I’ve always had an amazing Experience!! The food is amazing! Top 10! Drinks always great. Server Sarah was very attentive and the bartender always has the best referral on drinks which are always great. Definitely my go to place when I am in town.

The Front Desk Staff at our hotel told us to eat here, and we were pleasantly surprised! The place is nice, and also clean. The Staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and sweet. We had Jason as our Server, and he was outstanding!!! Personable yet anticipated our every need. Everything one looks for in a great Server. Our food was delicious!!! This was our second time coming here during our stay in Palmdale. Bartenders Daniel and Emilio are also incredible! Emilio made me a drink in a special skull glass, which I totally loved!!! I appreciated that! We will be back again for breakfast next time... gotta try their bananas foster pancakes! ~Les apreciamos~

Great place to Dine in with Family and friends. Our kids loved their chicken strips and fries . I loved the tacos , ceviche , and the molcajete was delicious . everything we ordered was great. The tortillas were HandMade and it made the experience more Homey. Great service , everyone was nice and they made you feel like a valued customer ! The drinks were amazing. We definitely found a new Favorite Spot !!!

Pros: Spacious yet quiet. Service was speedy, food was delicious and not overly priced. Cons: The location is not the best, however they do have a private security guard out front Overall: It is one of the better places to go for Mexican food out in the AV. Dishes: Chicken Fajitas and Green Asada Wet Burrito (both great) Drinks: Raspberry iced tea( not so great)

We’ve been coming to this location since it’s grand opening and it never disappoints, the food drinks and service is outstanding! I ordered the shrimp fajitas and my husband ordered the chicken enchiladas con mole, they were both sooo good!! We’ll definitely keep coming back! Glad to have an awesome Mexican restaurant in the AV!!

I ordered the Guacamole y Chicharonnes with the Molcajete. The chicharonnes were thick, crunchy. The guacamole creamy. The salsa in the molcajete has such a flavorful heat to it, I loved it. My server Astrid hooked me up and sent me home with plenty of leftovers! She's the best! Second review! I am on a keto diet so this is the second time I'm visiting to get something good for my diet. Astrid helped me out in ordering the three meat fajitas with no tortillas, rice or beans, and extra guacamole. It came out perfect. I loved the rojo sauce. I swapped out the chicken for tripas cooked extra crispy and it was all delicious. Left with a full belly, thanks again Astrid!

Food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. The chicharrones, omg bomb! My husband had the tacos El Gobernador and also loved them and the green sauce they came with. Everything tasted fresh and our server Astrid was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. Thank you so much Astrid, we will definitely be back.

I was recently in Palmdale staying at the Holiday Inn for a week on a work trip. On my third night here, I decided to try Hacienda Mi Ranchito. I ended up coming back the other two nights of my trip. They have great Happy Hour deals and excellent food. The service was the best I have had in a while too. By my second time in, the bartenders were treating my like a regular (also worth noting, the regulars I met were super nice and it was great talking to them.) If my work travels take me back to Palmdale, I will most definitely be coming back here for dinner and drinks.

Alexis was one of the most accommodating bartenders I've come across. He was very respectful and inquisitive and made my lunch stop on a long drive a pleasure.

This place is consistently on point with their service, food, and vibe. Andres was our server on our last visit and he was exactly who you hope to get at every restaurant. The menu has plenty of options without being overwhelming. The restaurant is always clean. The food is flavorful and the portions are generous.

Alexis M is the best server ! He has Great conversation , makes great drinks just an all around down to earth person , clean restaurant and bathroom ! Lots of options and very welcoming.

Are they visiting Palmdale from another planet ? I ordered 3 tacos (as an appetizer): cabeza, lengua and birria. They were good, but nothing extraordinary. And then I made a mistake, I did order their stake (bistec for $22) That stake was just horrible, was chewy and tasted like a rubber sole ! The rice was old and stale too. Regret coming here !
