seemed suspect. My rule is -- if the bathroom is dirty, the kitchen is dirty. The mens bathroom was in total disarray and looked like it hadn't been serviced since opening. Urinal overflowing, toilet paper everywhere, soap dispensers empty. To quote their website "We live by the philosophy of ‘quality first.’ You deserve the best, and we promise a dining experience where every mouthwatering bite reflects our commitment to excellence." Where is that?! This restaurant absolutely did not live up to it's hype and I wish I had read the recent reviews instead of giving it a chance. One of the worst meals of my life.
I would strongly advise against visiting this place. I came here on Valentine’s Day with my daughter, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We specifically requested to sit inside when making our reservation, and we reiterated that request upon arrival. Yet, after waiting 20 minutes, we were still seated outside. The service was notably poor. We waited 10 minutes just for the waitress to come over with water. They had a special prefix menu for Valentine’s Day, but by the time we arrived, they had run out of nearly everything. We ended up ordering different items instead. Our drinks – a Coke and an espresso martini – took an astonishing 20 minutes to arrive, while we watched other tables get their drinks promptly. When our food finally arrived, my steak, which I ordered medium well, was served medium rare. I pointed this out to the waitress, and she took it back, only to return with it cooked well done. Throughout our visit, our waitress hardly checked on us; despite sitting there for two hours, she only came to our table three times, with two of those instances being when I called her over. It felt as though we weren't prioritized, and I can't help but feel that it might have been related to our skin color. Overall, I spent $300 for what turned out to be the worst service I've ever experienced. Will never go back.
Came for sunset dinner (4pm-6pm). Their website AND online menu says please be seated by 6 & order by 6:15. Go check their website for yourself. I called to confirm this information & they told me it was accurate. So both website, the online menu, & staff on the phone confirmed it - 3 sources. Yet when we got there, they tried to say Sunset menu is no longer available & wouldn’t give us a sunset menu. Their own staff don’t know their own rules. Also, the server took almost 15 minutes to engage us when we got there - so we were just sitting waiting. When finally served - the food was horrible. All the items we got tasted bad/weird & were too salty. I would never go back. On that same street, there are better dining options like Lulu’s or 4saints.
