Love coming to Chick-fil-a. This place is amazing. Even though they are super busy they are always very courteous. Their customer service is on point. Always clean and quick with their service and the quality of their food is above all.

Always a delightful experience. Employees are polite and helpful. Food is excellent no matter what you choose and there is plenty of free parking. A drive-through and pick-up are also options

It’s chick fil a, good freaking food, friendly employees, and of course good food. Traffic at this location can be a nightmare though, and many of the customers suck. No complaints for the business, though! I recommend going inside, usually a lot faster than curbside or drive through.

My family and I just moved here to California, and Chick-fil-A is one of our favorite places to eat. But this one in particular was just amazing! I didn’t catch her name, but I’m sure she was the manager. She was great! Checked on us often, and made us feel right at home. Every time I looked at her she was constantly helping customers or cleaning. If your reading this (you had short hair by the way) thank you so much for being you! The food here is excellent, and the service is even better! Never had/heard of a rude employee at this Chick-fil-A or any other one. FAST service, sometimes getting the food before I find a place to sit. Kids area is helpful to parents, safe part of town, drive through helps when in a hurry.

The food is always good. However, the organization and efficiency of the employees from start to finish should definitely be the gold standard for how a fast food restaurant should be run. This applies to any location that I've eaten at. I have nothing negative whatsoever to say about Chick-fil-A. Other fast food companies should take note!!

I did not go for the food this time. I was already in the middle of drive-thru when I was told I could not purchase gift cards. They said I had to purchase those inside. However their operation runs efficiently so I didn't have to wait too long. I also greatly valued that they hired a young man who has different abilities who was doing an amazing job working the drive thru line.

My first visit and now will be returning! I am gluten sensitive. When I ordered a grilled breast of chicken, no bread, no tomato, there was no question. Later, I was asked if I'd prefer it wrapped in lettuce. It was delicious. My son and family were with me and equally happy with the service and meal. Next time, we will be able to let grandson take time to play in the play area. Happy all around.

Good food as always. Use the curbside pickup to save the drive thru lines. Curbside staff are always fast, efficient and friendly. Wish people would stop parking in all the curbside spots that go inside to eat. Sad fast food is so expensive anymore as it's now a rare treat than the norm for us anymore. But Chik-Fil-A can't be beat for yummy chicken.

Chick fil a is one of those places where you say fast food yet you don't get fast food service. These workers will go out of their way under for you to feel like you are getting the service you deserve. The tables inside are always clean, with a kids.play area. Their flowers are real and their food is good that I come here every Wednesday. I would highly encourage anyone who seems to be on the fence should try it.

So first I want to say is, the drive thru system they use is a delightful change. The employees have a great attitude and they are aware of time and take note to have napkins in the bag so I don't have to ask.l Chicken is good although I don't like that it comes in a bag by the time I get home the bread becomes to moist. Nothing I can't get over🙂

This place has consistently delicious food and tremendous customer service. Yes, the line of cars is long, but it's worth the wait. All the outside order takers are friendly and courteous, but I want to single out one particularly extraordinary employee named Belle. She recently took our order and couldn't have been more animated, cheerful and fun. Her bubbly personality and warm service made our day! To have Belle standing out there with such grace and positivity, especially in this difficult time, is inspiring, and a testament to this Chick-fil-A. I hope she is properly rewarded.

Once we parked (so we could enter which Curbside parking spot we were in)& placed our order in the Chick-fil-A app (paying w/ a debit card) it took about 5 minutes for our food to be brought out. My nephew was well satisfied by the expected quality of the food. He's the one whose handing them the 5 Stars. I'm impressed by managements Covid-19 inspired protocols to keep their staff & patrons safe.

I wasn't really crazy about the food. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't "wow". Ok now 5 years after my first review I changed my mind as I have had more chances to try out more of their menu. I absolutely love their Mac and cheese. All their Chicken Sandwiches are delicious also. It's always busy and crowded so I think that is the best advertisement of all. People love this place!

The chicken is good. Wish they had seasoned fries. The girl that took my order didn't give me my change back... I had to ask for it. She didn't even count the money I gave her. And she gave me Dr. Pepper when I asked for Coke. My Chick-fil-A experience would have been better if someone else took my order other than her.

Breakfast here was really exemplary! The hash browns were cooked to perfection, the yeast rolls of the chicken mini's were tender, and the fruit cup was served at just the right temperature to be crisp and refreshing. The store was immaculate, and their service cheerful and welcoming. Well done!

This is the cleanest Chick-fil-A I have ever been in, and it had such a Homie Vibe. They had automatic trash cans, a clean bathroom, and there were real flowers on all the tables. To top it off all the employees were super polite and courteous. I never leave fast food restaurants, but they were extremely memorable.

Even though it is technically fast food...they bring you your food to the table. A while into my "dining" experience I was asked by an employee if they could get me anything else and she happily got me a refill on my drink. This was great service and food. They even cleared my tray when she saw I was finished. I had GREAT service here and will definitely be back!

So when I went, my I couldn't order on the app because it was messing up. So, I had to go inside the restaurant. When Kayla asked us if we wanted to order, I went up and I told her I couldn't get the app to work, and it was about a few minutes before breakfast was over and I wanted breakfast. So she said she will see what she can do and I just ordered. And when I mentioned that I liked the Sriracha sauce, she said that it was really good! Either way, she was a very nice person and I hope, that if I go inside next time she can service us. Thanks Kayla!

Chick-fil-A in Palmdale always delivers a great experience! The food was fresh and delicious as always, and the staff was friendly, fast, and welcoming — exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A. I usually try my best to avoid 10th St West and Rancho Vista because of the constant traffic and delays in that area, but this time I used the Lowe’s driveway to get in and out, and it made a huge difference. It was smooth, easy, and saved a lot of time — definitely the way to go. Great food, excellent service, and a much easier visit than expected. I’ll definitely be back (and using that driveway again)!

We arrived as a pack, big group and hungry. The store was so clean and basically empty. We quickly ordered, sat down and our food came. I ordered the hash brown scramble breakfast bowl and oh my goodness. First time trying it and it'll now be the only breakfast item I get. Hash brown was perfectly toasted, eggs so delicious and the chicken was so flavorful. Bathrooms were cleans. Also, I LOVE THAT THEY SAVE SAUCES. They have a container where you can put your leftover unused sauces and they sanitize them for another customer.

The food is very good and the staff is great. We often get the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich or the market salad and we love the shakes too. The traffic situation is getting a little ridiculous when trying to go through the drive thru. I recommend ordering curbside pickup with the app instead of trying to navigate the drive thru to save yourself time and a headache.

The food here is great, the wait can be a bit long but considering so many people come here it's impressive. The staff can be random. Some are friendly, but also rude. It's also quite expensive, compared to an in n out burger. Hopefully the spot opening in Lancaster eases the traffic!

We don’t come here very often but due to the long line they are lacking a menu you can see. We had to check on our phones for it. We were feeling pressured and ordered just the classic chicken sandwich and one large order of waffles fries. Once approaching the menu it had more variety. Chicken sandwich and fries were all good. Everything fresh. I would come here again and try something else.

This was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A. Very busy place with lots of people, seems very popular. Was dismayed that they only had two chairs for handicapped people. The chicken sandwich I had was ok but nothing special though I thought the chicken was pretty juicy for breast meat. The staff was courteous and helpful. I will probably stick with burger places.

Don't use the drive-thru if you're in a rush. It's mad slow. They should really put up additional menus before you talk to the cashier (like they do at almost every other fast food restaurant) so customers can get an idea of what they want before they order. I won't comment too much on the food. I think it's adequate at best. They do have really good coffee and their service is excellent.

Worst location I've been too across the country. Asked for light ice and only got 2 drinks cause the entire cup was full of ice. And i got large fries and a a gluten free bun(very dry) and they only gave me 1 sauce when I asked for more. I am a truck driver and had to pull over to grab my food real quick and go to move my truck so yes some could have walked back to get it fixed but I couldn't. The order should be right the first time

It's about the principle. I ordered a strawberry milkshake. I heard someone say "is he okay with no whip cream?" Then I guess someone made the decision for me that I wasn't going to receive whip cream or a cherry. Which I understand at face value is not that big of a deal. I thought maybe they were out. At the same time though, this was not communicated to me. So I parked my car and went inside and asked 5 people standing around if they were out of whip cream. They were friendly and said no we have it, did you want a cherry as well? I'm like, I just want it how it comes. I'm not saying I'm like some super important person but the discrepancy was like communicating "we don't care". To the teenagers working here: I understand it's just a minimum wage job but if you get into the habit of doing small dumb things like making a milkshake perfect, you will automatically be that way where it really matters like with a college presentation. Who you choose to be when amaking milkshakes could have implications 10 years in the future.

Had previously gave them 5 stars. However, after a few of my trips. I'm disappointed. Quick service that comes at a cost. Forgot items in my order this time and, previously, gave me nuggets instead of tenders. I had done a curbside order and had already arrived home when I realized they forgot nuggets. It's an inconvenience to have to call and return to the restaurant to receive missing items.

I can't rate the food since I have never tried it, (it was going to be my first time to try Chick fil a's food) so I wont rate with a 1. However the app isn't fully functional, and the restaurant staff doesn't have either the training to address these issues or the ownership to have a response different to a 'that is not our problem'. I congratulate your business success, long car lines say a lot, however I don't think I'll try dealing with your app or your staff ever again.

First time here. Great employees and customers service. My issue was overpriced food. The food was okay but to expensive for what I actually got. Food portions are adequate for a fast food restaurant. I love food and definitely do not mind paying for great food, a new experience or amazing service. The staff wasn’t friendly AT ALL they made a big deal about me asking for a cookie for 1 of my kids birthday (we have 5) saying that they need to have the app, she’s 9 like why would she!? Then I was told by a “manager” he would bring A COOKIE to our table and we literally waited 20 mins and he never looked our way again, and it wasn’t even crowded so there was really no reason for him to not do what he said he would do. I normally love coming to this Chick-fil-A, even though the lines are long they move pretty quickly in the drive-thru. Tonight sucked though. After working a 10 hour shift I stopped here for dinner. When I got home and opened my food half of the chicken in my sandwich was gone. All that was left is a thin piece chicken that wouldn't even fill up a child. So disappointing. Now I have to cook food anyway. What a waste of money. 😩

My family & i have been coming here since they open this location, but... within the last year it has gone downhill even after the renovation. Everytime I go they forget part of my order.My large fri is never filled its always half empty or cold(the last 5 visits) Idk what's going on here but this is the 4th time they've messed up my drive thru order. I was there today around 9:45pm drove from Lancaster because I gotten good service before. I went to the drive thru and there was nobody then I got close to screen and nobody talk. I then proceeded to the window and I was told that I didn't wait long enough that I had to go all the way around. After waiting in line I was not about to do it again. Sad because is a great place to go eat but I won't be going back again.

I dont usually leave reviews, but the last few times i've gone to the drive thru. An item has been missing or a order messed up completely. If it something like missing sauce or something free I wouldn't have an issue, but it's paid items missing. It would be nice if there was a way of getting refunded over the phone vs having to waste time and drive back up there.

It’s ridiculous how many times they messed up my order. Literally every single time I been to this place I’m missing something or something is just wrong. Today was by far the worst experience. First I ordered through the speaker in the drive thru and I guess the girl didn’t hear I wanted 2 meals she only marked me down for one. So I asked the guy taking payments if he can change it so he had to walk all the way over to the window then came back and charged me $34 for my two meals which sounds about right. As soon as he charged me he walked back to the window then came back told me his tablet signed him out as soon as I paid so I had to pay again then he said payment went through so I went to pick up my order, they only gave me one meal and one single entree so I was missing a drink and fries. The girl at the window said I only ordered one meal but I paid $34 I pulled it up on the app and confirmed my 2 meals came out to $34. So they gave me the fries and drink and I was on my way home when it hit me, this place and these kids running this place mess up my order in every way so I checked to make sure my food didn’t have cheese… it did so i had to go all the way back park my car go inside tell them they messed up my order AGAIN got my food and finally got home. They missed my sauce for my cool wrap and no straws. How are you guys so bad at this? You guys need to slow it down or something these kids running this place are too stimulated in their brains or something.

They messed up my order then when I asked them to fix it they gave me messed up food and burnt Mac and cheese. Never had Chick-fil-A mess up this badly.
