⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just arrived in Palmdale on a Sunday evening craving authentic Mexican cuisine, and Hacienda Mi Ranchito Bar & Grill hit the spot perfectly! The regular burrito and street tacos were absolutely awesome - perfectly seasoned and expertly prepared. My son went for the super burrito and the Billa taco, and he devoured every last bite with enthusiasm. You could tell from the freshness and flavors that this place takes pride in their food. If you're in Palmdale and looking for genuine Mexican food that doesn't disappoint, this is definitely the place to go. From what we sampled, you can't go wrong with their burritos or tacos. What we tried: - Regular burrito - Street tacos - Super burrito - Billa taco - Guacamole Everything was delicious and satisfied our Mexican food craving. Will definitely return next time we're in town!

Always seen this Mi ranchito off the Fwy decided to stop by got off by my self to get some food real fast Loved the Atmosphere and was greeted right away, Called my wife and her and my Son got off we had a very enjoyable time. great drinks and food I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!! I had lunch with a friend at Hacienda Mi Ranchito several weeks ago. Delicious food, outstanding service, excellent prices, and happy hour from 3-6:00pm, M-F. We are new to the Palmdale area and have been looking for a place that served great Mexican food, with real good drinks during Happy Hour.

Excellent food: We had the Al Pastor Burrito, the Consomme, Queso Tacos, and churros. All were excellent. Our server, Astrid, was great as well. We don’t live near here, but plan on stopping by again when we drive through here.

This place is consistently on point with their service, food, and vibe. Andres was our server on our last visit and he was exactly who you hope to get at every restaurant. The menu has plenty of options without being overwhelming. The restaurant is always clean. The food is flavorful and the portions are generous.

Had the Molcajete. It was delicious. Also have had their tacos and they were great also. Jason was my waiter and did a great job. I have a new friend.

The gentleman by the name of Jason was very polite and attentive peeson who was very attentive to all of my needs. He was very nice and I like when a businesses have polite employees. Because it is very hard to find restaurants with employees like this gentleman. I am glad that I stopped by and I will say that the service was excellent and the food was delicious. This was our second time coming here during our stay in Palmdale. Bartenders Daniel and Emilio are also incredible! Emilio made me a drink in a special skull glass, which I totally loved!!! I appreciated that! We will be back again for breakfast next time... gotta try their bananas foster pancakes! ~Les apreciamos~

I ordered the Guacamole y Chicharonnes with the Molcajete. The chicharonnes were thick, crunchy. The guacamole creamy. The salsa in the molcajete has such a flavorful heat to it, I loved it. My server Astrid hooked me up and sent me home with plenty of leftovers! She's the best! Second review! I am on a keto diet so this is the second time I'm visiting to get something good for my diet. Astrid helped me out in ordering the three meat fajitas with no tortillas, rice or beans, and extra guacamole. It came out perfect. I loved the rojo sauce. I swapped out the chicken for tripas cooked extra crispy and it was all delicious. Left with a full belly, thanks again Astrid!

I was recently in Palmdale staying at the Holiday Inn for a week on a work trip. On my third night here, I decided to try Hacienda Mi Ranchito. I ended up coming back the other two nights of my trip. They have great Happy Hour deals and excellent food. The service was the best I have had in a while too. By my second time in, the bartenders were treating my like a regular (also worth noting, the regulars I met were super nice and it was great talking to them.) If my work travels take me back to Palmdale, I will most definitely be coming back here for dinner and drinks.

We had been driving by this place for a while and decided to stop by tonight… WOW!! the guacamole with chicharrón is amazing to begin the meal!! The 3 taco plate with the obviously delicious homemade refried beans were absolutely delicious! Jason our waiter was SO friendly and gave recommendations for our next visit! Ohhhh and the Vicente Fernandez imitator was GREAT!

First time thetr went thru the drive thru. Spent $40 and they didn't have the condiments..You know the carrots? Onion and jalapeños and the didn't and any dour cream aka crema...which I paid for ....

Food can be near authentic Mexican, and tasty, I guess depending on who is the chef on the day you pick. Can be delicious to barely edible..

Ordered a delivery from here. Ordered a large pepino limon drink and got piña. How do you mess that up? On top of that 75% of the large cup was filled with ice. Enchilada was meh, only decent thing was the breakfast burrito.

And then I made a mistake, I did order their stake (bistec for $22) That stake was just horrible, was chewy and tasted like a rubber sole ! The rice was old and stale too. Regret coming here !

And then I made a mistake, I did order their stake (bistec for $22) That stake was just horrible, was chewy and tasted like a rubber sole ! The rice was old and stale too. Regret coming here !
