I had a large order for my workplace and needed the items labeled and separated. Karen took my order and was very helpful and took care of everything for me. The food was great but the service was even better. Thank you!

We wanted to get Yoshinoya for nostalgic reasons, it had been a while so we wanted to have it again but the food was not as good as I remembered give it 6/20 looks ok 😞 the place looks very uninviting

Try the noodles they’re so good
Decent amount of food. They provided a good amount of ginger but failed to offer any soy sauce though 🙃. Would love to have one of these in our area (Reno, NV) at some point. These are a great fast food change of pace from burgers and tacos etc

What happened to the beef bowls 🥣? Almost every bite was so chewy and full of stringy fat. Not at all as good as they used to be. The prices went up 💰 and quality went down...Disappointing ☹️. Friendly and fast service 😐.

Very disgusting! One side of the chicken is so burnt it tasted like burnt hair, and the other side was raw. I was only able to eat the rice. Never coming here again!
Had the teriyaki bowl, white rice with veggies. All I can say is ew. Tasted gross. Won't go back. Even paid for extra teriyaki, didn't help.

Food was meh...the chicken was salty and the portions were so much smaller and looked different than the picture shown on the ordering menu. How can i order the combo and it comes out looking like somthing else..smh.. Also, The employees weren't friendly either. This is my 1st and last time eating at this chain.
Taste the same as another Yoshinoya BUT this location (and other locations in AV) charge $1.50 extra for beef (not steak, the "regular" iconic Yoshinoya beef bowl beef). I didn't know it's just this location until recently I had a random conversation with my friends who does not live in AV. I was so pissed and felt scammed. No more Yoshinoya for me in AV.
Love the vegetable bowl. The service is usually good. Sometimes I'm greeted by an employee that doesn't seem to know how to address questions, looking as if I'm speaking a made-up language. It's odd. UPDATE: I just realized that in ordering through the app I have to pay 50¢ to use it. So basically I am paying for the savings I get through rewards. I have downgraded my rating from 4 stars to 1 star. I won't order through the app anymore, if at all.
Caite was very rude and very unprofessional. I frequent this establishment quite a bit after work and have never had an issue until caite. I always order the same thing, even the other awesome cashier's have never had an issue placing my order. On the speaker, I told caite my order and requested EXTRA onions on the side. Well Caite, placed the order for the onions to be ON THE SIDE instead, no extra onions. Of course the chef is going to prepare the order however Caite feels like placing the order customers make. When my order was handed to me at the window, caite immediately closed the window and did not offer me any condiments. As soon as she saw I wasn't leaving from the window she sighed loud enough for me to hear and asked what I wanted. I told her "Can I please get 4 soy sauce?", she did not reply and closed the window back up to get the condiments I guess. While she took her time to get the condiments, I checked my order for accuracy and noticed that I did not get the extra onions, instead they were on the side in a separate container. Normally, when i make this order as frequently as i do, i would get my bowl with the green onions it already has PLUS a container of green onions. That is what extra means, caite failed to understand my order i guess. As soon as she finally handed me the condiments I had asked for, she immediately closed the window again, not confirming if there's anything else the customer needed. As soon as she noticed I was still not going to move from the window, she ROLLED her eyes before opening the drive thru window and asks "yes?" In a very rude manner. I told her I did not get the extra green onions I had requested on the speaker. She rudely and confidently tells me "you did get your extra green onions". I proceed to show her the bowl and how she placed the order for them to be put on the side instead. But instead of understanding her mistake, she slams her hand on the drive thru window and tells me "so you want more then?". I told her "No Caite, I want the onions that belong to the bowl, the extra is already in a side cup". She closes the window back up again without a response and walks away, almost like a pouty child would. When she opens the window again she practically almost throws the container with onions at my hand instead of handing it to me. I don't understand what her issue was, she had attitude the moment I approached the window. As I have mentioned before there's normally 2 other cashiers there in the morning that have taken my order and I have never had this problem. I frequent this establishment a lot after work in the mornings. And I can definitely understand mistakes or missing ingredients in an order, i work in a kitchen too. BUT i cannot understand people with attitude and unprofessionalism at their place of employment. Caite either needs to be retrained or rethink why she's in the food service and hospitality industry
The food is good... BUT, the service was terrible! I ordered a meal. The counter person said for $2 more I could have flan and a drink. He gave me a cup, I filled up the cup and took a drink. Then he told me they didn't have any flan so I said, well I'll try the cheesecake and then he told me they didn't have any cheesecake so then he offered me a refund the manager came and said they would still charge me for the drink since I had a drink of the drink I said I would not have ordered the drink I was ordering the flan I really didn't want the drink so she still charged me for the drink! I think she should have said sorry here's your refund, keep the drink since it was our error. I will never go back because they think more about a silly little cup of drink than they do about a customer who was not treated fairly!!!
My boyfriend and i waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes with only one car in front of us if that wasn't bad enough by the time we got to the window then for most that their credit card machine was not working so they couldn't take our payment. Together we had $20 cash, we down sized our order. It was $21 and change, so we couldnt get our order. Management could have offered a discount fir inconvenience. 20 min wasted never going there and wouldnt recommend going. I have worked retail over 20 years and in management when you inconvenience a customer you compensate them within reason. It not only keeps the customer happy and feel like they are worth it, it keeps term coming back because they are valued. Shame on you guys.
