For February 3rd 2022. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a great coffee shop. I remember my first time coming here was on that Unforgettable date that I had with palomita. But that was years ago and this is now. I really enjoy their caramel Blended iced coffee. There's so much to choose from and the excellent service is very noticeable. Very friendly from the moment I walked into the very moment I walked out. Lots of "thank you" and lots of "have a good day". I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely enjoyed my Blended iced caramel coffee.

I like the coffee shop atmosphere, I always have. This place is a great place to bring your friends to sit and chat, but having a public study session here can get a bit loud. Good for ear buds and self study! Great white noise. Drinks are really good!

I met a friend at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Palmdale and was pleasantly surprised by how relaxing and enjoyable the experience was. The patio area is a definite highlight. Spacious, clean, and a perfect spot to enjoy your drink outside. It is a great place to unwind, meet with a friend, or even get some work done. Inside, the atmosphere is cozy and familiar. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made my drink just the way I like it. The menu offers a solid variety of coffee, tea, and pastries, something for every mood or craving. Overall, this location stands out for its calm environment, good service, and the lovely outdoor seating. I will definitely be back.

They make a great chai tea latte and most drinks are very good. Do not arrive in a hurry as regardless of how busy they are drinks take about 10-12 minutes to get out.

The coffee was excellent and the sandwiches were delicious. The staff is customer service oriented and friendly. The only areas of opportunity I have are the long wait times and thatthere should be an area for people who wait for their to-go orders, since it's hard to find a seat available if you want to eat there.

I went to purchase some gift cards and asked for cups to put the gift card in.Since they didn't have the little envelopes that come with the gift cards. I was told if I wanted the cups , I would have to pay for them. I inquired as to why I would have to pay for the cups when you guys don't have the envelopes that go with the gift cards. The response to me was well, The cups are only about two dollars. My question is , if i'm paying eighty to a hundred dollars cash money , why do I need to spend another two dollars to get cups, because\nYou guys don't have an envelopes to go with the gift cards. Needless to say they were of no assistance. They refused to give me the cups. Therefore, they lost the sale and I went elsewhere. To Starbucks they were very accommodating,helpful and friendly. They understand customer service, especially during the holidays.

Inconsistently charged different prices for the same items. Unfriendly staff, but the owner is not happy or friendly, so why should the staff be expected to be? Coffee sometimes turns out great but other times lazily made. Back to the owner, not pleasant, cranky and overall doesn’t belong in customer service.

The cashier is really rude and unprofessional, but the girl who makes the drinks is very kind. She always greets the customers when they walk in and makes the experience much better.
