This place is the best!! Great sandwiches! Can't beat these prices! It's super busy so best to order ahead on the App. Great staff juggling orders and headache customers wanting to change their orders at the register. Kudos to you! Always remain professional. This place is a gem--not all JMS are the same. Trust me!
!LOVE this place as it serves Gluten free subs! I have a severe gluten allergy and they have Soft, Tastey sub sandwiches! Busy, happy atmosphere. Always busy. Easy parking and nice clean tables to sit outside and eat
Not enough people know about this treasure of a sub shop! As soon as I walk in, my senses are assailed by the exquisite aroma of an old-time DELI-the kind that I grew up with back East in Philadelphia. The Antelope Valley doesn't have real Deli's but Jersey Mike's comes very close. I always get the Philly Cheese-steak Kahuna. They pack the meat on. Everything on it is just right: melted cheese, grilled onions, peppers on a fresh toasted roll. The sub is so huge that I have enough for a meal later. You guys have got to eat here. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
A great first visit to any Jersey Mike's ever. I claimed my birthday coupon for free Sub #2. Wow. The fresh, sliced meats make a great difference! Now the bar has been set and I can't ever go to just any sub shop after this. Thanks for the birthday gift-- my day is made!
They cut the meat and cheese fresh for your sandwich and the soda fountain has cream soda and root beer by SOBE. Fast and friendly service even while busy. They have 3 sizes of subs- small, regular, and giant. Not a lot of room to eat inside, especially if there is a line, but there are tables with umbrellas outside. They offer 10% senior discount and the credit card POS asks how much you want to tip, if any, during the transaction.
Young lead Alexa working last night is always nice to me and attentive to my sever allergy. I understand I ask for lots. However if I contaminate any of my food with egg it’s a hospital visit for me. She gets it right and always uses fresh ingredients from the back house to ensure me no mayo or cheese will be in my sub. Prices are expensive but not many places take care of you.
Not usually a fan of Jersy Mike's but I went there yesterday my sub was tasty and the service was friendly. They were a little busy, but Alexis made my sub she had amazing customer service, she was friendly and efficient but didn't feel rushed. Definitely recommend this location. I will be back in the future.
We went to JMS to try the gluten-free option sub. I was so impressed by how the food preparer took my order and told me how she would prepare my order safely so my food would not be cross-contaminated with gluten containing food. Most restaurant staff have no idea about cross-contamination of gluten on other foods. She was very kind and compassionate. Thank JM for training your staff to be knowledgeable on how to protect those of us who have to be careful what we eat.
Food is great, service is great, the website however has a major problem. When you order online instead of having the sandwich size as one of your first choices, it is the last choice you will make when ordering on line. If you select no mayo or wheat bread and then you get to the end of the selections and select giant size, giant size will cause all of your other selections to reset back to default settings. I tried to call the number they have listed for over 15 minutes and could not get through but it was lunch hour. So I contacted their corporate offices and notified them of the issue. So how do I know all of this, you ask. Well, I ordered for a guy at work and he specifically said to verify no mayo, so I opened his order and checked and it had mayo NOT checked, I'm positive, and then I said I'll get giant size for him so I checked Giant right after. When the order came it had Mayo all over it, so I started to blame the servers, but then I said, I need to make sure I ordered no mayo before I whine. When I saw that I did NOT order no mayo, my order said mayo on it, I said, that's some BS there, I know I unchecked mayo so I redid the order and found that when you check Giant size at the end it resets your other selections back to default. I'm thinking other people are getting screwed by this malfunction as we speak. It also makes me giggle. Here is why. Some guy will call them saying " I ordered no mayo, you screwed up my order!" and the server will reply, "Take your Alzheimer's meds dude, I'm looking at your receipt and you ordered Mayo" and the guy on the phone will think he is senile...when he is not. Yeah, that could happen. This website needs to be fixed. Hey people - Jersey Mikes fixed this problem ASAP but I felt compelled to add this footnote. Its 2024 now and this incident just happened at another sub place (who will remain nameless) and the same guy I mention in this review who got tortured with the mayo tainted sub had the same thing happen AGAIN - Poor Rod Hodges got the mayo sub = AGAIN after we did all this work to avoid it. We demand justice for Rod! No more mayo assaults! Just kidding !
Lexi makes sure the order is done right every time and is pleased to serve customers . The team seems hard working and the great tasting food is to show for it . Get the app it will save you money .
My #1 sandwich spot ! Everyone is friendly and good service. Yes the prices went up I think it's to much but hopefully the prices start to drop now but overall great service fresh meats and cheese
Jersey mikes will always be my favorite sandwich spot. A #13 on rosemary bread is a must!! Shoutout to Ben & Cesar it’s always fast and easy going with those two.
Mother and I went here to get lunch and Crystal, Janelle most amazing workers and attitude was beyond a sub above. Thank you lady's
I ordered a #8 yesterday via Uber Eats. I tried to reach JM to advised them my bread was a little hard. I couldn't get through. I called today spoke with Crystal. I explained my dissatisfaction to her. I had misplaced my receipt. Crystal tried to locate my order without an order number. She tried by the date and amount of my order. She couldn't locate it. Later I found my receipt and called her back. Crystal replaced my order and I also purchased another sandwich in order for my replacement to be delivered via Uber Eats. It took a little over and hour for me to receive my order which was way too long. The Uber Eats driver said her GPS was taken her in circles. I wasn't happy. Once I opened my order. Crystal had written on my bag saying " We're sorry we ❤️ you" that small gesture made me feel like a valuable customer and that they were truly sorry. I was no longer upset that my order was late. I felt Crystal gave me WONDERFUL customer service. Her voice was always pleasant and up beat. Kudos to her for an outstanding standing job!
Always look forward to a sub from Jersey Mike's when in the area. So fresh and flavorful. Staff is friendly and prompt. Really wish the owners would open a restaurant in Ridgecrest! So many of us love it. All the new restaurants coming to town, hope we get a Jersey Mike's!

My favorite is #13 on rosemary bread w jalapeños and bacon mikes way -(gutted ofc) writing this review because the staff here is top tier! I always have a great experience when I come into this shop. Every person who I’ve encountered here so kind. Always does things in a good manner. Thanks today to Jayden for your great service. If I knew the rest of the staff their name would be here also. But I’m more a face girly. I know all the faces none of the names! But thank you all. You have a great team here ✨

Jersey Mike sandwiches are always delicious and I genuinely appreciate the staff recommendations for new ones to try (the Club Sub is still my personal favorite!). One reason I enjoy visiting this location in particular is due to the great service of Alexa! She is very friendly and helpful when you have questions. Although it is often incredibly busy in the store, she always manages to get my order out quickly and it is always exactly how I wanted it!

This was my first time eating here, and I loved my sandwich. Because the cheese and meat is sliced to order, the entire sandwich is light and airy. My children enjoyed their meals also.

Been here three times in the last month. They haven't disappointed yet! Yummy subs and great service. They can get busy but I imagine it's because they are good.

Delicious, fresh tasting, good quality meats and bread. Good deli sandwiches, thats why I love going there. Wish they didn't just skip over me today though. They thought that the lady ahead of me was with me so they took the guys behind me first. Just because we both look Hispanic doesn't mean that we are together. I always buy the giant. Prices were just raised and I feel that they were already a bit pricey but every now and then I'm in the mood to feed the family their delicious sandwiches. So I will be back for sure.
That was the first time i tried Jersey Mikes Subs. I had a Philly cheese steak sub. It was delicious!!! The service was very kind. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it's very pricey.
Very friendly staff. Stood in line for a bit, and it was freeeeezing in there. But, my sandwich is perfect and I would definitely visit again.
The customer service is awesome here. Very friendly, very helpful, fast service. I love the way they slice the meat and cheeses right in front of you. Excellent freshness. The food i ordered was ok, but i think it's because I may have ordered the wrong sandwich. Hot sandwich next time for sure. Other than that, I will be back. Don't blink while walking by, you might miss the entrance to this place.
I had a really disappointing experience with this location the last time I went. I place two back-to-back orders for pickup. The first one used some reward points and the second one was an order I placed for a coworker. We arrived and neither order was ready yet. They asked for the names and then one of the workers told us he was working on both right now and just needed to finish the toppings. My coworkers order came out first for some reason. So he took his food outside to start eating. I patiently waited. And waited. And waited. I finally asked what was going on because no one working seemed to notice or care that I was just standing there forever. Turns out that they hadn't even started on mine. They looked in the computer and could clearly see the two orders but did make them both for some reason. Needless to say, my lunch break was ruined and I had to try to eat during a remote meeting I had. No apology or explanation was given. I should also note that there was only one other customer there when we arrived, so they definitely were not too busy yet.
Food is great & employees are nice. The store is always busy and disorganized. Probably an issue with management but IDK… I have had orders take 45 mins via the app multiple times. It is frustrating watching walking leave with their food after app orders are standing around waiting for their food…

I try the “ Mike’s Famous Philly “today and I was very disappointed ☹️ The meat was not tender or juicy I always order the #6 Roast Beef & Provolone it’s my favorite.,but today I made a bad choice to try #17 Mike’s’ Famous Philly 👎not happy at all and I ordered the big one thinking that it was going to be delicious.,😞😕. And salty too. Not happy at all.

5/23/24 taken curbside at 8:44 - female employee ( short, bare face, was working at time above) doesn’t seem like she enjoys her job. Every time I place an order with her there shes Always rude short , makes subs super messy , cut all messed up with pieces of meat all on the outside of sub. Sub comes soggy by the time it’s been sitting there only to be taken out by a rude employee . Get better staff.

Stephanie will cheerfully find every conceivable reason to turn you away. Very disappointed. This was an excellent establishment and as stated reliably quality food.

Ordered 4 sandwiches for a total of 70 dollars. Came in to grab them from the pick up order rack and nothing is there. It is now 15 mins after the pickup time and the lady behind the counter who isn’t wearing her mask on her face is rude and hasn’t given any acknowledgement to the order being 15 plus mins late. Also, with a nasty attitude. Will not return
Ordered online and had to wait 15 minutes AFTER the time it said it was supposed to be completed. There were 4 other people who walked in after me and had their sandwiches made before I even got mine. This is the worst Jersey Mike's I have been too. I recommend going into the store and not ordering online because they don't care apparently!
Jersey mikes Palmdale 10th west beware of there overpriced sandwiches, now they have cut the meat and toppings in half. I had a 22 dollar item with almost nothing but bread.
Ok, seriously, don't go here. I've been going here off and on for the better part of this year, and they always mess something up. Whether it be your sandwich, checking you out, or simply being efficient. Good luck getting a hot sub in a timely manner. Regardless of whether it's one or two hot subs, it will take 20-30 mins minimum. I've waited a year to write this because sometimes there are bad days or maybe they struggled to keep up during busy hours. However having the same crew serve me this way and not improve is ridiculous.
Nasty mold chunks came out the soda/ ice machine. Told the employees, they could care less.
Make sure to tell them everything you want on your sub b4 cause ive had to have them remake it 2x.
I actually didn't get to try the food, I waited for 25 minutes after I placed my order and my sandwich was never done. The girl at the cashier looks so mad that people don't even want to talk to her. The girl that can do order she was really nice but getting the orders confused. There was only a young man preparing sandwiches. Kudos to him, although he is too slow.
So I went and their was only 3 customers and 5 employees, 2 girls, 3 dudes. They were all moving very VERY slow and just laughing and not taking anything seriously. I waited almost 35 minutes for one #13 RIDICULOUS. The fact that you have managers that are the same age as the employees shows in the service and speed of their so called service. Please get rid of the ponytail manager/team lead. They were pretending I Was not there when I was showing obvious irritation. I used to work in a jersey Mike's with 3 people a shift and had more then 13 customers every day in the same scenario they were in and we still got done faster then that. Actually just fire all of them
Absolutely terrible customer service, bordering on negligent. Another POC reviewer mentioned how they never acknowledge her when she enters the location, but acknowledge..... other people. I had the same experience here, but as a Doordasher. I stood at the pickup counter for almost 10 minutes before i finally decided to ask if the sandwich sitting on the back counter happened to be my customers order. I had not been acknowledged ONCE. Not even a "hello," "be right with you," "we're working on your order," NOTHING. They quite literally acted like I didn't exist. When i finally attempted to get the attention of the cashier who stood not even 3 feet away from me, he physically turned his back on me. I let it go after quietly mentioning to my friend on the phone that i felt deliberately ignored. Then another employee came up to me with my customers receipt in her hand (not even the food, just the receipt) not to tell me the order was ready or even address my wait. The first thing she did was begin to gaslight me by accusing me of "disrespecting" her employee and "yelling" at him. I treat everyone with dignity and respect and treated him as such, so this was very confusing to me. Then they both proceeded to gang up on me??? I'm standing there confused trying to assure them i did not yell at, or mean to be rude to, or disrespect anyone?? Then, she proceeded to ask me the customers name, which i responded with, only for her to put her hand up and say "no, no" in the middle of me answering her question. Girl, WHAT?? This woman was extremely rude & confrontational for no reason whatsoever & made me so uncomfortable. She seemed to be triggered about something else entirely, choosing to take her upset out on me. It was the most confusing *lack of* customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I would never trust any of these people to make my food with that nasty and hateful energy. Absolutely neglectful service and i wasn't even the customer, just a driver tryna do my job just like them. I'd never try to make a workers job more stressful. But they made sure to give ME that energy. Gross and unacceptable. Also, when they make people's sandwiches they make them directly on the counter which is unsanitary and is an obvious source of cross contamination, which could explain why some people get sick from the food here. They need to put peoples sandwiches on paper before placing onto the counter. I couldn't imagine people as rude as this caring about people's health and safety though. Do yourself, your peace and your health a favor and choose another place to eat.
Jersey Mikes in Palmdale went from serving a Philly Cheesesteak that was right up there with the best. The last two times were the second worst. The worst was in Philadelphia. Tonight’s sandwich had melted cheese hang out of the sandwich still in its sliced form not mixed in with the meat. In fact that’s all there was some warmed up meat and melted cheese slices hanging out the side of the bun. I’ve seen gas station sandwiches look better.
Do not order the chicken cheesesteak from this restaurant. I have been here many times and decided to try something different. After eating my sandwich (I had eaten nothing else that day), I became very ill with food poisoning to the point where I fainted and broke my toe on the doorframe! I have never had that happen before. I was sick for two days and my foot is still badly bruised. They are obviously not practicing safe food handling and cleanliness at this location. This could have been very serious if the person consuming the sandwich was health compromised or elderly. 👎🏻👎🏻
Disappointed! Horrible experience, i’ve never had this problem during the day. I guess the staff doesn’t answer the phone after a certain time. Purchased dinner from another restaurant but my sons wanted Jersey Mike’s so I placed their orders. Waited outside for 30 minutes thinking they were just running behind my son then goes inside and our sandwiches were just sitting there. Staff needs training on customer service! A simple apology for forgetting about us would of really helped the situation since all my other food was now cold waiting on the sandwiches that were ready. No manager available and supposedly their phones are broken. We then get home and my son says his sandwich tastes bad. It looks like the grill hasn’t been cleaned all day. You could taste and see the burnt pieces! Unacceptable
Terrible service at this location, I got a giant 56 and it had barely any cheese. Went bk asked of I could get more cheese and they told me they had to charge me. I said ok and this is what she did. I asked if it could be melted she said no. I asked for Chipotle sauce on the side and she went to the bk. I asked the man who made the sandwich if that was usual and with an attitude he says yea it has to be refilled things take time (he seemed mad i wasnt pleased with his sandwich making abilities) i walked out. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. I won't be returning to this location
The dude on the slicer had me waiting 25 minutes for a mini sub. Decided to make a bunch of online orders instead of mine. He also skimped out on the meat. I should’ve just gone to chipotle
This location was my go to until now. Today I'm home sick and decided to order for delivery ( through grubhub) I ordered my usual #7 Mike's way. I ordered a giant. When I received my order the paper bag and sandwich wrapper was seal witha sticker. I opened my sandwich completely flat, a clump of turkey located on at the left end of the sandwich. I was disappointed I contacted store and provided pictures and, was told I can order another sandwich for delivery or contact grubhub for a refund. I've never had a delivery from jersey Mike always pick up, when I spoke to them they stated it was not made there like that and even though it was sealed tried to blame the deliver person.
I recently ordered a chicken philly cheese steak from this location. I ate a few bites only having to chew a lot more than usual, I tried to swallow it and started to choke. Once I was able to get it up it we saw it was plastic wrap covered in melted cheese. I will never eat here again and make gut go to the ER because my throat is so sore and ache.. p.s I also lost my appetite ...

Then another employee came up to me with my customers receipt in her hand (not even the food, just the receipt) not to tell me the order was ready or even address my wait. The first thing she did was begin to gaslight me by accusing me of "disrespecting" her employee and "yelling" at him. I treat everyone with dignity and respect and treated him as such, so this was very confusing to me. Then they both proceeded to gang up on me??? I'm standing there confused trying to assure them i did not yell at, or mean to be rude to, or disrespect anyone?? Then, she proceeded to ask me the customers name, which i responded with, only for her to put her hand up and say "no, no" in the middle of me answering her question. Girl, WHAT?? This woman was extremely rude & confrontational for no reason whatsoever & made me so uncomfortable. She seemed to be triggered about something else entirely, choosing to take her upset out on me. It was the most confusing *lack of* customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I would never trust any of these people to make my food with that nasty and hateful energy. Absolutely neglectful service and i wasn't even the customer, just a driver tryna do my job just like them. I'd never try to make a workers job more stressful. But they made sure to give ME that energy. Gross and unacceptable. Also, when they make people's sandwiches they make them directly on the counter which is unsanitary and is an obvious source of cross contamination, which could explain why some people get sick from the food here. They need to put peoples sandwiches on paper before placing onto the counter. I couldn't imagine people as rude as this caring about people's health and safety though. Do yourself, your peace and your health a favor and choose another place to eat.
