I live near this location absolutely horrible inside is always a bad experience no assistance at counter unless your screaming at workers and your always at the counter because something is always wrong with almost every item ordered they do no offer free refills even though not having anything posted saying so and workers are as rude as can be i genuinely hate this location

Ordered thru the app 20 minutes before getting there. Once I get there still have to wait over 15 minutes. Service is horrible.they never have anybody in the front. By far the worst McDonald’s in the AV.

This McDonald's blows. Super long line at the drive thru so I go in to order at the kiosk. After 15 minutes they only hand one person their food inside. I then realize they're only serving the people in the drive through and not the people waiting inside. The workers ignore the people inside trying to ask questions. This just might be status quo for all McDonald's though.

I’d give them a -5 star if I could. I was just insulted and yelled at because a worker forgot to place nuggets in my bag. The young worker at the window yelled at me and refused to give us our nuggets. She refused to give me my large drink, (the sweet tea tasted burnt and disgusting and I requested another drink) and she refused to go and get a manager. She’d rather yelled back and forth at me; causing my children to be sad and confused. The assistant manager, Elijah, sided with the 2 young girls; even after seeing there was no nuggets in my bag. Eventually, they gave us the nuggets WE PAID FOR. The manager, Yada apologized, but it was way out of order. This McDonald’s needs to be shut down or needs new workers. I’m appalled, and quite frankly can’t wait to speak with the owners; as we have videos of the incidents.

This young girl just yelled at me and told me her coworker put nuggets in my bag. I had no nuggets in my bag. She threatened me and the managers sided with her. I have a video if the owners would like to see it. I will be putting it online for all to see if it’s not resolved pronto. My children are shaken up. All over a 4 piece nugget.

There are two windows in the drive through: One where you pay and one where you get your food. The girl in the first window refused to acknowledge we were there for so long that we drove to the next window out of confusion. Because of that, they told us to wait through the 15 minute long lunch-line again. I had to be back at work and didn’t get to have my lunch. If management is reading this, we were there on July 31st around 12:40pm. We are never coming back AND I will be reporting the incident to corporate.

FOOD POISONING... BEWARE ... I went through in the early am bought sausage and egg sandwiches for myself and co worker. When I got to where I was going I opened the bag and oh my God the smell of bad sausage was huge coming out of the bag. It stopped so bad there's no way you could not know that that's sausage was way past expired. There was other food in there no way was I going to need anything from that McDonald's so we all went without eating breakfast. I I'd opened up bag and sausage to make muffins. The COOK NEW IT WAS BAD SAUSAGE each sausage in the four sandwiches have been cut open to make sure it was cooked completely. When I took the food back the following day the so-called supervisor for manager was rude she wanted she said well it was only the sausage we didn't eat anything out of that stinky bag she would only refund me for the sausage and egg McMuffins nobody ate. Not and I'm sorry nothing for the inconvenience she refunded back for that sausage is only not the rest of the food we didn't need who could eat from there after that to not eating this place. She wasn't even surprised to cook cook bad sausage and cut it open to make sure it was good completely it reaped a bad bad sausage. DO NOT REST FOOD POISONING THE MANAGER DOES NOT CARE THAT THE BAD FOOD WAY PAST YOU

Oh, where do I begin with the fine dining experience that is the McDonald’s in Palmdale? Truly a masterclass in how not to run a fast-food joint. I don’t know if corporate just gave up on tracking drive-thru and curbside times or if this location is simply pioneering a bold new “wait forever and maybe get your food” strategy. Either way, bravo. Let me paint you a picture: you pull up expecting food in, say, a reasonable five minutes. Instead, you get to age gracefully in your car while someone inside debates whether making your order is worth the effort. And when the food does come? Don’t worry, you’ll definitely get a side of attitude with it. It's like they went out of their way to hire the most unbothered people on Earth folks who treat customer service like it’s a personal inconvenience. And remember that old “Over a billion served” slogan? Yeah, they must have hit their quota and decided they’re doing us a favor now. If you were hoping for warmth, efficiency, or even basic human decency, might I suggest... literally anywhere else? So unless you enjoy long waits, icy stares, and questioning all your life choices while parked under golden arches, maybe try a different location or a different century.

Ugh our son wanted another burger and we ended up here again. We decided to get a macchiato. Due to videos on how gross ice is we never get ice, usually it's about an inch or two below the top of the cup at every location today the container was half empty. Photo attached. We noticed a line on the cup(second photo with red circle) that I assume is the line it's supposed to be at but it was way below. I understand ice takes up space in a cup and I'm okay with getting less drink but half a cup that's not right. We've been to this McDonald's 2 days in a row. We were trying to buy a macchiato. The first day we were in line and they skipped us and chose the opposite car. There are two lanes at this one. When we were finally helped. We were told they didn't have the cream for the macchiato. The second day there were four people in the right hand lane and one in the left. There was a gentleman sitting on the left lane asking for money or food or something and that's why everybody went in the right lane. We decided to go on the left lane so we were the second car in line versus four other cars. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting for them to get us. They didn't get the right lane either. I turned around and noticed they had lost out on three cars and while we were sitting there another car pulled up and then drove away so they lost five cars worth of business. They ended up taking the other car before us even though we had been sitting at the speaker. I don't understand how they can get paid so much money to not be able to ever do a job properly. I just looked up a job. They're offering $20 an hour for a McDonald's team member.
