I don't go inside to eat or to pick up the food so I really couldn't tell you how it is inside or what the service is like but the food is always good and even tho it's bland and frozen, it's always good. They're also quick with it so that's another point

Avoid this McDonalds. They had one guy that was actually serving people (both inside and outside) and nobody else wanted to help him or the customers out. You can’t even order at the counter anymore. They are trying to cut all human contact, and you can’t sell things without customer service. I waited 20 min. Asking for a hot sauce packet. I just gave up and walked away. Also, the food was ice cold when I got it, and you can’t complain about it either because nobody wants to serve you. I don’t go to McDonalds very often, but this has certainly made me avoid it more.

I came as a door dasher and did not have a good experience. First i came and stood at the pick up section. I did my best to make eye contact to get their attention but not one of them addressed me, As if i was invisible. When i asked one of them to help me out, apparently the order did not show up in their system. However even after i showed them the item I needed they still kept me waiting for 20 more mins .

The Speed Of Service is NOT up to Par at this location! The food is usually good, But on 4 separate occasions I've waited at least 20- 30 mins for my order. Seem like the one's in my area are ALL going downhill. No one's paying attention to what is being ordered and I don't believe they care. Why have two lanes open to place orders and you're still slow? This McDonald’s has been extremely slow all 3 times that I’ve been there. The order number will say it’s ready but will take another 10 mins for the food to actually be handed out. Not an exaggeration. The floor is always dirty and today there was a cockroach inside. My kid stepped on it and told a worker but didn’t look like anyone was shocked or in a hurry to clean it up. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at this store. My entire order was cold and had clearly been sitting out for some time. I asked them to give me fresh fries and they just reheated the old ones, the same burned rubbery fry was in both. The cheese on my burgers wasn't melted at all so you could tell it went on a cold burger. I ended up throwing away the entire meal in fear of getting sick. Not exactly fast food. First time we visited I thought it was just a fluke with the drive thru, but now that we’ve been here a second time it’s pretty obvious that this place is wildly understaffed and has too small a kitchen. No one in line, but food still took 20 minutes.

Hands-down, the worst McDonald’s I have been to in many years and I don’t say that based on one visit, this location continually has slow inconsistent service the few times I’ve been here it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to make two happy meals. It seems like drive-through orders take precedence over everything else.. during this visit there were people coming from the drive-through to the dining room to get their order because the drive-through was taking too long. I don’t know how this particular location is so much different than the much busier location on Rancho Vista that seems to have even less staff yet manages to run well.

Worst McDonald's in Palmdale, which is kind of sad because it's the only one with a playplace. At least one of the kiosks are always broken, once you order your food, be prepared to wait a ridiculous amount of time. The employees look absolutely miserable, like they hate life. They will leave you waiting at counter, and walk past you. So don't expect to get a refill! I was sitting at the playplace area, one tall female employee, opened the door called out my number one time, as I was getting up, she didn't even bother to look, much less coke into the play place area, and immediately went back inside. I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes while my food sat there, was never acknowledged by any employee, until I had to say "excuse me" really loud. And my food was for here, they placked it to go.

This review doesn't have anything to do with the employees, it's regarding the astronomic prices, I ordered a large fries with other items, the fries cost me more than $6 and it wasn't even a large one I remember when they used to give you the fries in a red carton bag now they use the simple bag the used before for medium size they just printed large size on it. We all should boycott MacDonald this is crazy if we keep paying this prices they'll keep increasing them.

This location takes drive thru orders and displaces the cars to make more room in the drive thru when it is clear the kitchen can't handle the demand. This last time I visited there were 5 cars taken out of line and asked to park elsewhere. For whatever reason this made the food take forever to get out to us. If they are worried about hitting time goals in the drive thru and this is the reason they ask us to park elsewhere, I can kind of understand but this is not the solution. Maybe those guidelines are to make sure EVERYONE gets their food in a timely manner. When I finally got my food the fries were old and the frozen cola drink I ordered was only half filled. So glad all sizes cost the same because I definitely got maybe a medium when I requested a large.

I visited this restaurant two weeks ago with my family. In the play area, they left three stands that were supposedly used for tablets, but now they're unused and dangerously placed on the wall. My three-year-old daughter cut her face on one of those stands, and although I filled out a form explaining what happened and asking for something to be done to prevent other children from being injured, the staff never apologized, and they didn't even check on my daughter to see if it was serious. They simply said they would contact me via email, which never happened. The person serving us, in addition to bringing us the wrong food, was always unfriendly both before and after the incident. I've had great and happy experiences at many McDonald's restaurants across the country, but this is the first time I've visited one where everything ended up being so disappointing and frustrating.

Disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. I visited at 4:14 PM and waited until 5:00 PM to be helped. Despite having sufficient staff, the service was slow and inattentive. When I expressed my frustration, the manager didn't apologize or acknowledge the issue.

I’d give them a -5 star if I could. I was just insulted and yelled at because a worker forgot to place nuggets in my bag. The young worker at the window yelled at me and refused to give us our nuggets. She refused to give me my large drink, (the sweet tea tasted burnt and disgusting and I requested another drink) and she refused to go and get a manager. She’d rather yelled back and forth at me; causing my children to be sad and confused. The assistant manager, Elijah, sided with the 2 young girls; even after seeing there was no nuggets in my bag. Eventually, they gave us the nuggets WE PAID FOR. The manager, Yada apologized, but it was way out of order. This McDonald’s needs to be shut down or needs new workers. There are two windows in the drive through: One where you pay and one where you get your food. The girl in the first window refused to acknowledge we were there for so long that we drove to the next window out of confusion. Because of that, they told us to wait through the 15 minute long lunch-line again. I had to be back at work and didn’t get to have my lunch. Either way, bravo. Let me paint you a picture: you pull up expecting food in, say, a reasonable five minutes. Instead, you get to age gracefully in your car while someone inside debates whether making your order is worth the effort. And when the food does come? It's like they went out of their way to hire the most unbothered people on Earth folks who treat customer service like it’s a personal inconvenience. So unless you enjoy long waits, icy stares, and questioning all your life choices while parked under golden arches, maybe try a different location or a different century.

Doesn't matter how early ahead you place mobile order, it's never ready when you go pick up. Long wait time. Seems to cater more to drive thru than inside pick up. Little bit of food and poor quality food.

Ugh our son wanted another burger and we ended up here again. We decided to get a macchiato. Due to videos on how gross ice is we never get ice, usually it's about an inch or two below the top of the cup at every location today the container was half empty. Photo attached. We noticed a line on the cup(second photo with red circle) that I assume is the line it's supposed to be at but it was way below. I understand ice takes up space in a cup and I'm okay with getting less drink but half a cup that's not right. We've been to this McDonald's 2 days in a row. We were trying to buy a macchiato. The first day we were in line and they skipped us and chose the opposite car. There are two lanes at this one. When we were finally helped. We were told they didn't have the cream for the macchiato. The second day there were four people in the right hand lane and one in the left. There was a gentleman sitting on the left lane asking for money or food or something and that's why everybody went in the right lane. We decided to go on the left lane so we were the second car in line versus four other cars. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting for them to get us. They didn't get the right lane either. I turned around and noticed they had lost out on three cars and while we were sitting there another car pulled up and then drove away so they lost five cars worth of business. They ended up taking the other car before us even though we had been sitting at the speaker. I don't understand how they can get paid so much money to not be able to ever do a job properly. I just looked up a job. They're offering $20 an hour for a McDonald's team member.
