The coffee was excellent and the sandwiches were delicious. The staff is customer service oriented and friendly. The only areas of opportunity I have are the long wait times and thatthere should be an area for people who wait for their to-go orders, since it's hard to find a seat available if you want to eat there.

They make a great chai tea latte and most drinks are very good. Do not arrive in a hurry as regardless of how busy they are drinks take about 10-12 minutes to get out.

The cashier is really rude and unprofessional, but the girl who makes the drinks is very kind. She always greets the customers when they walk in and makes the experience much better.

Inconsistently charged different prices for the same items. Unfriendly staff, but the owner is not happy or friendly, so why should the staff be expected to be? Coffee sometimes turns out great but other times lazily made. Back to the owner, not pleasant, cranky and overall doesn’t belong in customer service.

I went to purchase some gift cards and asked for cups to put the gift card in.Since they didn't have the little envelopes that come with the gift cards. I was told if I wanted the cups , I would have to pay for them. I inquired as to why I would have to pay for the cups when you guys don't have the envelopes that go with the gift cards. The response to me was well, The cups are only about two dollars. My question is , if i'm paying eighty to a hundred dollars cash money , why do I need to spend another two dollars to get cups, because\nYou guys don't have an envelopes to go with the gift cards. Needless to say they were of no assistance. They refused to give me the cups. Therefore, they lost the sale and I went elsewhere. To Starbucks they were very accommodating,helpful and friendly. They understand customer service, especially during the holidays.

I come here every other day. The service here is always bad and I’m fed up. I live in Palmdale and this is the closest location to me otherwise I’d go to another one if that was an option. We are paying for the drinks! They are not free!!! So they should be a little nicer! It costs nothing to be polite!

Jan 7, 2026 OVERPRICED for such a MEDIOCRE quality ! The service is fine, fast and friendly. But charging $3,95 for such a teeny tiny double shot espresso, which tasted like a regular brewed code, is outrageous. No surprise the place is empty.

Hi, I went into Coffee Bean today and the host, Angel, was really rude. When I asked nicely if my drink had been sitting on the counter, he answered with attitude and said he had already called it out. He also brushed off my question about the rewards program. If he can’t be polite or helpful, he shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Destiny and Kim, by far the worst duo! Argue with customers and lie for each other. They do not know how to be professional and do not know how to properly engage with paying customers. Will not fill drinks to the top and if you question that, they will fight you! Please Coffee Bean, do better! There’s far more qualified people out there. Who picked Kim as a supervisor? She’s not qualified to treat customers with common decency. Zero stars! Spend your money elsewhere!

1 star review because they capped all their electrical outlets because "transients kept using them to charge their phones". So I guess their inability to enforce rules or boundaries means they dont want to provide power for their guests who might need to charge something. Very poor way to run a service business.
