Very welcoming and friendly staff. Very clean inside! Food and drinks are excellent! I loved the deep fried turkey sandwich. The turkey was amazing! I hope they continue to offer it beyond the holidays. Their shakes and cookies are wonderful. I wouldn't get the loaded fries again. Too heavy... I'd rather just have ketchup and ranch dressing on the side.
The best roast beef sandwiches EVER! And the best prices, too! And and AND...specialty market sandwiches! And hot cookies, cold shakes, come on by! By the way, I still remember the very first time I bit into an Arby's sandwich, back in the 1970's. THAT'S how good they are!!

I ordered the new Brown Sugar Bacon combo with curly fries (crispy). The bacon was crisp & there was plenty of it. The lettuce & tomato were very fresh & there was just enough mayo. The fries were crispy just as I requested. Overall, this was a tasty meal at a reasonable price & I would definitely order it again!
I always order the same food item it's always fresh and I never have to wait over 10 minutes
I had the crispy fish sandwich, it was good. I would rate it 2nd to Popeyes fish sandwich. Alot better than Carl's, McDonald's and way better than Jack in the Box.

Ashley did an AMAZING job of providing food and drink recommendations...she also check on us continuously! She is truly a professional that is very personable with a great attitude and personality. Planned a short notice birthday for our 9yo grandson who loves seafood and wanted to try his first lobster by telling us he wanted Red Lobster. A big 4 star 4 diamond, Thank You to David V., Anthony and Alfredo for making our experience on such short notice, better than expected and very much appreciated.
Decided to go here with my kids and was not disappointed. All of our food was hot and delicious, and our server Destiny brought amazing energy and great service. 10/10 across the board!!!
Ramona the waitress was sooooooo amazing!!!! Very upbeat and always kept us supplied with biscuits, drink refills, suggestions for the best items on the menu (she had good taste). The food was amazing. Lovely dinner spot and they sang happy birthday very merrily, didn't feel forced or begrudging *at all*
The service was great, the staff was friendly and made my birthday special with a song and dessert. The only downside to tonight was there was a hair in my Brussels sprouts, they offered a new plate of Brussel sprouts or a discount which was nice of them. I would definitely still come back here.
I have been in the business for 20 plus years from a manager server bartender all of the above..... And let me tell you JASON IS THE MANNNNNN!!!!! I was so irritated from my experience at outback steakhouse which we got up and left from do not eat there. And upon walking into Red lobster the first person we saw was Jason he greeted us with the greatest warmth and smile fat boy has the greatest charisma and definitely great tableside manner he should absolutely be a server if I was his manager I already have him training... David who was our actual server was very knowledgeable super friendly attentive and warm as well. Our food was piping hot coming out it was served quickly yet not thrown together... I'm kind of sad that I wasn't doing secret shopping at this moment because they definitely would have scored very close to 100%... The only negative thing I can say is that my wife's pasta could have been a little warmer but other than that good job Red lobster thank you very much Jason and thank you David... And I truly hope y'all's manager sees this. The next time I come into that restaurant I would like Jason to be my server
It has been a while since we have came to red lobster and we wish we would have came sooner the food was delicious and the drinks were amazing as well! We celebrated my mother’s birthday so they made it very enjoyable and memorable! We will definitely be back!! Shout out to our serve he was very attentive !! :)

Food was great, and it felt like a great atmosphere to be in. The manager, she was very attentive in making sure we all were enjoying ourselves and others as well. Would recommend for sure. (The only thing, it was a bit of a wait to have our order taken, but not too bad other than that tbh.)
I haven't been to red lobster in years and tonight my boyfriend and I came in and had such a great experience. Our server Joey V was on top of everything and had such a welcoming presence. The manager (female dark hair and glasses I believe) remembered us talking about to seafood boil and came to us at the end to see how everything was. Overall such a great time. I joined the rewards and looking forward to coming back! :)
Whoever manages their online review page told me to come back after our last visit, and so we did. Let's just say the second time around wasn't quite as good as the first! After dinner was served, we began digging in. Mid dinner, I realized I hadn't been served my asparagus, which is an upcharge I might add. I told the server that at this point we could forget the asparagus. She left the table, and came back only to tell me that it's being made and it'll be right up. I'm certain I told her to forget it at this point, but I guess the $3.49 upcharge was more important than my request to forget about it because at that point in the meal I wouldn't have eaten it any way! So, I ended up with a doggie bag of asparagus that only got trashed! If an upcharged side item is forgotten about and the guest has to ask, then the restaurant should comp it with an apology! I understand mistakes are made, but if I would have kept my mouth shut until the ticket was delivered, then they would have had to comp it, so what's the difference? Finally, servers should be aware that overdoing it on cologne is repulsive to have to smell when eating seafood. The scents don't really mix well. I'm sure those who work there know exactly which server I'm talking about because I'm sure he does it all the time just begging someone to say something!

Food was ok. Service was fine. But if you're going for crab, bring your own cracker. They give out these feeble little plastic picks. I ended up using my water glass to crack open the claws.
Not much to say about this Arby's. It's par for Arby's. Nothing bad, nothing stands out. Crinkle fries still need a better recipe, but that's not a this location issue. Curly fries still rock. If you want something genuinely great from here, get the Roast Beef and put your own mushroom/Umami seasoning on it. That's what I come here for.
1 bathroom. A homeless person spent a good hour in there during my whole visit. I wouldn't even try to use it now. The food was ok. Nothing to brag about. Haven't been in here in 4 years. The resturant was clean. The staff( limited) was polite (i guess). The drink machine in the resturant is turned off . No note to let us know this. Not customer user friendly. I understand the high cost to run a California business is over the top but a few conveniences for older folks , like only 1 bathroom. No available ice or drink . I completely get the reasoning BUT a simple note would be nice on the door and drink machine. As I said it's been 4yrs since I've been here. I Live far, very far away now. Certainly wish you much success in the future.

WOW, this place got really expensive over the years! Original roast beef sandwiches used to be 5 for $5! They have added too many menu options to try and extract as much money as possible. They need to remember where their name came from: Arby's=AR (roast) BYs (beefs) Too much junk, too much money. There is a reason they are never busy even at the peak of lunch time. My gut tell me this will become one of those " I remember a restaurant that closed many years ago" places. It's decent food, I just wish we could afford it.

Horrible experience! Took my child to try it for the first time and I can see why it's always empty when we pass by. The food is so gross. Gave us old fries, nothing was fresh. Unapologetic about making us wait at the window for a long time. Definitely won't be back
I don't know what's going on with some of the employees. It's always feel like 50/50 of service at this place. I made a review here 3 years ago with 5 stars but I'm changing it to 1. I don't know the employee's name because I have the feeling this male employee wasn't name Jessika. But I had issues with this specific male employee because one instance I ordered the classic crispy chicken sandwich and ask if possible to get me a patty that was straight from the fryer because I can't taste the meat being in the heat lamp for too long. I know sometimes fast food places have heat lamps to have ingredients and items quick in ready. But this employee was giving attitude saying "our food is always fresh". I'm sorry, no we all know well no fast food place has fresh food and a lot of it is sitting under heat lamps. Today I order the 60th Birthday meal and it comes with the Jamoca shake and I specifically ordered it without the whipped cream. I get the order but I see the shake wasn't there and I stare at the same employee and he just stares back. I said "I'm still waiting for the Jamoca shake" and I'm not surprised still put the whipped cream. I didn't bother to correct them because he clearly spacing out. It is not okay fast food employees are getting paid 20 bucks an hour and behave like this.
Manager and employees very rude and irritated with an attitude. They said they had just received my order as she was pulling orders from the printer when I asked if it was ready trying to pick it up at 5:47 pm that I had ordered on my app at 5:29 pm. I told her I had placed it at 5:29 pm and with a loud and stern voice she repeated WE JUST RECIEVED IT even though the receipt clearly stated the order time and pick up time. Obviously she didn’t realize the order was there until I asked. A simple no we are just starting it would be a better approach. I get having a bad day but to project your attitude onto a customer is another issue.
